Summary: It was an okay system even with its flaws. I would recommend this system though since its free and works well.

Positive: I liked that I could meet people through online that I couldn't in person, like in school, when the pandemic started.

Negative: What I didn't like about it was, it lags when playing videos and had lag audio.

Summary: Zoom has given me the possibility to stay connected with others, helping me to maintain relationships with my clients and work team regarding projects or other work related things. I have also kept in touch with my family and friends thanks to this platform since the quarantine has prevented me from having close relationships, however Zoom has been a solution. Before the quarantine, I also used Zoom for clients in other countries such as China, Spain, Germany, among others, since due to travel problems it had not been possible to set up a day for meetings but with Zoom everything is more direct and simple for me and my clients without having to learn a lot from this platform.

Positive: It offers quality in relation to audio and video, allowing me to have a more fluid conversation with people at a distance. Latency is not a problem in any device or for any person, it is stable and also safe since it has administrative permissions that help to manage who enters and who does not. I can use Zoom through browsers or the mobile application and to enter a video conference it does not require a Zoom registration if the owner of the room so wishes. Zoom provides a space in which its interface is friendly for any new user, so I can say that it is very simple to use and to be able to connect with others through a video call. I can tile all the participants who use the video camera and be able to my presentation on a single giant screen for everyone to see and I can also move my presentation anywhere. It is very simple to be able to share a link with others so that they enter the room and it is also very simple to program it.

Negative: Many users, which I have had the ease of being able to connect with them through Zoom, have notified me that my video conference with them has been suddenly disconnected regardless of the internet connection, this error has happened to me a lot when there are a large number of users talking and using their cameras at the same time and you have to go back in to continue the chat. At first I have had problems getting used to screen sharing since I see a notification or something that tells me that I am not doing it, it should be a more interactive interface. There is a lot of background noise or hum with some of the users using Zoom, I wish there was an option to automatically minimize that noise and make the audio clearer and cleaner for a smooth and seamless conversation. Sometimes there is poor synchronization with the audio when there are many participants in the room.

Summary: Overall loved the experience, very convenient, definitely looking forward experiencing more of it, makes it lot easy to share info with many people at the same time.

Positive: Helped a lot last year for all the classes and stuff... Very helpful for webinars looking forward for more.

Negative: The number of participants should be increased, it cannot accept more than 300.

Summary: Zoom has been invaluable to my work during socially-distanced, forced, virtual engagement. I work in the non-profit industry so most of our engagement would usually happen in person but due to the pandemic, have had to shift to virtual engagement exclusively. Zoom has been a primary tool we've used for meetings and events. Likewise, I've also held social events like birthday parties, baby showers, and celebration events on Zoom this year and have been able to simulate many of the same opportunities that in-person events allow.

Positive: There are many evolving features that Zoom has to offer. The chat feature is amongst the most utilized and useful of those features. The newly added virtual background additions have really met the need of many people (such as myself) who work from home and like to keep my private space hidden. Additionally, the ability to break out into small groups is invaluable for the types of interactive work and social engagements that I coordinate regularly. Lastly, the poll feature is another interactive feature that helps keep discussions lively and engaging.

Negative: Zoom does not have a built in white board so participants have to navigate to other websites in order to participate.

Summary: Zoom is a more advanced, and engaging space for discussions. The dynamics of the communication industry has been captured fully by Zoom.
The program has orderly procedures, from the installation, to even the execution part.

Positive: Zoom has remarkable communication features, from instant messaging, audio and video calls, and several others. Also, Zoom has included the screen-sharing attribute, making it more useful by team members.

Negative: Zoom lacks any communication barriers, and the issue of getting a breakage while in the execution process has never arisen.

Summary: Overall, it has everything to make a webinar having huge participants go smoothly. Tools, as well as quality video and audio, make it ideal for webinars and public meetings.

Positive: The free trial version has every feature you need. You can use it and, after getting completely satisfied, can opt for the paid version.
The video quality and sound clarity they provide for free are appreciated.

Negative: Usually, if someone has a meeting link, he can bargain in the meeting, which is a security flaw. Nothing else is an issue to be counted as a con.

Summary: Zoom is polished to cater to professional users, and it does its job. You get many functional tools and features all in Zoom is a great application with a justifiable cost.

Positive: -The best thing I found about zoom is the layout option. While having a meeting or conference, you can change the layout to see many participants.
-The video meeting experience is smooth and can handle a large number of participants without crashing.
-Zoom is rich in features; you get all the necessary features and tools for a great user experience.

Negative: Other than rare crashes and auto shutdowns, there are not many cons in the zoom, and I had quite a good experience with zoom.

Summary: It's like Snapchat and Duo/Messenger had a baby and it surpassed them both! If you are looking for functionality, secure connections, and a little bit of enhancement, then Zoom is definitely a must-have!

Positive: Simple and secure sign-in with options to save, record, and take notes of meetings. Ability to change your background, enhance your image and remove background noise.

Negative: No ID hint option in case ID is misplaced. The coolest features are separate and must be downloaded with premium access.

Summary: Zoom guarantees communication globally, and it is a speedy way to convey a given message. Also, files can be uploaded, and shared at a reduced cost.

