Summary: Overall, this is great software with tons of features and easy to use interface, that helped me connect to the world in this pandemic situation. The price is reasonable and quite worthwhile. The features provided comes very handily. They need to work on security though.

Positive: Zoom Meetings is one of the most popular video conferencing software out there. And after using it, I have found these pros:
- Can handle a large group of participants.
- Scheduling a meeting is quite simple.
- Easy to manage meetings.
- Good video and audio quality.
- Screen share option works extremely well.

Negative: I have been using this software for some time now and have not found any cons. And they should work on their security a bit more to make it more secure for its users.

Summary: Good product allows for multiple users at one. Lots of great features and would recommend to family and friends who are not using a service for connecting to people or other family members,

Positive: Easy to use ability to have a unique background so no one will have to see the inside of you house - especially if you are interviewing.

Negative: This system is over used and given our time we use Zoom when a phone call would work just fine.

Summary: Overall the application is amazing as compared to the money you pay.
It is a good alternative for other video conferencing app if you need something pocket friendly and nearly with every basic feature.

Positive: You get more than you pay, moreover all the basic features are free with few restrictions.
Plug and Play support no need to install.
Handles a huge number of participant at a time.
Screen Sharing and Drawing board comes very handy.

Negative: Security should be improved.
Lag sometimes when dealing with large chat windows.
Customer support should be increased to resolve issues fast.

Summary: Video calling - No buffering, programmed change, and infrequently does anybody need to state "would you be able to hear me now?"

Positive: Offer a multifunctional screen.
Association with different schedules.
Explanation devices for everybody.

Negative: Chat. It very well may be somewhat more progressed.

Summary: We use Zoom to make conferences with our groups while working on blackouts or maintaining home windows. Positive: One of the best video conferencing applications currently available in the market. Screen sharing, Chat function, Camera and audio control, Virtual backgrounds, etc are some of the features provide by Zoom.

Negative: The only thing that Zoom lacks is a bit of support they provide. But I think we can cut some slack for zoom since they provide so many functionalities and ease of use.

Summary: It is a multifunction tool to cater many of our daily communication needs with suitable features for every type of use.

Positive: Zoom is very well organized and multifunctional tool for online classes, business meetings, webinars, remote assistance and many more uses. It is also free to use and offers almost every feature in its free version.

Negative: Downtimes are faced at some times in Zoom application, which would be a bottleneck specially if it happens during any important meeting.

Summary: With several other options, we can have several minutes of a phone call while individuals do the work of using their diverse resources. We can conduct training with screen shares where you need reliability, as well as convenience of use and also to maintain a recording of the session.

Positive: Zoom is used for our sales, advertising and marketing, service success and communication among our peers, as well as groups of items. Summary: Overall, this platform has been indispensable in the era of Covid. I think it is on par with most of the other video/audio sharing platforms on the market.

Positive: 1. Never have any connection problems
2. Able to customize the level of security for your call
3. Image is usually strong
4. Audio is usually strong
5. Able to seamlessly schedule calls via Google Calendar.

Negative: 1. Bar at the top always gets in the way when I'm maneuvering through a presentation/links/etc
2. Switching into screenshare mode isn't super intuitive, at least for someone like me who is not tech savvy.
3. There have been lots of hacking concerns covered in the media, although we have never experienced any issues.

Summary: On my end, I have been using Zoom for more than three years now and it helps me to contact colleagues and friends on a daily basis.

Positive: Zoom has helped us save time and finances when it comes to external and internal communications as it gives us the ability to make free video calls.

Negative: I do not like how the free video call hangs after 40 minutes.

Summary: Great for working in large teams and large groups. Able to record sessions for later use and we're pleased with the usability amongst new users.

Positive: Zoom has been easy to use and install with instructions clearly laid out for new users. There were very little technical issues for audio and video and we were able to record the meetings with ease. The chat functions worked well and we were able to break off in separate rooms as needed which was a huge benefit for large groups.

Negative: Required some administrative privilege's to install and many users needed to use the online web version instead. Some passwords and logins for hosts were a bit rigid if needed to share amongst hosts however this was easily able to fix.

Summary: I use Zoom on a daily basis for internal and client use for several years. It has become a huge part of our company communication over the last few months. I have and will continue to recommend this platform to others.

Positive: - Easy to invite clients to meetings
- Great screen share abilities
- Connection has always been great
- Easy to record meetings and share content later

Negative: I don't have any major cons. It would be nice if your voice/video selections were saved when entering new meetings.

Summary: It's a great app that pretty much helps in my daily life. Supports multiple devices, file sharing, screen sharing etc, So serves its value.

Positive: Great for meetings and conferences.
The free version pretty much can be used for around 100 users pretty well.
Build in screen recording.

Negative: The main concern with this is the security and the user privacy.
