Positive: Microsoft Teams functions as a single location for teamwork, including tools like video conferencing, file sharing, chat, and interfaces with other Microsoft 365 applications. Team productivity and communication are improved by this unification. Needless to say, it integrates perfectly with other other Microsoft 365 apps.

Negative: Teams may use a lot of resources, particularly when using screen sharing and video conferences. Performance problems may arise for those with less powerful devices or with low internet speed.

Summary: My overall experience has been positive, the platform has redefined collaboration, providing a centralized hub for communication & teamwork.

Positive: The collaboration features are amazing which includes chat, a file sharing platform, & video conferencing & meetings & truly provides more productivity.

Negative: Occasionally glitch have interrupted me many times during my meeting, if this can be make good It can be an overall amazing tool.

Summary: Overall, we have positive reviews about Microsoft Teams especially for its seamless integration with other MS applications, and its robust collaboration features. I personally appreciate its unified platform for communication be it a video call, a meetings, file or data transfer. Its is a valuable tool for team collaboration, particularly for remote work scenario.

Positive: Microsoft Teams is a great tool for online meetings, calls, file transfers among others. It integrates seamlessly with other Microsoft 365 applications like Excel, Word and MS Powerpoint. Communication is very smooth in MS Teams such as Video conference, calls, chat and file transfers. Microsoft Teams has a very robust security and compliance features to help secure our data and communications. This is a very helpful mean for team members working at remote locations. This can be scaled to meet the needs of small and large organizations alike. MS Teams can also be customized with third-party Apps to meet specific needs and workflows.

Negative: MS Teams has a wide range of features and capabilities which are sometimes overwhelming for new users. It requires time and training for users to fully understand and utilize the features. MS teams is also very resource intensive especially when using on old systems. This generally leads to slower performance. Guest access in MS Teams is very limited, as Guests have no access to Chats once they leave the call.

Summary: My overall experience has been quite positive. It has significantly improved collaboration with seamless integration, robust chat & video conferencing features. The platform ensures efficient communication. Overall it has been a valuable tool for fostering teamwork & virtual connectivity.

Positive: Using Microsoft Teams has significantly improved our organizational experience. Microsoft Teams seamlessly integrates with other Microsoft applications used in our organization. The chat functionality, Virtual meetings, file sharing capabilities have supported us a lot during our virtual collaborations.

Negative: The mobile app apart from having all the features can be a bit cluttered when you have multiple channels. If the app interface have been a bit more user friendly it would have been perfect then.

Summary: Microsoft Teams is the most valuable system in bringing players together for business communications. More so, Microsoft Teams has the right integration with other engagement systems.

Positive: Microsoft Teams has established realistic mechanisms for direct engagement and system upgrade. Further, Microsoft Teams controls all the ideals that brings substantial discussions and data synthesis.

Negative: Microsoft Teams is the professional part that multiplies the communications strings for businesses. Further, Microsoft Teams has elaborate function in bringing order and sanity.

Summary: We got a Microsoft Team addon with Microsoft 365 service. We are using this for our team collaboration. It makes discussions with coworkers less complicated. It allows mobile and desktop client access to meetings/webinars.

Positive: Microsoft Teams is an incredible video conference product. Anyone (who gets a meeting invite) from anywhere can join meetings/webinars using any device on Microsoft Teams. Comes complimentary with Microsoft 365. Helps in team collaboration. Enterprise plans are inexpensive.

Negative: Microsoft should have worked on its UI. It's not responsive.

Summary: I believe Teams is an ecosystem of what you need to run your startup or business, Slack the alternative feels less like it and more of a feature.
Once you start to scale and attract more employees and customers, I believe Teams is the superior solution, but perhaps not for early stage startups.

Positive: I think as a platform Teams scales really well especially if you have a large startup or company.
The meeting system on Teams is also extremely well done, our team while using Teams directly used the meeting features with videos but while on Slack we used Zoom.

Negative: The UI and UX was quite hard to get used to, especially when coming from Slack it was night and day difference.
It also seemed it was hard to bring external files and documents unto Teams, I think Teams pushed using their own technology like Docs and Excel for reading files which caused us quite some issues at the start.

