Summary: It is very user friendly, and easy to set up meetings. I also like the picture quality

Positive: I like the ease of use.

Negative: I really have not found any cons so far. If I had to say anything it would be the linking emails.

Summary: Let's face it, Zoom was ready for a pandemic while other providers struggled to add capacity for their users. Not a fault to the others, because no one expected a pandemic, but it forced us to switch to Zoom.

Positive: Zoom is built for video conferencing and because their backend network is built for low latency video, it can now support their UCaaS offering as well. The interface is simple, easy to navigate, and attractive. Its tech for backgrounds is great. Overall, a focused and niche product.

Negative: There are security concerns as it pertains to zoom, and while they have seemingly addressed those concerns, we are hesitant to expand our relationship for now.

Summary: Value for money software. Made virtual classroom reality during the pandemic period. Multi platform support makes it easy to use anywhere.

Positive: Multi platform support.
Best UI experience easy for handling for a 3rd grade kid.
Made virtual class room possible.

Negative: Should have feature to have admin only type of meetings.

Summary: Zoom is great and I would highly recommend. They have things to approve but nothing shy of great. Give it a try.

Positive: Great for video communication, fun and unique filters to spice up calls. Zoom was a staple for the pandemic communication team.

Negative: Can be very confusing to operate the mute button, also has problems dropping calls from time to time.

Summary: Overall, Zoom is an easy to use application that can be used by any individual without any technical knowledge required to use it.

Positive: - It does not consume a lot of system memory while running can be used on a low-end system smoothly.
- The user interface of the application makes it very easy to keep track and see every participant.
- Screen sharing features works without any lags.

Negative: - There are some bugs in some features and it makes the application jittery while using them, for example - using a mic while sharing the screen.
- While using zoom for video conferences there is always a concern for the security.

Summary: Very convenient and has become my tool of choice for virtual meetings throughout the pandemic. Would recommend to anyone needing a video conference tool.

Positive: - Simple interface

Negative: - The free version could give a bit more time as meetings can go quickly on a free plan
- Can sometimes be buggy, but only on a rare occasion

Summary: If your focus is on dense participants it should be your first choice.
It has all the decent features for a successful meeting but also give you the best video and audio quality in the market.

Positive: Whenever I get a link for community meetings or webinars, it is mostly of zoom because,
You can access it with one click.
It has all the necessary tools.
It is reliable and can handle a huge number of participants.

Negative: The security is not up to the mark but yet it is very reliable.
Does not have cloud storage for recorded meetings.

Summary: In business I used Webex for most conferences but in the last year I used Zoom for everything from business meetings, to Church meetings to gathering my friends on line. It literally saved the day through the pandemic!

Positive: The ease of use! In the last year so many people had no choice but to communicate virtually and this system made it so easy for everyone from young kids to seniors to stay in touch.

Negative: I don't believe I had any negative experience using Zoom.

Summary: Overall, I would recommend anyone to try it. The free version is just fine until you have to go longer than 40 minutes for a call. I would give it 4/5.

Positive: Zoom has been the go-to conference platform at a number of companies that I've been a part of. It's simple to get set-up, and I don't have any issues with it. I haven't ever had to look at the design or contact support (that's probably a good sign) so there's not much I can say there.

Negative: I don't have any cons that I could think of. On occasion there are connectivity issues like anything else, so no major complaints.

Summary: Overall me and and my team do not see our selves moving away from Zoom anytime soon and will be our preferred video conferencing app to use due to the great features and ease of use.

Positive: Has been a great meeting solution for me and my team. The screen sharing capability is very easy to use and helps out each of our team members get their points across.

Negative: Really no cons other than the free plan not being that great compared to competitors.

Summary: Definitely a must-know tool for private and business video conferencing use. Small, stable platform, that has room to grow with additional integrations and functionality.

Positive: -widely used, lots of people are now familiar with it

Negative: -a lot of updates. need to check for updates to not be late for a meeting
-focused only on video-conferencing (no other leg to stand on)

Summary: Overall Zoom has been a great tool during the pandemic to connect with both coworkers and friends and family.

Positive: Zoom is one of the best tools to facilitate working from home. The links are easy to send out and troubleshooting is easy.

Negative: Sometimes the connection can be taxing on your internet connection.

Summary: Overall user friendly, budget friendly solution. Would suggest adding a few features to improve the overall experience :
- Gridlines to help the speaker position themselves correctly
- Improving audio / video experience by providing a meeting option like Webinar where full HD could be supported.

Positive: - User Friendly

- Comparatively more cost effective than competitors
- Break-out rooms helps in enabling parallel meetings, workshops
- Large Meeting & Webinar add-ons to reach out to a bigger audience
- Enablement of secondary or external camera
- Feature of adding virtual background

Negative: - Security issues that were highlighted initially has blacklisted the usage of this app by multiple corporate organisations
- Video quality & Music quality is average at best

Summary: I think this is an excellent recourse and would suggest giving it a try if you haven't already. It's simple to use.

Positive: It's a very straightforward design and I love that you can change your background. The chat feature and being able to break out into different rooms is very useful.

Negative: It can be difficult managing a larger group where people can talk over each other.
