Summary: Overall the application is quite good for personal or professional use, the customer support is amazing, but the learning curve is high for beginners.

Positive: -The User Interface is very smooth and responsive, provided you are operating with a decent internet connection.
-There are more than enough features present in the application to cover all your business meeting requirements.
-The Eco-system of the Zoom is perfect. You can use it on your smartphone, tablet, or laptop.

Negative: -Zoom gives you more features than you need, and the downside to this is that the application becomes very complex to use for people having less technological knowledge. Other than this, I found no major deal-breaker con in this application.

Summary: Great experience, I think this is now the standard to hold meetings. It is very easy to navigate and the screen quality is better than the others that I have used.

Positive: I love that this is one of the most easiest virtual meetings now. Im sure everyone has used Zoom by this time. The interface is very easy to use and I do like that you can see the other persons screen much clearer than others. The quality is great!

Negative: The only con is that audio picks up on everything but if you have a good external mic, that should fix the issue.

Summary: Overall I really liked using Zoom and plan to use it in the future. The website is easy to get acquainted with.

Positive: Allows large groups to meet for various reasons, including academic, work, and social events. I've never had any technical difficulties.

Negative: Zoom isn't as much fun to use as some similar platforms. Also the 40 min limit can be annoying.

Summary: Good platform, works great for webinars and smaller meetings that can have interaction between people.

Positive: The breakout rooms, good functionality that I'm learning more about all the time! I like the timers and being able to see what is happening.

Negative: Can't let people move about as easily as I'd like. Don't like the password lock for meetings where I don't want to have that.

Summary: For video conferencing, where participants are in huge numbers and want to join hassle-free, zoom is the best option. Along with this, it provides a high-quality video calling experience.

Positive: It does not force you to do unnecessary signups.
Nearly 1000 participants can join at a time.
Admin has all-sufficient access to perform a well-entertained meeting without any issues.
Quick tools in the dashboard help a lot during a meeting.

Negative: Anyone with a meeting link can join a meeting, making it high venerable if the link is somehow leaked.
Apart from this, it's a fine application.

Summary: It covers the bases well enough, it will likely work for whatever you need.

We use zoom for company meetings and for online classrooms. We are a gym and have used it to do video lessons with clients.

Negative: Not optimized for teaching online, hard to adapt to some industries.

Summary: Mostly positive and useful. A platform that has become very useful with being quarantined at home. Good for multiple meetings.

Positive: Communication is important.
Great for business, family and board meetings.

Negative: Sometimes getting in can be difficult. Simpler log in would be helpful.

Summary: Overall an easy to use software and a helping hand to conduct meetings and conferences during this time in the pandemic. Everyone is using this right now from children to adults. It has became the most popular way to communicate with a group in this pandemic,

Positive: Zoom is one the most popular video conferencing tool out there in the market. It is popular due to its easy to use interface, cross platform support, and the quality it provides. It has a lot of features and has a clean user interface.

Negative: The only con with zoom is that there is a bit more security required for this software as there are cases in the past of data leaks.

Summary: Overall the platform does what it says, and has helped us out while working remote. If you can spend a little and upgrade to paid, it's all the more worth it.

Positive: I like that there is a free plan that makes it accessible for everyone. The audio and video quality are really nice and it's available on iOS, android and PC.

Negative: The time restriction for calls is something I do not personally like. It could have been extended to an hour or more.

Summary: Overall experience is good - powerful and effective communications tool with lots of features. Higher level business plans even have transcription options available that can be useful for creating content from webinars or conference meetings.

Negative: Free plan places 40 minute limit on calls of 3 participants or more...(gotta upgrade if you want to look professional)...
There is this glitch where when scheduling a meeting through Google Calendar with can confuse your participants into joining the meeting via Google Hang-outs rather than Zoom...i.e. your invitees will jump on a Google Hangouts meeting, when you scheduled a zoom meeting and you'll be confused and out of sync (granted this is probably a flaw with Google Calendar, and can be remedied once you figure out what is happening)...
I wish I could figure out how to add Zoom meetings invitations that were sent to me to my Zoom meeting schedule, that you can view within the Zoom app (rather than search out the Zoom meeting link in my calendar or email)...if this is possible, I simply haven't figured it out yet.

Summary: Overall for connecting with the system and people, zoom can create meeting ID which is integrated with MS outlook and other calendar system for notifications. It also used for sharing of files, folders and even control the PC by share screen feature. Full version helps in many users to connect at same time.

Positive: During the current period, Zoom evolves as a life saving software in the market and very helpful in connecting people virtually. Its simple meeting id request and interface helps the new user also to use the application with ease. It works with low internet strength. Nice collaboration feature and appointment id generation.

Negative: It data safety is dilemma as per the market reviews, but it is completely safe and ready to use. No problem at all.

Summary: Give it time, discover all its functions and also use assimilations. If you use Google Drive and also Google Calendar, it's incredible. You can search tutorials on Youtube for more information. It's really simple to connect to my group, no matter where they are, as long as they zoom. One of the main advantages that is worth keeping in mind are the numerous assimilations that Zoom has, as simple as making an appointment with Google, clicking on the Zoom option, and that's it!

Positive: Zoom is a fantastic device to stay connected with all your colleagues. For those of you who haven't tried it yet, try connecting your Google account to Zoom and see how simple it is to operate its functions and features.

Negative: There is absolutely nothing to dislike, considering that the pandemic still prevails, they have really reached the top of our needs, several other companies have really tried to capture, but they don't seem to figure out how to do it so efficiently. The direct exposure that Zoom really set them up for success, as well as they really recognized exactly how to keep the individual's assumptions at a high perpetuity.

Summary: It's great, simple, stable and everyone seems to default to it. But there are competitor options out there that will cost you less (or totally free) with licenses you already get if you're a small business or non profit.

Positive: Even non tech savvy users on multiple devices know what zoom is and have adopted it as their video call platform. This gives it an edge over some of the free options out there though Google and Microsoft Teams.

Negative: Within a small team or business, it's not clear that the subscription pricing for licensing is worth it. In our non profit we try to avoid unnecessary monthly expenditures, and google and Microsoft offer such generous licensing discounts, that we already have access to video call / conference tools at a drastically reduced rate.

Summary: We love ZOOM. Even when we resume in-person meetings, it will remain an important tool for conferencing.

Positive: Easy to get used to and navigate. Not sure how we would manage effectively without its speed and functionality. Appreciate very much the chat function so we can present ideas or ask questions on the side without interrupting an active speaker.

Negative: The sound interruptions where an active speaker is cut off and silenced temporarily by another sound can be frustrating.

Summary: Altogether, It is a nice app for video conferencing with good quality video and crisp sound experience but in a few cases, I felt a bit disappointed. Moreover for a small organization and small meeting free version of Zoom is enough.

Positive: Since the pandemic began it became quite hard to conduct meetings and coordinate with other colleagues. This app came into work as it provided a vast set of features so we can do a virtual meeting with ease.
I would say features like guest login and one-click access to a meeting helped a lot, as it was very easy and convenient.

Negative: I found issues in video quality and sound, mostly when the number of participants is high. Other than this it's a nice app.
