Summary: Overall, I know there are a lot of systems out there that are used for communication among a company, but I would say this is one of my favorite ones I have used so far.

Positive: I love how you not only can use Teams for chats, but you can also save files/documents/sheets on there in one area to then be shared with everyone that needs access. To me, it felt like another version of Google Drive, but with a chatting system as well.

Negative: When I was using it there was a limited amount of chats you could have. I am not sure if that is still the same, but I would look into it incase it is still the case.

Summary: Overall, Microsoft Teams can be a used as a day-to-day meeting's application. It is a great tool to have when working remotely, with so many features, it makes the meeting experience intuitive and hassle-free.

Positive: - The connection stays stable throughout the meeting even with low bandwidth connections.
- It allows files sharing and chatting during meeting.
- It easily gets integrated with other Microsoft applications.
- It is feature rich and versatile and can be use for multiple purposes like, attending classes, meeting, seminars etc.
- Meeting can be scheduled and invites can be shared prior to the meeting.

Negative: - It consumes a lot of data during meetings, which can be a problem when attending a meeting with a limited data pack.
- The user interface is a bit messy and unorganized.

Summary: Overall, which the exception of the one con noted above, this solution does everything we had hoped it would and more!

Positive: The integrations are incredible! I expected it would integrate with other Microsoft products well, which it does, but it also integrates with many software products I would not have expected. One example is PandaDoc, which we use for all of our electronic signatures.

Negative: The ability to connect a phone line to teams is cost prohibitive given there are other solutions with phone lines at a much more affordable rate.

Summary: It is an all-in-one and versatile meeting tool with multiple useful features. It can be used for having meetings, seminars, giving assignments and many more. Even after so many perks, the subscription price is affordable.

Positive: - The application has many utility features aside from online meetings.
- Participants can share files during the meetings and chat in the dedicated chat box.
- It is a versatile application and can be used multi purposely like, for business meetings, teaching student or connecting with friends and family.
- The user interface of the application does not get complex even with this many features.
- It runs smoothly on all the devices regardless of the device specifications.

Negative: - The desktop version is flawless, but that is not the same case with mobile, the navigation feels laggy, and response time is low.
- It supports integration with only few applications.

Summary: Overall, Microsoft Teams can be used by anyone from students to working professional because of the set of features it provides to its users, it is secure and reliable to use.

Positive: 1. Microsoft Teams is more than just a video meeting application because of the features it provides.
2. It can integrate easily with other Microsoft application for extended features and functionalities.
3. Files and and documents can be shared among team members.
4. The user interface of the application is intuitive and easy to navigate.

Negative: 1. The Android version of the application has serious performance issues.
2. Audio quality fluctuates a lot during calls.

Summary: Overall, Microsoft Teams is a great tool to organize meetings and seminars on. It can be easily integrated with other Microsoft applications.

Positive: - Microsoft Teams allows the user to create and schedule meetings and invite participants through links.
- File sharing is pretty easy during meetings.
- A Chat room is available to ask questions and doubts during meetings.

Negative: - The mobile version of the application feels cluttered in usage.
- It does not allow customization.

Summary: Overall we love the software. It has brought our team and projects together as we work remote. The growing add-ons and new features such as tasks, approvals etc. are a great welcomed upgrade.

Positive: This software has really let us pull together our projects and work remotely and still feel like a team. The integration throughout the Office 365 apps is incredible.

Negative: The cost of the per user call number for teams meetings is a bit much especially if you have users that doesn't setup meetings constantly.

Summary: Teams can be a great solution, particularly for an organization that often interfaces with people who don't regularly video chat and will appreciate the browser option (vs other platforms that require a software download).

Positive: It's very helpful that Teams will allow folks to join from a web browser. This makes it much easier for anyone to access meetings.

Negative: Depending on how the meeting is set up, it can be difficult to see everyone on the call.

Summary: Overall, Microsoft Teams is an online video meeting/conferencing software that is available on multiple platforms. The user interface is easy to use and can be utilized for taking videos classes or conferences.

Positive: - Participants can be invited directly or through the link.
- Microsoft Teams make it very easy to share files during the meetings through sharing the files directly or sharing the link in the chatbox.
- The sessions can be recorded easily without giving too much load on the system.

Negative: - It does not work properly on iOS devices.
- Chatbox does not allow using of emojis.

Summary: Recommended for organisations since it is convenient for people to edit documents together. Great to use it for projects.

Positive: We can conduct calls and group chat easily in the app itself. Can even use it to create words, powerpoints and excel for everyone to edit it. Great to use it for projects.

Negative: Excel might lag if too many people are editing it at once.

Summary: Microsoft Teams is overall a must have product if you are a Microsoft Shop. You just need to take the time to know how it works and even more create some procedure for your co-worker to use it properly.
Otherwise I recommend it.

Positive: Easy to use.
Plenty of features.
Easy to communicate between team members or even with external contacts.
Voice, text, dashboard, diagram, name the feature you need and it's there.

Negative: The product is so huge that you really need to take the time to know the product before properly using it.

Summary: From my time using Microsoft Teams, it has been great. The background feature has been good and easy to jump on calls.

Positive: Pretty straightforward application, lots of people use it so it is convenient to have and use. Never any major issues.

Negative: Can be laggy or slow at times., usually is not the case though.

Summary: Overall, Microsoft Teams is a video meeting software that offers some unique features like file sharing. It is a versatile software and, can be used for almost any video meeting need.

Positive: - Microsoft Teams allows sharing files with the participants in the meeting.
- It supports meeting invites, scheduling and recording of the sessions.
- It is the best fit for hosting large meetings and online classes.

Negative: - Because of the large number of features, the layout of the software a bit messy to use.

Summary: I like using Teams when provided the opportunity, since I find it easier to use than Zoom. I only wish we used it more often.

Positive: Microsoft Team is an effective platform for holding group conference calls. It integrates well with Outlook and across mobile devices.

Negative: The use of Teams isn't as widespread as ordinary dial ins or Zoom.

Summary: If I were conducting a project meeting and needed to video chat or call, I would choose Teams over Zoom because of its cloud sharing features.

Positive: Our office infrastructure uses O365 Business suite for sharing files internally and externally using SharePoint. On Teams you can create a project then share the documents associated with that project all on one platform.

Negative: After using Zoom it is an adjustment to use Teams. Some of the features and icons aren't as common to me to use as in Zoom.
