Summary: Overall, MS teams connect with staff with ease. Its link easily shared on outlook and user can share the data and even can share the screen for demo purpose. Collaboration with the staff make easy and chat option with like and other reply with edit option is very good.

Positive: For connecting with students, staff and customers virtually, MS teams provide best platform. It can provide meetings id and can be shared with mail or messages. User can experience very good video and audio quality. User can connect with multiple person at a same time.

Negative: As of now nothing special problem faced. Slight buffering may expect if the network strength is low.

Summary: Overall Microsoft Teams has enough of feature set in it for the collaborative team work and advanced communication between teams. For professionals it is the best tool for communication and connecting teams and helps tremendously for increasing efficiency in overall work.

Positive: Microsoft has always come up with powerful tools for different trades of information technology and Teams is also one of them for collaboration and communication among teams. It has all the requisite features needs for collaborative work. We can conduct team meetings, share screens, file sharing and assign work among teams through this tool.

Negative: Microsoft Teams is good for business use and small team meetings, but when it comes to conducting classes or interacting larger crowds with full participation from all, it lacks some basic features.

Summary: Our org recently switched to MS Teams and it has been a great improvement in our daily co-working experience.

Positive: - Integration with hundreds of apps so that you don't have to migrate to a different service forced upon by Microsoft.
- No installation required, the full functionality is supported via the browser.

Negative: - Not much customization and the meeting/video call experience is not as great as that of Zoom.

Summary: Microsoft Teams is a complete solution if one is looking for a team communication or collaboration tool. Not only is it easy to onboard people on it, it has massive integration capabilities and is a comprehensive solution.

Positive: Microsoft Teams is a brilliant app and a huge upgrade from Skype for business. Teams combines IM, audio-video calling with productivity features like integration with 365 apps, Calendar, Scheduler, 3rd party integrations and more. It is a really great piece of software which makes keeping up with all the different tasks easier.

Negative: No cons, this is my go to app for office communication whether on pc or mobile

Summary: Overall, Teams has been a major asset for my teams on various projects. Especially in a time where we are separated across continents and time zones, and with Coronavirus keeping everyone at home, its been a wonderful way to keep each other updated on progress and accountable. The ease of use of the various widgets for planning, and for document collaboration is excellent.

Positive: Teams is the go-to app for collaboration across teams - it has been the most convenient, thorough and effective way to keep in touch with my project teams, despite being separated across various time zones and continents.

Negative: Sometimes the app closes unexpectedly and does not save progress if I'm editing a document - but this is a rare occurrence.

Summary: I love using this product. Whether for a short direct message with a co-worker to an all-staff communication, this product is easy to use and is very efficient.

Positive: This product is very easy to use and has been enhanced over the last 6 months since I started using it when the pandemic started. At first, I only used it to instant message team members, but that soon turned into phone calls, video calls, etc.

Negative: The con would be the changes that seemed to be happening on a frequent basis from the time I started using it just 6 months ago, to today. While the enhancements were good, the layout kept changing, making it hard to get used to a certain layout.

Summary: Microsoft Teams is an excellent tool for teamwork. It helps the team keep in touch via chat & calls and also provides other productivity features as well.

Negative: The files in team channels works slow at times and downloading multiple files at once often doesn't work.

Summary: It's a prominent collaboration platform. We use this platform to communicate with its rich video and meeting supports. It gives us a seamless spot to discuss with co-workers remotely.

Positive: #1- Microsoft Teams is a spot to discuss and collaborate with the team remotely.
#2- It has rich video and meeting functionality.
#3- Very convenient to share files.
#4- It also supports Slack app integration, gives direct meeting joining features.

Negative: #1- Video is unreliable in my overall experiences.

Summary: Reliable to integrate with Outlook which makes file sharing easy and fast.
It's effective with high quality videos and voice calls.
The teams are able to chat.

Positive: Great with collaboration which makes sharing of files and documents easy.
Mobile friendly thus accessible anywhere anytime.
It's cost effective software.

Negative: Microsoft Teams require access to internet to use.

Summary: In this current pandemic situation, we are working on projects remotely. But Microsoft Teams change our working process. Now we can easily get connected with our project teams. Using Microsoft Teams it gives us the ability to have meetings, video conferencing and file-sharing method.

Positive: Microsoft Teams integrated with Microsoft 365 makes it best in business communication platform. It gives a great quality of video conferencing. Its file-sharing feature makes it perfect for our project team.

Negative: I don't have any cons to share. Microsoft Teams is best in class tool.

Summary: It is a huge upgrade from Skype for Business and is a vital communication and collaboration tool for any team.

Negative: The mobile app lacks some features like editing wiki.

Summary: Great tool for chatting, talking amongst work groups and teams and the video chat function has been used for our entire company at once (200 at the same time).

Positive: The ability to share specific app screens in teams meetings is great. The auto cropping and motion following during video calls is really handy.

Negative: Can't really think of any major detractors. Really is a great tool that I use every day!

Summary: I connect almost daily to my team members for ongoing project using Microsoft Teams. During meeting, we all record our presentations, share files and then access all at one place, which is very pleasing and satisfying. It has given us a facility for quick communication with each other even with employee from other regions who are working in our organization. It is also useful in creating meetings within our organization for benefit of our organization.

Positive: I like Microsoft Teams because it helps in virtual meetings, file sharing and communicating with ease. It is very useful for non-technical persons because we send direct email to them to join the meeting. I also like how I can directly join meetings by calendar and keep track of my many meetings in such an elaborate interface. Also, files can be shared directly through chat link.

Negative: Sometimes it is very hard to join despite of high bandwidth internet. It also occupies systems resources and storage resulting in poor system performance during the session. Apart from this, there is nothing to dislike about.

Summary: Microsoft Teams brings a powerful collaboration hub to Microsoft-centric organizations. Tight office integration provides content creation & sharing capabilities within conversations. But the broad focus also brings complexity-better for structured teamwork over casual chat.

Positive: Robust app integrations enhance workflows - OneDrive, SharePoint, Power BI etc. Ability to schedule video meetings & share screens.

Negative: Lacks support for large webinars & events compared to dedicated tools. Chats & notifications can be overwhelming & hard to manage for larger teams.

Summary: It is a great option for team communication, collaboration on documents, and video conferencing. It works well on the mobile app and on computers to be a well-rounded software.

Positive: Teams does far more than just messaging. My personal favorite element is the integration of other Microsoft products into Teams to easily edit collaborative documents. The video conferencing also works well, and I appreciate the ease of immediate video calling instead of having to send out a link.

Negative: I almost feel like some of the features are hidden. I have been using Teams for over two years, but still find new things that I wasn't aware existed. They have a lot of great functions, but the user interface doesn't necessarily promote all of these.
