Summary: Overall there are some issues but it is the best software to use while I am attending online class. Looking at other software it seems cluttered and a mess to use.

Positive: I really like how it allows me to connect with my teachers and education. It is easy to use and allows to re-upload past meetings. This is a nice feature that I use to go back over lessons when I might have missed something.

Negative: When using the past meetings feature I notice that it is very glitchy. Having to scrub though the video to find a certain part has a ton of lag.

Summary: Overall, my experience with Zoom has been excellent. I know there were earlier security concerns, although those seem to have been resolved. I hope they continue to provide more guidance and documentation as they improve the system, but it's still currently the easiest video meeting program to use.

Positive: Zoom is incredibly easy to use, but it's still pretty feature-rich. Providing users with personal meeting room links allows anyone to gather people online quickly, and screen sharing and session recording are intuitive.

Negative: While I appreciate that Zoom regularly updates its software, those updates sometimes lead to UI changes that can throw off users. Not all of these changes are explained, and really useful features like the settings to optimize sharing video clips at high quality are buried at the bottom of the sharing screen.

Summary: Overall for coordinating with multiple clients and staff members at a place, Zoom is best. Its file sharing option helps in maintaining records, minutes of meeting, multiple user selection, group chat is some of the basic features which helps in business operations smoothly.

Positive: In current situation, Zoom helps in connecting with all the clients and customers without physical meeting. We can easily share the audio, video and even the files. It also helps in screen sharing which helps in technical solution if faced by customer.

Negative: Video will be blurred with network strength. Audio works fine. Remote user id saved and can be used later if not confirmed. Privacy issue may arise.

Summary: Overall I have gotten the hang of using Zoom. I like that I am able to use the browser feature to get in a Zoom meeting.

Positive: I like Zoom because it's a great way to stay connected and be anywhere. I also enjoy the feature that it can easily be used for business or to connect with friends.

Negative: What I didn't like is that at first it wasn't very user friendly. A friend was able to guide me through the process.

Summary: Overall, very happy with Zoom and I will continue to use it professionally and even personally to connect with family.

Positive: The quality is unrivaled. I'm on a gotomeeting call right now and the quality isn't the same as Zoom. It's really easy to use, easy to integrate, use for webinars is easy.

Negative: With the increasing use of software like this lately with COVID, they've had to pivot a lot with zoom bombing and activity like that, so I understand it, but they have changed the software and settings a lot which keeps me on my toes as someone leveraging the software for webinars.

Summary: I would recommend Zoom to my friends as is it really convenient, easy to handle, and call your friends and families. They have been doing very well in the market and are trying to be leaders in the offers they service.

Positive: I loved the way it is designed to make lives simpler for people, a very convenient app to use even without making an account and by just using the login credentials received from the host. The application has reunited friends and family throughout the pandemic and has played a major role during the pandemic that none of us could notice.

Negative: The free version does not allow to be used after a certain time limit for a certain call. Not as user friendly as other apps.

Summary: Great app for meetings and video calls. Has many features that other conferencing apps lack. It is also cross-platform, which is great. Paid version isn't very expensive either.

• The presenter can disable others from unmuting or presenting, which is a nice additional feature
• Free version isn't very limited

Negative: • Literally anybody with the meeting link can join, which raises security issues.
• Sometimes the audio lags a bit
• Easily drains battery power

Summary: It's a good app for holding meetings and conferences for both businesses and personal uses. Security issues maybe a concern for some, but otherwise it provides a good experience overall.

Negative: - Privacy and security issues.

- Anyone can edit the screen which makes it very much prone to be misused.

Summary: Its budget friendly software to use.
Reliable with video conferencing which makes online meeting successful.

Positive: The chats are incredible with files sharing and messaging.

Negative: Reliable with video conferencing with clients from anywhere anytime.

Documentation is acceptable, but not great.

The meeting recording features are vanilla and not great.

Positive: The Zoom API for your business is huge.
There is no easier to use meeting platform.
The quality is steady.

Negative: There is no option to host multiple meetings simultaneously. This means every person can only host one meeting at a time.

The meeting recording feature focuses on the presenter. If a Speaker shares a screen, the meeting will record the Speaker as a small, picture-in-picture window. This happens even if you're setup to use Dual Monitors and can see both the Speaker and the Shared Screen, one on each screen.

Summary: I like Zoom. I used it for school initially but have even used it for lots of family meetings etc. Very popular app for a reason!

Positive: Doesn’t lag. Meetings can hold A LOT of participants. Had about 500 people at once. Easy to use. Can use on lots of different types of devices. Good privacy due to passwords. Breakout rooms is a nice idea.

Negative: When you use the pen tool on your screen, it goes on everyone’s screen as well... learnt that the hard way. It would be better if only you could see it.

Summary: Overall, the app was great to use. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who is looking to conduct online meetings. Extremely smooth user experience.

Positive: The app is easy to use and with the pandemic situation, the app has become widely accepted. The break out rooms feature is great.

Negative: It does not work well with a weak internet connection and there is lag. Meetings with large groups of people require a stable connection.

Positive: Well, I like that in the midst of a pandemic we have Zoom to rely on. It works fine for me, but sometimes has minor hiccups.

Negative: Doesn’t always open the meetings easily on my desktop.

The user interface is very user friendly and I had no issue to figure out how to join or host. I loved the recording and screen sharing feature it's very practical and helpful. This app now become part of daily life. My recommendation you must try this app if you haven't it's great to use and feature packed platform.

Positive: Zoom conference video calls are very high definition. It supports almost every operating system. This software is very convenient and very easy to use. You don't need to login if you want to join meeting so no need to worry about your personal details. It's free to use but for limited session. There is also record conference option you can easily record and watch later on. The user interface is great and easy to use.

Negative: Free version should have more session time. Chatbox is little buggy it freezes sometimes. You need good internet speed for best experience
