Summary: Is especially good during the "lockdown" and when that is over, I/We will probably still use it for some occasions.

Positive: Strong with its connections and much better than even a one-on-one with Skype. Link connection is easy to use. The ability to start and stop the video and the audit. The extras like the emojis makes it special.

Negative: Pretty costly. This is basically the only con I can name, but it is significant.

Summary: Zoom is generally glitch-free and gets the job done. I find it best for one on one meetings, and it also works for one speaker style engagements. I'd avoid zoom for mid-size groups/meetings.

Positive: Zoom is easy to install, easy to use, and generally works without and technical issues. I've found competitors to have a greater learning curve and increased chance of technical issues that can cause delays. Typically with zoom it is quick and easy to log on and get started with a video chat/meeting. It can scale up to accommodate groups, though I find it more aligned with one on one meetings. It also works well for larger webcast style experiences, where there is one single speaker and many viewers.

Negative: I'm sorry to say I just don't like the zoom experience. I'm not sure there is much to be done when digital glitches like a slightly delayed/misaligned sound/video happens. You also can either look at the person's face (and then to them you do not look like you are looking at them, or look at the camera (but then you don't get to focus on their face). This is inherent in digital communication and not specific to zoom. Additionally, scaling up to medium size groups with zoom becomes cumbersome, where each participant is waiting for their turn.

Summary: Something that Zoom Meetings manages to do very well, is to facilitate the recording of our sessions, where we can invite as many people as the plan we got (the basic one) allows us, so the interactions in each session are varied, and generally positive in terms of length. We like that the split-screen scheduling feature allows us to do simultaneous operations and show them to the others.

Positive: In situations like the current pandemic caused by covid-19, software like zoom meetings becomes essential to keep the team working in sync. The reach we can get with this platform is very high, since we can have many members within our screen sharing rooms, and we can create private conversations.

Negative: The zoom platform tends to randomly terminate conferences if there is no stable internet connection, instead of leaving them on hold indefinitely in case it is fixed. In addition to this the video image can freeze, and there can be sound dropouts, so it is important to check the chat room settings before each meeting.

Summary: Overall, Zoom is a versatile and unique video calling/conferencing software. The features provided by zoom are easy to use and very effective.

Positive: - Zoom has a non-complex User Interface for a fluid experience.
- The quality of the content is top notch and the transmission of audio and video is by far the best.

Negative: - The software can be more affordable.
- There are some bugs here and there that should be fixed.

Summary: Overall, Zoom is one of the best software for video calling/conferencing. It has a ton of features that makes it versatile to use.

Positive: - The feature that zoom offers is that you can record the session on it.
- Multiple people can use their mic at the same time.
- It is very reliable and secure so you can be assured that your user data will not be compromised.

Negative: - It does not support Chromecast.
- It is a bit expensive relative to other similar software.

Summary: Despite the complications that I have presented when sharing files with the participants of my videoconferences, I consider having had a totally complete experience which has helped me to communicate with all the participants directly. Currently, we use Zoom in our company as the main open communication mechanism, to hold all kinds of meetings and to hold videoconferences with clients. I am satisfied with the quality and the guarantee of work that Zoom has provided me during all this time and the stability that it has provided me in each video conference.

Positive: Zoom is one of the platforms that has brought the most benefits to my company since we started using it as an online communication mechanism. One of the things I like the most about Zoom is that it has a perfect video conference organization, Zoom has the ability to consistently send notices to emails that subscribe to a video conference, send notices to report how much time is left for start a video conference, in this way all subscribers can have direct access to the video conference at the exact moment. Also, another thing I love about Zoom is that it has a great "screen sharing" system during every video conference. The screen sharing functionality is very beneficial for us because it makes our video conferences even more complete and we can share more information with each of the participants, the quality of the screen sharing is amazing.

Negative: One of the things I really don't like about Zoom is the file transfer or file sharing that it offers me at every video conference. For all videoconferences it is necessary to share files or documents with the participants, because in this way everyone can have access to the same information at the same moment, however, uploading files in Zoom is quite slow and causes us to have problems at the time of sharing various files with the participants of our videoconferences. I wish I had a better file transfer system that allows me to share files in just an instant.

Summary: Overall, It is a considerable option for video calling meetings and seminars. The customer support is also good with less response time.

Positive: - The user interface of the software is smooth and responsive.
- All the functions and features work properly without any lags.
- The transmission of audio and visual both are fast and clear.

Negative: - It has all the necessary features but to use those you will need a good internet connection as it lags with a low bandwidth internet connection.

Summary: After using similar products in the past, we switched to Zoom in 2020 due to COVID. There were several hiccups in the beginning but most likely were related to scaling. From the middle to the end of 2020, the Zoom system has been very stable.

Positive: 1. Easy to setup/administer.
2. Easy to use.
3. Very good audio quality.
4. Good video quality.
5. New features added regularly.

Negative: 1. Expensive for small businesses with many users.
2. Views of others in the meeting are limited.

Summary: The level of interaction we have found with our team of vendors and developers in general has been just what we needed to get our project off the ground properly. Zoom has not only improved the way we communicate, but has also proven to offer reliable and easy to administer security methods.

Positive: In Zoom, calls can be as long as you want without overloading the platform, or without problems occurring during the development of a meeting, such as loading information from documents to view them live, or the interconnection of several screens if we are going to work in a group.

Negative: Zoom does not have good integrations with sales software, unlike other services that have their own suites oriented to the management and development of seminars or online classes. This does not mean that with zoom we cannot run group classes, but if we do, there will be no possibility of applying research tools, such as tests.

Summary: All in all very good. Will use more.

Positive: Easy to use. Simple and effective.

Summary: Zoom is an amazing application with many uses. If you are a teacher or conference organizer, read some of the frequently asked questions located on the Zoom website, which offer some details regarding how to be the best possible organizer on Zoom. Zoom allows me and my team to connect daily via videoconference to convey concepts and ideas in a team setting. We can do conferences as if we are physically in the office and no other tool has made it so easy for us.

Positive: The general zoom is an excellent video conferencing device. In my office, Zoom is used for a series of meetings across the company, varying in size from several active participants in one videoconference at a time. The quality of the video, as well as the strong connection, is what allows this system to work in our workplace. Zoom has transformed the way we do videoconferences and I don't see them disappearing so quickly in this period.

Negative: There are some security vulnerabilities that I have seen recently through information, as well as social media sites related to Zoom. As a fairly new application that was adopted so quickly during the pandemic period, I fear that perhaps the structure needed to protect Zoom customers from other harm, as well as from cyber attacks, will not be at its best. Positive: Zoom is great for connecting in these distanced times, I use it at work, I use it at home, and I use it for school.
It works better, has better sound and video, and has more customization than most other video chat places I've used.

Negative: Introducing people to zoom when they've never used video chat software before, it is not the easiest to get around and learn all the settings.

Summary: Zoom is a great tool to host meetings within your company. Whether your staff is in the same building or in different countries, this allows an easy way to get together to share information in a more personal way than an email allows.

Negative: Sometimes the voice quality is poor.
Some people are uncomfortable using webcams.

Summary: Overall Zoom is a pretty nice video calling software. It has very small time limits which should be extended in the free version.

Positive: We use Zoom for both official use and otherwise, for normal meetings and discussions. It is easy to use and versatile.

Negative: The interface needs to be improved as it is not very nice.
