Summary: I would recommend using it, but maybe a tutorial would not be bad either. Similar to Zoom, but with classroom capabilities.

Positive: This was primarily used for college classes and made it easy to identify who was in the classroom and see who was talking.

Negative: I felt like it was a bit confusing at first to use.

Summary: Overall, Microsoft Teams is a go-to software for any kind of meeting. Because of its versatile features and user-friendly UI, it can be used by anyone.

Positive: - Microsoft Teams is a very easy-to-use software with an intuitive UI.
- There are some unique features like assignment submissions, personal chat with the admin, etc.
- Joining the meeting is quite easy even when the meeting has already started.

Negative: - There is no feature to delete the chat after sending it in the common chat box.
- The Mobile version of the software is not very user-friendly.

Summary: Microsoft Teams is a perfect solution to any size company's chat messaging needs! With a wide selection of administrator settings and the ability to go one-on-one outside of the group chat, it is perfect for training and more in-depth conversations. It offers users the ability to utilize cloud storage with Dropbox, Google Drive, Asana, and others to share documents, pictures, graphs, and presentations effortlessly. It does take up a large amount of space, so those with smaller hard drives may find it lag or slow down their computers. If you require several channels and group meetings, Teams may frustrate you. With a limited allotment, those with multiple needs will be disappointed.

Positive: *One on one chat messages outside of the group meeting.
*Ability to use Dropbox, Trello, Google Drive, Asana, etc within the software.
*User can change or blur the background when sharing video stream.
*Entire chat meeting is saved in the cloud.

Negative: * It uses a large amount of space.
* External users can only be added via email.
* Only those selected as administrators can add users.
* Restricted to a limited number of channels.

Summary: Again, it kept my department up to date and in touch for over a year now. I do not know how we could do what we did without it.

Positive: We are able to share files, conduct department meetings and make presentation to other departments.

Negative: It works best with on a computer or table / iPad but lags a little on phones.

Summary: If you have Office 365, Teams is one of the best choices for collaboration, video conferencing and application integration. Microsoft is putting a lot of effort in to making it an effective front-end to its Office365 Office and Sharepoint platform. Arguably a must-know business tool to know these days.

Positive: -Teams is a package of capabilities mainly targeted for the business environment
-It does allow for private use (if you are well organized :-))
-There are high levels of integration with other web-based solutions
-Smooth integration of desktop, web and mobile interfaces
-Continued improvements to keep up/excel - ultimately replacing Skype

Negative: -Crashed infrequently (mainly win10, win7), not on linux
-Quiet a memory hog (adapt process priority if needed)

Summary: Great platform suited to corporate organisations. Makes meetings convenient & effective.
This would be the future solution for most of the meetings even after the pandemic as this saves a lot of time & resources. Resources such as physical space, commute time are saved considerably.

Positive: - Secure platform apt for corporate organisations
- Creates a community feel within the organisation
- User friendly
- User does not have to download the application to use it. It could be used via browser
- Host rights are better compared to competitors
- Option to upgrade to Microsoft Stream, Teams Live provide ideal solution to large meetings & events
- Constant updation of features to enhance the audience experience & provide solution to cater to different meeting needs is highly appreciated

Negative: - Video quality is average at best
- Music & Audio quality experience is poor when played
- Suited for larger team strength, not for smaller team companies
- More expensive compared to few of the competitors

Summary: This a comprehensive tool that can be used in a lot of ways. It can definitely serve as way to streamline team communication and sharing of documents and information. May not be worth the modest meaning curve if you don't plan to utilize all its features.

Positive: This tool has a lot of management features to share documents and streamline communications. It can be used with a flexible range of number of active users - good for both small and large groups. Combines video meetings with document management and many communication needs.

Negative: There is a learning curve. It's not huge, considering the number of features available to users. However if you are a casual user, or you only go on periodically for meetings (presumably with other users who are more familiar with the tool, because otherwise wouldn't they probably just use a competitor?), then it might feel frustrating or buggy. What seems to be bugs may just be user error.

Summary: We have been using Microsoft Teams for a long time and my experience with this software has been great. It makes handling team works collaboration seamless.

Positive: I like that Microsoft Teams is affordable and that it integrates well with other Microsoft with tools.

Negative: I cannot really think of anything wrong with Microsoft Teams and it works well.

Negative: - All in all Microsoft Teams is great and very useful software, the only downside is that it is a bit expensive, especially for small organizations and students.

Summary: In general terms, the application deserves a good training for those of us who use it as a tool. However, with its options for private group chats, assignment of tasks and projects under different shared communication options, it is an excellent alternative for us to maintain communication outside of Whatsapp and G-Mail.

Positive: We have found this Microsoft extension to be an excellent tool and alternative for group communication in our company. It allows us to create internal group chats with options to exchange any type of attachment with more than ten users. And we have taken great advantage of its videoconferencing through its screen sharing option for better explanation of tasks remotely.

Negative: We consider that Microsoft Teams, among so many options of use, lacks options that allow us to visualize the progress and efficiency with which projects are carried out. Also, the usability of the application seems to us a bit complicated since it has too many options and extensions that our newcomers find it much more difficult to adapt and confusing.

Summary: Well designed for corporate work with tools to make it seamless and easy.
Continues updates and a reliable place to share data.
Pricing is quite impressive.

Positive: If your organization needs a platform for online meetings, works, or team discussion. You can do everything on Microsoft Teams seamlessly with the tools provided in the software.

Negative: At the beginning with overwhelming features, one can get easily confuse. But after some time you will see how much affords it saves for you.

Positive: -You get a lot of features and functionality with Microsoft teams as it has features to cater to professional and casual users.
-You can submit project works and assignments to the teacher with teams that streamline the work.
-The video calling experience is smooth, and you don't usually face lags while attending the meeting.

Negative: -I found some lags while sharing my screen, especially when having meetings with many participants.
-The software crashes sometimes and automatically restarts without any warning.

Summary: Since the implementation of Microsoft Teams we have seen increased productivity since team members never have to leave the App to get work done. Teams can share documents related to their topics and get instant feedback through chats.

Positive: I can have one-on-one conversations with colleagues, meet online and share files all in this single app. Specific channels are created for specific groups so that as a team member i can only focus on channels where i do my work.

Negative: I have to make sure i move my files into properly named folders to avoid confusion during retrieval.

Summary: Overall, Microsoft teams are a great app for professional use or used by the organization because of that features and are professional-oriented. There are some crashes in the app, but other than that, there is no major con.

-It provides many unique features like animated emojis, session recording, and project submission in the discussion.

Negative: -You are restricted with data storage when receiving a large number of assignments/project submissions.
-It crashes suddenly in between meetings.

Summary: My experience with teams has been positive, it’s definitely allowed my team to meet easily and schedule meetings with no problems.

Positive: Teams works well with other Microsoft products so it’s easy to schedule meetings with my team at work.

Negative: The screen is somewhat small so it’s hard to see documents with small fonts.
