For the record, I voted Apple. Apple fanboys seem to be happy to revel in the stomach churnings of Steve Jobs like he's the next coming of Christ.

• Web standards zealots - IE is notoriously poor at complying with web standards, and still very few, but a quickly growing number of web sites are also ignoring standards and shunning none IE browsers, with occasional shunning of non-MS OSes as well.
• Open source zealots - Seriously, do I even need to go into this one?
• Free Software zealots - Kind of like the open source zealots. Plus OpenOffice, for example is Free. Microsoft Office is between $199 on various discounts/specials to $479 in list price.
• Anti-Microsoft zealots - I think this speaks for itself
• Brace style zealots - I honestly have no clue what this is, so maybe it's not anti-MS, maybe it is, I have not a clue.
• Emacs zealots - Limited knowledge of this one. However, based on my brief readings at GNU.org [gnu.org], it seems to be like a Super Happy Wonder Fun Text Editor. So I'll just call it a, oh hell, let's be conservative and say 9,000,000% better version of Word, minus Clippy and his Super Happy Faggot Fun Friends, which accounts for about 8,999,978.63% of that improvement.
• Apple zealots - I'm typing this on my G4 TiBook. I hate MS, therefore, my claim that everyone who uses Apple hates MS must be true based on my experiences, where everyone who I've ever talked to who uses Apple, and most who don't, are anti-MS
• Cowboy zealots - Cowboy Neal uses Linux. Linux users aren't much bigger fans of MS then Apple users, so I'll be fair and say only 99.98% of Linux users are anti-MS. Also, to the best of my knowledge, few cowboys even know what a computer is, let alone use one, so let's just assume they'll jump on the anti-MS bandwaggon to. Unless we are talking about Cowboy Bebop, in which case they are blessed to live in a world (solar system, space ship, take your pick) where there is no MS.

On the other hand, if we are talking about the average zealousness of any given bunch of zealots, I think I would cast my vote for Amiga Zealots. A dying breed they may be, but the ones which are still left -- damn, that's tenacious! You Apple and Anti-Microsoft zealots have got real live targets to be zealous about. The Amiga Zealots have maintained their zeal for about a decade without any significant signs of life in the technology. A truly impressive feat of fanaticism.
