Chatting has never been so comfortable! Date: Jun 29 2021
Summary: My experience with Microsoft Teams is a short one but well-received. I use this on a daily basis to communicate with my team. It's one of the fastest and least buggy chatting services I've ever used compared to others. I manage over 30 files in a day which are shared through Microsoft almost instantly/automatically. It saves me the hassle of having to invite people manually. Even though it's slightly limited, it delivers exactly what you're looking for. A chatting and team management app.
Positive: Easy UI
Intuitive
Smooth handling
No lag at all
Directly connected to the cloud for easy file accessNegative: I don't think there's a thing I don't like about Microsoft teams, it does exactly what it's meant to do. I guess the only con is that it's slightly limited compared to other team management apps.

MS Teams has many features Date: Jun 29 2021
Summary: Overall this is a useful tool for getting work done and communicating with co-workers. This integrates with Window very well but I would like to have the default option be launch as needed. thanks.
Positive: The chat feature is the one that I am most familiar with as far as this software goes. It is easy to use and helps save on phone calls to co-workers. It's much faster to use chat to communicate. It also has meeting and calendar features that are useful too.
Negative: I don't like the fact that the default setting is to start up with Windows. I would like to be able to launch it only when I'm ready to use it.

Teams Date: Jun 18 2021
Summary: It's a good program just needs some things fixed and make it so that the product holds up to its name.
Positive: It's a great way to communicate with others throughout the company. It is quick and easy to use and to work with.
Negative: It tends to crash a lot. It doesn't work consistently due to Microsoft having issues multiple times with Azure.

Great experience, though some improvements may be needed Date: Jun 15 2021
Summary: A very positive development from Microsoft and a much better UX compared to Skype. Dev team should pat themselves on the back but also continue to take feedback via forums and make a world class product. :)
Positive: Fantastic integration with existing Office apps. Good customization options with dark and light modes. Notifications can be tailored in more options than I thought possible
Calls seem to use less data than Skype/Zoom, so crisp audio.Negative: Meeting reminders sometimes disappear or alert very late into the scheduled time.

Many Choices in Video Conferencing Date: Jun 11 2021
Summary: One of the many systems out there for virtual meetings. I do not see anything that stands out to make this program better than others.
Positive: MS Teams is installed on many computers when purchased, so no installation in necessary. And since many already have it, there is quick access for those who already use it, no installation, no filling out a new form.
Negative: When not running in the background, it take a long time to launch. Fairly new to the market, so many are staying with what they use the most like Zoom, WebEx , Skype or BlueJeans.

Mostly easy to use Date: May 24 2021
Summary: It's a good product, we use it periodically with outside vendors since it seems to be the most common app. Not the best, but certainly not the worst.
Positive: Easy to use, easy to set up a meeting, backgrounds aren't too bad to use either. Makes collaborating a bit more easier.
Negative: While it works well, it tends to freeze up more than Google Meet or Zoom.

Solid Project Management Interface Date: May 23 2021
Summary: Very good for projects, not as good for daily operational communication. With a few tweaks, teams would become exponentially more powerful. Teams should have templates based upon what the team is trying to accomplish. (Problems, Projects, Proposals, etc.)
Positive: I like the ability to navigate multiple teams and workflows. Teams makes it easy to communicate and store information in a centralized repository that is content/project-specific.
Negative: The interface becomes very busy if you are managing more than 3 teams. You can become overwhelmed if multiple people or groups begin trying to communicate multiple workstreams at the same time. It may be challenging to keep up with the chats, posts and your normal communication channels.

Converted Slack Shop Date: May 21 2021
Summary: We use teams because our Hoylu's Teams App and it's generally accepted by non-zoom enterprises as secure for Video Calling. We migrated from slack but still use both.
Positive: - Pinning links, docs, and Hoylu Workspaces to Channels for ease of access.
- Easy to schedule video calls.
- Chat stays open with external users for a bit.Negative: - I don't get notifications for multiple orgs like we did in slack (only by email).

- You can't turn off Teams notifications so you're always dinging if you're having a side convo on a call.
- It takes a lot of bandwidth to screen share and be on video.
