Summary: Definitely had its ups and downs, but I would say it was a mostly stress free experience with a small learning curve.

Positive: The number one thing I liked about using Zoom was its easy to use interface and its relatively lag free environment. Having used it on and off for around a week now, I find it easy to master and tailor the room requirements to one’s liking.

Negative: The connections tended to go out for just a brief moment, which didn’t really help enhance the experience when 10+ people were connected. I definitely had some trouble joining my team’s room at times, and the complicated way to set the room private allowed for some.. interesting encounters with participants we were not aware of, basically strangers.

I also didn’t really care for the background elements, as I never had the chance to use them.

Summary: Zoom app is great and must have tool. It helps you to easily interact with people in meeting. It has very useful screen sharing feature. The video quality is so smooth and no buffering at all. By a few simple steps you can easily start your meeting.

Positive: Zoom is a great tool to start video conference call. The user interface is very simple and clean. The output of video and audio is great. It is very easy to use and by a few simple clicks you can easily host or join meeting. I liked its scheduled meeting option by this you can share your upcoming meeting .

Negative: High internet speed required. Sometimes joining button bugs. Customer Support is not good.

Summary: With the ongoing situations and the colleges providing online classes through Zoom, Zoom has not only helped me stay up to date when it comes to my studies, but also helps me stay in touch with my family and friends who I miss meeting up with in real life. So much fun with changing the background too works absolutely amazing on my phone and laptop. A must have application.

Positive: Small in size so it doesn’t eats up your memory.
User friendly user interface consIdering my mom can easily use it to get in touch with her sister.
Also amazing backgrounds totally fooled my aunt with a space background hahaha.

Negative: Sometimes bugs out due to inconvenient network but thats okay since it works most of the time.

Summary: Zoom has really raised the bar for video conferencing software and does a really good job irrespective of the number of participants and is filled with great and relevant features. Although I'm really concerned about the privacy aspects of this software as it is still not completely clear as to how secure it is.

Positive: - A really smooth and uninterrupted video conferencing experience with minimal setup steps.
- Works without lagging or crashing even when a lot of people are attending the meeting at the same time that too from various geographical locations.
- It also has some features of remote desktop software which is a really good addition to the video and audio functionality.
- Well designed UI without most of the overhead that apps like Skype had.

Negative: - There have been several concerning reports of privacy breaches occurring with the app and it needs to be rectified since people have been using it to exchange sensitive business information.
- Sometimes lags/crashes when on a low bandwidth internet connection.

Summary: I’ve used many conference call applications and so far Zoom is the best. We regularly have calls in our company and Zoom never fails us.

Positive: 1. Very easy to use and easy to integrate into Google Calendar
2. The audio and video of the calls is the best in the market and second to none.
3. Even when a large number of people are in the call, zoom handles it effortlessly.

Negative: 1. The only problem is with Zoom bombing. Sometimes malicious attendants share the meeting link with random people on the internet and this causes unnecessary interruptions in the middle of calls.

Summary: During the covid19 shutdown, we could use this tool to host trainings and even have internal meetings. With google meet not having record options and limit with people, Zoom really really helped us a lot during these trying times.

Positive: 1) Easy to use user interface compared to other softwares.
2) Dual screen recordings are a breeze where only the screen where the shared content gets recorded. Option to record both screen available too.
3) Setting up the meeting/webinar is very easy.
4) Does not appear to pull much bandwidth.

Negative: 1) The option of not letting people with gmail or personal email register to meetings or webinars should be present. As of now, we have to manually look at email addresses and approve/deny them.
2) There also should be an option for the host to send a message in chat individually. The only options available are everyone or specific person.

Summary: I think Zoom is a better option than Google Hangouts. The updates have been good as they have been rolled out recently.

Positive: - Works well with everyone who has Zoom accounts.
- The new security is good.
- Nice that participants can raise hands.

Negative: - Having to make a Zoom account to join a meeting.
- Wish I could change sharing screens from one screen to another without releasing my initial shared screen.

Summary: Overall for connecting with multiple person at a time, Zoom application is good. Multiple Chat helps and sharing of files are also good service. user has to just download and start using. It's working from anywhere in world.

Positive: During current situation, to contact with my students, vendors etc, zoom meeting helping a lot. Its simple interface helps in connecting Video chat and message services. The video quality is good. Multiple person can connect at a time. Chat service, mute and other related service helps in good conference and meeting.

Negative: Server is outside region and data theft chances can be there. Video quality sometime blurred due to low network.

Summary: It's good for the average person and does everything someone might need to use it for. Especially meetings.

Positive: I like how reliable Zoom is. I have never been in a Zoom meeting that has disconnected so it's super good.

Negative: I struggle with how difficult it is to join meetings.

Summary: Good service but it can be better. I use it daily to chat with my pals I'm a gamer myself and I use it with my friends to chat online.

Positive: Easy to use, wide range of features, great platform, good video conferencing, audio configuration up to mark.

Negative: Host can make any changes unanimously, network issues.

Summary: It is good and free for use.
It works well with poor network also.
It is great for small business.

Positive: It is free;
It has great Qualities;
To join a video call, browser is enough;
We can connect our voice through phone.

Negative: In free version, only 40 members can join.
In browser, the quality is not good.

Summary: Zoom meeting app turned out to be the best aid during the current time of COVID 19 as the whole world has adopted quarantine and social distancing practices due to which the school, colleges and MNC were all closed and it affected the work and studies so the schools colleges adopted the online platform to conduct online classes and zoom app turned out to be a great aid and blessing in such a situation video lectures were conducted successfully messages could be passed on easily assignments were circulated easily. In short its a great app in crisis like this. It was a great experience. I personally liked it too much and looking to recommend in the future and would myself use it whenever any such platform is required.

Negative: Google Classroom is also an option a more popular and bit convenient and it's easy to use and because of its popularity we don't face any problem any bug can be resolved too easily over there in this if we face any problem we need to ask someone who has already used it and I don't know much of them

Summary: Video conferencing has historically sucked, to say the least. Zoom seems to have solved most, if not all, of those problems

Positive: Best video quality of all video conferencing software on the market; great design so there's no confusion on muting and turning your camera on and off. Screen share is very clear

Negative: Security is a huge risk right now, especially with the news of them routing traffic through China recently and not even knowing it. Definitely worried that it's a target for bad actors since so many people are using it right now

Summary: Best App till now. As it works on Laptops and mobiles, I was able to share my screen with a friend and he helped me to resolve my issue with ease.

Positive: Screen sharing is quite easy and joining/creating meetings is also simple. It can be installed on mobile and Laptop it helps to share details asap without any extra settings.

Negative: As of now, nothing. During a video call, if all members or top 5 members screen/face should be displayed

Summary: Overall a good alternative from other tools like Webex, meetnow, skype, teams. You can download the browser extension (I use chrome) for seamless meeting and chat expereince.
