Summary: My organization uses this product daily. I love the using the "Teams" feature for differentiating between different internal teams for document storage and announcements. Highly recommend!

Positive: I enjoy being able to customize chats internally based on niche groups that communicate together. It's also great that it meets the need of performing conference calling internally and externally.

Negative: I wish that it was easier to clear the notifications for "reactions" such as a thumbs up. Sometimes the notification seems to linger.

Summary: Overall it's a great product for all your team/office conversations. It is continuously evolving with the changing need.

Positive: High quality group audio and video calls.

A lot of gifs to express yourself without words.
Create permanent chat groups, rather than creating a new group every time.

Negative: Maximum number of participants in a video call is limited.

Negative: - The software sometimes crashes while using the voice notes feature in the android version of the software.

Summary: My overall experience is very positive with the Microsoft Teams and it has all the tools available for streamlined communication and collaboration.

Negative: Video lags are bit annoying during team meetings, even on high bandwidth internet.

Summary: The scope that Microsoft Teams allows us to have is not only very broad, but it allows us to cover different types of meetings depending on our needs. In this sense, we have been able to use Microsoft Teams not only for large meetings involving dozens of people, but also for small meetings more similar to group calls.

Positive: Through Microsoft Teams we have greatly improved the quality of our participations, because now we can not only configure our screen image so that it can adapt to the overall quality of the devices of others, but we can also delete the backgrounds of our presentations, to keep the team properly focused and concentrated on the work.

Negative: Microsoft Teams, although it can be added to the Microsoft office 365 platform, does not allow us to edit our documents within the presentations, and such documents, once imported into the platform, cannot be sent while the presentation is being made, which represents a clear limitation in our work methodology.

Summary: Conferences and all the work, in general, feels more efficient, there is better and more feedback on what we do, and the suggestions are more beneficial since everything happens in real-time. Many applications and the integration of other services means that decision-making can be done instantly, and working on documents and files as a group is much easier. From finance to chatbots, there will be something in your app library that will undoubtedly help you automate some parts of your work and improve your work experience.

Positive: One of the most significant advantages and what I like most about Microsoft Teams is its many applications and features; they help this program to be more than a video conferencing application; it helps collaborative work to be done as we participate.

Negative: It is not as widely used as other applications, so new members may not be as familiar with the program, but once they integrate and learn to use it, it is unstoppable what can be done with this program.

Summary: Great overall experience with Teams. We use Teams on a daily basis – it has changed several of our work processes and made our lives easier!

Positive: Our team LOVES having a hub for storing files, having conversations, managing calendars, and holding team meetings all in the same place!

Negative: It would be great if Microsoft Teams synced with Planner and OneDrive in the future!

Summary: It is a good option to establish more professional communications in terms of chats, video conferences and file sharing and to exploit all the communication channels for a complete affectivity among collaborators. However, it is not highly recommended for managing activity progress.

Positive: This application offers us a simpler alternative for messaging between workers with a group chat that allows us to exchange messages and share any type of file. At the same time, it offers a videoconference option where up to ten collaborators can participate.

Negative: Although its functionalities are very effective, in terms of ease of use it leaves much to be desired since it has so many add-ons and they are grouped in an excessive way that it can be frustrating for many to learn how to use the application. In addition, it does not have a start of progress of activities or news relevant to the company or project being carried out.

Summary: The scope shown by Microsoft Teams can be totally varied, since meetings can be of a personal nature or on a larger scale, involving groups of people. The interesting thing about Microsoft Teams is the way in which all the management processes of such meetings are automated, which normally require only a few touches to be carried out.

Positive: The level of participation in each meeting can be edited according to the preferences of the host, or the group in general, by simply accessing the image settings. Microsoft Teams offers dynamic background blurring, which works as a way to keep meetings as focused and professional as possible. We recommend reviewing Microsoft Teams if you need a software for online meetings, as its video chat room system or chat without image is one of the most comfortable and evolved today. This is mainly due to the fact that Microsoft Teams was created taking into account all of Microsoft's past experiments in the area of online communications.

Negative: Microsoft Teams can be integrated into Microsoft office 365, but it is not possible to create written document edits, audiovisual presentations, or much else within the platform. In addition to this, such work material cannot be shared among meeting participants if editing is desired, or if screen sharing is required to work with such information live. In this case, once the content has finished being edited externally, it can be exported to some other platform of the user's preference.

Summary: Overall my experience with teams has been amazing! I would recommend this app to all because it will boost your team's productivity.

Positive: I use this every day! Best platform ever to come to o365. Able to work so well with my teams and share everything through teams.

Negative: No issues with teams! it is the best thing to happen since sliced bread.
