Summary: I have used this application for a long time and now I have switched to another.
It got so much spam and it's not secure now ID login and easy to join other people classes without password direct by link.

Positive: Easy to connect.
Lots of people can join together.
Simple interface with a little bit features.

Negative: No security.
Anyone can easily enter your room if the link is shared.
No good features.
Other applications are a lot better than this.
Too costly.

Summary: It was an OK product. Not the worst, but not the best. It is not something I will go to in the future if there are other software apps out there

Positive: I like the ease of connection to start the meetings, the simplicity to invite others, and the fact it downloaded quickly.

Negative: I didn't like that the video quality was very grainy.

Summary: For the masses, it is ok. There are better options out there.
The company needs to fix their fat-client, and their policies around political censorship.

Positive: The interface is stable, and you can have lots of users in your meetings, with a good price for a subscription. The free plan also has good options, for the occasional use. There is a fat-client available.

Negative: - Zoom deleted accounts of people who were critical of the Chinese regime. So censorship of its customers is a major flaw.
- The user interface is very clunky, and needs a total re-design.
- The fat-client is buggy, and difficult to use.
- Customer support failed to reach out to us when we cancelled or subscriptions.