Summary: Microsoft Teams is a progressive and highly attributed communication platform, that allows diverse sharing of files through remote access and solid password management. Microsoft Teams has the required standards that validates every process, and different mechanisms for security measures are highly deployed.

Positive: Microsoft Teams is a highly elaborate platform for valuable communications, which increases the determination that players have in making a company more diverse. More so, Microsoft Teams is consistent in matters content security, and appropriate mitigation mechanisms are highly included.

Negative: Microsoft Teams has attained all the functionality standards, and this brings communications closer to employees in all spheres of life.

Summary: In general, we’ve been able to keep track of regular recurring items better by creating specific channels for related topics and it’s helped our team be on the same page.

Positive: Teams has helped us streamline our internal communication and prevent long email threads that get lost in our inboxes.

Negative: Not all team members are 100% fully transitioned over to Teams. It’s hard to change that mindset.

Summary: Overall, Teams does exactly what I need it to do and does it well. It gives me a chat system that integrates well with my email and keeps everything I need in one place. It's a great tool for any company to utilize.

Positive: Microsoft Teams has an organized interface that bundles teams and organizes individuals allowing me to cater my message the exact people it's meant for. It saves me time and makes sure everyone is on the same page as a company.

Negative: There could be greater customization (color, labels, etc) when it comes to the chat system. The meetings I have get bundled with previous conversations and takes time to organize everything.

Summary: My team uses MS Team for chat, meeting, conferences and even for taking interviews. It is a must have and comes bundled with the Office subscription.

Positive: Easy to use, works like any messenger app.
Powerful features - open/edit documents inside app.
Record meeting.
Background filters and other customization options.
Lots of app in the store that can be plugged in.

Negative: Sometimes have to restart it as it shows incorrect status or goes offline , happens when vpn / internet reconnects.

Summary: Wouldn't use this for recruiting or multiple external meetings. But would use for casual conversations between friends.

Positive: The interface had a few good features and the sound quality was on par, but microphones worked better than most.

Negative: Not as easy to use for recruiting. Candidates had a hard time getting in to the rooms sometimes and just didn't really do well with the interface.

Summary: Overall, Microsoft Teams is an all-in-one online meeting application with many useful features and excellent audio and video quality.

Positive: - Whiteboard tool helps a lot in explaining a topic or idea during the meeting without having to use any third-party application.
- The quality of video and audio is excellent and consistent during the meetings.
- Along with chatting features, it also allows sharing documents and files during the meetings.

Negative: It has all the possible features that might require during the meeting without making it complex to use or laggy. No cons in my usage.

Summary: Overall I receive a good experience from this app, it helps me a lot it attending the meetings on time via calendar reminders. Also helps me to chatting with others through use of great emojis.

Positive: It helps me in following ways:
--> Helps in communicating with colleagues.
--> Helps in doing meeting virtually And discussing with seniors regarding our problems areas & for asking solutions for it.
-->Availability of quick related office emojis and stickers which makes chatting for us a bit more fun.
--> Availability of app calender which gives reminders to me about my meetings.

Negative: --> Whenever I open my systems then automatically this app open, which makes me frustrate, I don't know why this happen but often this happen when I try to open my systems.
--> unnecessary reminders I receive i.e., even if meeting got over but still it gives me reminders to me about previous meetings which also makes frustrate.

Summary: I am using MS Teams for a couple of years already when working for several clients (big corporations mainly). Over time it surprisingly gets better and better, last things I noticed is an automatic attendance schedule that is available after a call and a built-in call recording tool.

Positive: Lot's of functions beyond just chat and calls:
File sharing, groups, notes via OneNote. Very useful for corporate users/

Negative: Main problem that I have with Teams is some instability when working via Citrix Desktop. Sometimes calls are not available because Citrix doesn't see my headset. So this is not entirely MS Teams problem, but is still an issue since many corporations provide remote desktop functionality via Citrix software which doesn't work perfectly with MS Teams.