Positive: Zoom supports all communication means, from chats, videos, and even audios. Again, Zoom is an immediate tool for communication, and it conveys information ASAP. Lastly, Zoom has elaborate terms and conditions, which favors all the users.

Negative: Zoom lacks major or significant challenges, and it continues to improve on its communication objectives.

Summary: Overall Zoom has been a nice platform. It has helped us cut down on unnecessary visits and saved hundreds of manhours facilitating virtual meetings.

Positive: Zoom makes client meetings and team meetings a breeze. We use zoom widely for conducting inductions and training sessions as well.

Negative: When there are more than few people on a group call, it gets very messy and its hard to find people.

Summary: Despite Zoom's terrible way of sharing files during each video conference, I think that this platform offers excellent connectivity when it comes to communicating with people in one place. I am very grateful to Zoom for allowing me to communicate directly with all of my colleagues in my company and for helping me to videoconference with my clients in just a few steps. The platform is very fluid, easy to use and offers comfort when using it.

Positive: Zoom has a good methodology for connecting with all types of users. I love the way Zoom connects me with each the people together, making all kinds of videoconferences or video calls simple. One of the characteristics that I liked the most is that Zoom sends consistent notices to all the people who subscribed to a planned videoconference, in this way they can be kept informed about any changes in the videoconference planning. In addition, I really like that Zoom has an incomparable video quality, a video quality to have a wide view of all the participants what is in the video conference or video Call.

Negative: I do not like that Zoom Meetings has problems during the transfer of files, this platform offers excellent connectivity when it comes to conducting all kinds of videoconferences together, however the theme system detects files will always be very slow, files take a long time to get on the shared file area. The files always appear at the top of videoconference so that all participants can access the files, however, it will take a long time for each file to be reflected in that section.

Summary: Overall Zoom is a great product and can be used for both business and personal. it's been tremendous to have during this time of the pandemic.

Positive: I love Zoom because I can easily schedule meetings and invite people, the software allows for large and small group discussion and it's easy to use.

Negative: Competing rooms can sometimes be an issue, and I wish that there wasn't such an abrupt ending to breakout rooms.

Summary: Zoom has been a very necessary tool for my work and business life since I can stay connected with my work team or my family regardless of location and how fast your internet speed is. Zoom is very necessary since because of the quarantine we cannot hold meetings within my company, with this platform I can keep my work activities up to date without having contact with another person. Zoom also allows me to connect with my clients who live abroad, as I do not need to take business trips to do business.

Positive: I like that you can share the link of the video conference by email or any means of communication via the internet without the need for the other person to have the application installed. The video quality is very clear, other software have connection problems regardless of the internet speed that is available. The communication with respect to the audio is never cut off, if the video fails the audio continues to be heard (obviously lowering the audio quality). I can enter a video conference without having a Zoom account, I just have to have the meeting link and enter the name before starting.

Negative: The desktop sharing interface is a bit outdated, it is incomplete in terms of functions, they should improve the user experience. The mobile interface is uncomfortable when all participants have the cameras turned on, and the more people have their cameras turned on, them more resources it consumes. I do not have another problem that hinders the use of Zoom in my day to day.

Summary: I adapted too quickly to all the functionalities of Zoom, I managed to learn in just a few days, how this platform works and what I had to do to be able to communicate with my colleagues in the company where I work. Currently, I use Zoom to communicate with my friends and also for my work area, this platform has offered stability in all the videoconferences or video calls that I have made, and I have also been able to interact with people with excellent video quality and excellent streaming audio.

The Zoom interface is quite comfortable, I can interact with the people I want, with just one click, and I can also hold group meetings with a few simple steps. I am very satisfied with what Zoom has provided me and with the methodology it uses to connect with my colleagues.

Positive: The interface structure that Zoom has is quite attractive, its system is very well designed to provide great comfort for any user. During my experience, I noticed that Zoom has the following positive factors or characteristics:

1.- It has excellent connectivity without the need for a fast internet connection. Zoom does not require a lot of speed to be able to connect a call between several people, it is only enough that it is stable, so that the call can be made successfully, compared to other platforms that require a lot of speed to initiate the call.
2.- It has a very attractive and organized user panel, where you can view all the contacts added to the list and you can also view the call history, and on the right side, a chat that you can use with any user from Zoom.
3.- The app for mobile devices is quite compact and has very well organized sections. This App is also stable for calls, the best thing about this App is that you can stay connected to the videoconference or the call, while using some other application.

Negative: Zoom is a fairly complete platform when it comes to making video conferences and video calls, however, there are several negative characteristics that directly affect user performance, these characteristics are:

1.- Zoom offers bad file sharing. I have had problems transferring files, always the files that I try to share with someone take a long time to upload, and I have to wait around 5 minutes for it to upload, despite the fact that I have good internet connectivity.
2.- When users are in a videoconference, they have the option of changing their name, I really don't like this, because any user can impersonate a person who is not, and cause confusion. I would like that the name cannot be changed, in order to avoid any intruder in the videoconference.

Summary: - Quality and server are always up, so no issue in connection.
- Smooth experience along with tools to help you during meetings.

Positive: - Simple and easy to use with no knowledge of technology usage.
- Gives you basic features for free
- The user interface is catchy.

Negative: Makers have not concentrated on security, a bit of more security along with the quality video and audio experience they give. It could be perfect.
