Positive: It provides you everything in such an organized manner that you can control and access anything with just one click.
You can schedule meetings and join a meeting with a group with one click and record it.

Negative: It is one of the best software for video conferencing or conversation via voice or message.

Negative: Microsoft Teams is a quite expensive application, and for beginners, they may have to dig deep and secure the program.

Summary: The app is fast, reliable, strong security features, and gives you a well clear experience while video calling. You can schedule and control the access of participants. Overall good option for corporate meetings.

Positive: Microsoft teams let you call in super high definition of video as well as audio.
The interface follows a structured and well-categorized blueprint, So you can manage groups with ease and have a great experience.

Negative: Too much categorization.
Anyone in a group can start a meeting or a scheduled meeting even if he does not schedule it.

Summary: I use the Microsoft Teams app on a daily basis at work. It's great if you just need to send a quick reminder or question to a co-worker because you don't have to stop what you are doing to make a phone call. This app is perfect for one on one meetings because you can easily share your screen to the other person or vice versa. Due to Covid-19 closures, I actually did the majority of my position training via Teams and it was great! Very easy to navigate and screen sharing has clear image. You can also speak through the Teams app if you have a headset available.

Positive: Clear picture/visibility. Ease of screen sharing. Easy to navigate. Great for sending a quick message. Great for virtual meetings.

Negative: I have not come across any issues with Teams. I use this app daily with work.

Summary: Overall, Microsoft Teams is a breeze! My team and I have been using this application since it arrived in the Microsoft package, and we've loved every moment of it (including the glitches/issues). I believe this is one application that all businesses should invest in.

Positive: I love the layout of the new & updated MS Teams!
I love how you can have several group channels and add as many people as you want.
I love how you can start a meeting with you group of people by just the click of a button.
I love the emojis it offers, to help with diluting conversations and words a bit better.
I love the GIFS option, which can make the professional environment seem a little less stressful

Negative: I don't have many cons for MS Teams -- The only one I can think of is how it freezes up/glitches at times (but that is with any application). Also, it sometimes gives you a hard time when trying to sign in.

Summary: Our previous chat service was great for communicating with team members, but it wasn't until we implemented Microsoft Teams that I realized the additional potential to share files quickly, etc.

Positive: We recently implemented Microsoft Teams at my work, and it makes it so easy to communicate with team members, share files, and organize different worksteams.

Negative: Sometimes the app freezes up and doesn't notify you when you get messages, but this is rare.

Summary: I would like to give full rating to Teams as it is just the best product in the IT field right now and is way above its competitors because it offers many functionalities which the other software products fail to provide. Also, the support has been really terrific. I called the Teams support once since Teams was not opening on my system and the Teams support helped me resolve the issue within one hour.

Positive: It enables us to form team groups within the platform which ultimately helps in team chats and file sharing within the teams and also lets the file to update in real time by all the team members within the group.

Negative: I noticed that whenever I log in daily and directly go to Teams, it takes a quite a bit of time to connect to its server and to come online as compared to other products like Zoom which are really fast . The time taken by Teams to connect to its server for the first time could be improved.

Summary: Microsoft Teams works well for companies of all sizes. Its design and features are ideal for collaboration and working remotely. It is a quality product with great customer support and a wide portfolio of flexible options for businesses.

Positive: It is a fantastic tool with lots of features. The software allows video calls, conference calls, chatting, screen sharing, and file sharing. The mobile feature is easy to use and very convenient. Customer support is responsive, knowledgeable, and professional.

Negative: It would be valuable if more third party applications could be integrated with the software. Initial features and design are not intuitive. At times, meeting links bounce users between the application and online platform.

Summary: Overall it is easy to use and easy to explain to those who need help. Good quality, nice navigation and you can add files or find files.

Positive: The video quality is great and the product is easy to manage. Nice jingle too when it rings instead of a boring ring tone.

Negative: Haven't found anything yet that I don't like. So far so good.

Summary: Brilliant application for virtual connectivity on any device and platform. The connection with your team members and clarity of picture and sounds are great in Microsoft Teams.

Positive: Microsoft Teams has the ability to do the wonders in terms of virtual connectivity and performing team works along with keeping social distance in these days of Covid pandemic.

Negative: It has been great run with Microsoft Teams so far and there is nothing to dislike.

Summary: Overall Teams is a great system to keep in constant contact with staff members, share files, notes, calendars, etc. It's a must have in a busy office.

Positive: Teams is great for staff that are working at home and are able to easily contact other staff throughout the company. Files can be made and added to in real time and automatically saved with each entry.

Negative: The only issue I have with Teams is that it can be a little busy with multiple conversations going on between different staff members.

Summary: I love it. The ability to send links, attachments, pictures, GIFs make it a fun addition to our means of communication.

Positive: I love the option to call or text. The group chats make sure no one misses a vital bit of information. I can quickly be reached at work or when on call and strongly feel that we will continue to use Teams to stay connected, even after in-person meetings have resumed.

Negative: I have no complaints. I’m not tech-savvy and yet needed no one to explain the features to me. That’s a testament to Teams’ user-friendliness.

Summary: Altogether, It is an incredibly good and well-versed video conferencing app for official meetings. Features are well thought and implemented very nicely. It is cheaper than a few paid video conferencing apps yet provided a better experience.

Positive: It provides a well-structured experience as there is a lot of option to manage groups. Privacy and security are outstanding. The quality and clarity of a video are top-notch along with a well-maintained server with nearly no latency.

Negative: I am using it for my organization for the past year yet haven't faced any major concerns.
