Summary: Overall most people I've worked with can use Zoom. Even the users that are not tech savvy can figure out its interface. It is a great tool for communicating and I have yet to have a need that Zoom features can not meet.

Positive: Zoom beats the competition when it comes to the use of its interface. It is easy to use and the quality is great most of the time. You can have a brief video call with a free account or you can choose to have a paid account that can be cancelled any time. There are free training videos to assist with Zoo features and standard usage.

Negative: Much like anything that uses internet bandwidth, If there are too many callers, the quality can be glitchy. Using Zoom on the computer is easier than on the phone or tablet. The menu options are sort of hidden on the phone and tablet and when you slide to open then, often the camera is paused.

Summary: Overall, I would recommend Zoom for companies who are looking to safe time and costs on traveling for meetings. Having the option to do meetings virtually is moving business forward.

Positive: Zoom allows meetings to take place regardless of one's location. This makes it easy to collaborate on different projects with talent all over the country. Zoom is user-friendly and cost-effective, this means win-win for our company.

Negative: At this moment, there are no issues that I have experienced using Zoom. I will update this review if issues occur in the future.

Summary: I would recommend Zoom to any teams that need to stay in contact but are limited in their ability to meet in person for every meeting. Plus, it adds more accountability than a video-less phone call.

Positive: Zoom has been a total lifesaver during the pandemic. My team has been able to stay in contact virtually and realized that there's a lot that can be done from home instead of meeting up thanks to Zoom.

Negative: I understand businesses need to make money, but calls for free accounts are too short.

Summary: Since I never go into the office, Zoom meetings are my primary means of communicating with my manager and teammates.

Positive: I use Zoom 5 days a week and I love it! I work from home in my office and my team keeps a Zoom meeting running all day.

Negative: I haven't found anything that I don't like about Zoom

Summary: Great program and it is very simple to use with very little room for user error. It makes meeting with others quick and easy.

Positive: It has a free version and the time that you are allowed to use in just the free version is plenty of time. And it's very easy to use.

Negative: There are so many different companies that offer the same service. It just gets confusing when people send so many links and they all work for the same time. More of a user issue not an app issue. People just don't understand how to cancel old appointments.

Summary: Overall it's a great app and program that allows easy communication with ease. I would definitely recommend Zoom to any business for their employees to keep in touch.

Positive: Very easy to use, can go into breakout rooms if needed which is a big plus if you are doing classes withing the work place.

Negative: Sometimes it does take awhile to load and you have to assign someone as the host which can be tedious if you need to leave the room for a moment.

Summary: I am a very frequent user of zoom and use it almost on a daily basis multiple times a day. I find this app very useful.

Positive: We give webinars and trainings through zoom and find this app very useful in educating clinicians about our product. This platform makes the sessions very interactive.

Negative: Can't think of any cons! The app makes communication very easy and effective!

Summary: For our organization, we give a lot of online demonstrations. Zoom is a wonderful tool for that because not only can we screen share and talk with our perspective clients, but we can also give them controls, take controls from them, and even use a whiteboard to share notes. We have also made multiple recordings to send to them so they can share with the rest of their team. This has been a very powerful tool for us.

Zoom is ideal for medium to large organizations. The breakout room options are very useful when it comes to segregating a single meeting into multiple meetings. We create breakout rooms and transfer participants based on naming conventions. This approach is very useful. We've managed to optimize the use of licenses for multiple meetings. When it comes to security features, it's difficult to manage meeting security on breakout rooms, as the security setting for each breakout room is different. For example, if we apply security settings to the main room, it would be applicable to the main room only. For each breakout room, we have to manually go and apply security settings for chat, emojis, mic control, etc. or the default settings will be applied.

Positive: My whole organization uses Zoom. It have been very helpful in covid times. Everyone is working from their home, so we don't want to go to office.

Zoom is a software created for videoconferencing, which has remained as one of the best to meet remote sessions, but has now found a new boom in the market. Zoom has a regular technical support section, where employees receive clarifications on doubts about the use of the platform at least once a day, and that could improve compared to that offered by other services such as Gotomeeting, but this is compensated by the amount of information we get through the FAQ section of the software
Need to different app for messages is also resolved with in built chat option.
It is easy to install and if any problem arises we can help our customers while sitting in our home.
Overall it is very good designed app for daily connectivity.

Summary: Zoom giving us a great opportunity to continue to perform daily, monthly, yearly routines. For the last year, we held 12 Board Meetings and an Annual General Meeting for Owners of Condominium via the Zoom platform.

Positive: Since the pandemic hit our normal life, we are no longer allowed to hold physical Board Meetings, however, we such a great platform like Zoom we didn't miss any Board Meeting for the last year. Excellent product quality.

Negative: I have nothing to write here, everything is perfect. Highly recommended.

Summary: I am meetup host and we have online event every week. Everyone in our group uses zoom. Free version will be great enough.

Positive: It's a great app. Functions of free version meet nearly all my needs. I like the recording and changing background features.

Negative: I've used it for more than 3 years, no complaints for a free video app. But there is still room to improve background changing function. Hope the data science / engineering team will develop a more accurate human image edge detection algorithm to improve the whole experience.

Summary: I have been using zoom for a long time now it's very easy to use and connect with just a simple login.
You can also connect as a guest and attend the meeting.

Summary: Absolutely love this software. I can’t imagine going through my day without being able to use this software.

Positive: I love that it makes remote communication simple. You’re able to have easy video calls instantly and I rely on it every single day.

Negative: Sometimes it can be challenging when talking at the same time as someone, but I think that’s just how video calls are.
