Summary: Overall the best video conferencing software out there, would highly recommend. You can add your own backgrounds as well so I'd recommend you do that if you're looking to hide your personal background.

Positive: I've been using Zoom for a while, even pre pandemic. Definitely the easiest of the video conferencing softwares to use. Much better interface than Google Meets and I like the rooms feature sets.

Negative: They can improve their backgrounds options if you're looking to hide your background. Would prefer if they have a better chat interface to save information that may be shared as compared to information disappearing after a meeting.

Summary: Overall my experience with Zoom has been great. I would recommend this product for anyone looking for video conference solutions.

Positive: Zoom is super easy to setup meetings and set reoccurring one too. Sharing meeting information is simple.

Negative: When you have your video off it should be easier to set your away picture or easily change that setting.

Summary: Overall, I would definitely recommend this tool! No issues, and it does what it is supposed to do. It also lets you break out into smaller sessions within a big meeting, which is great for training.

Positive: Zoom is simple and easy to use. There is very little lift with installing this tool, and the quality of calls is always good. It is intuitive, and it does what it is supposed to do!

Negative: Sometimes it is hard to find how to change your background.

Summary: My experience has been overwhelmingly positive with Zoom. Highly recommend as a low cost video software tool.

Positive: Excellent, mobile friendly video conferencing software. It provides a nice alternative to Microsoft Teams.

Negative: Really not too much. I do wish the free version allowed you longer than 55 minutes for a free meeting but hey, beggars can't be choosers.

Summary: Overall experience has been very easy. Meetings have been successful on both business and personal levels.

Positive: Easy application to use. Use this tool for both business and personal. Able to share screen with others to establish a connection with presentation content.

Negative: Have not have any issues business or otherwise. Kids get a kick out of seeing family who lives out of state.

Summary: Great overall experience. Love using it to keep in touch with my family who are far far away. Use it for school as well and it's a great way to attend class.

Positive: So simple to use! Great way to communicate with others and share screens. Good for family/friends and for business.

Negative: I wish I was able to upload a pic for my laptop login but have only figured it out on my phone app.

Summary: Zoom is by far the best video meeting application for every scenario or need. There is a ton of useful features present. It also provides free meetings for up to 30 minutes.

Positive: 1. Zoom provides top-notch video and audio quality during meetings.
2. It has all the necessary features present for a productive video meeting.
3. The connections stay stable even on low internet speeds.
4. The user interface of the application is modern and all the useful features are present on the main screen.

Negative: 1. It is available on all the platforms, but the mobile version is missing some key features.

Summary: I would certainly recommend zoom to anyone hoping to host or attend a meeting online. Again, has been a great tool to connect with others, professionally and casually.

Positive: I prefer zoom because it is universally accepted and I am able to meet with those that I need to, despite their email or where they are. It makes connecting with others easy and convenient.

Negative: The time limit can be inconvenient sometimes but helps keep me on track and concise during my meetings.

Summary: Great product with a clean, easy to use interface at an affordable price point. Used it for both personal/ business and couldn't of asked for anything better to help navigate keeping connected during the pandemic.

Positive: Zoom has done a really good job putting together a program that has helped our business navigate this pandemic. Here are some of my favorite reasons for continuing to utilize this product.

1. It's simple to use for people who aren't computer savvy.
2. It has a clean look.
3. It's inexpensive.
4. It doesn't take too much computer resources to run.
5. Plenty of different tools and options for presenters.

Negative: I spent about ten minutes sitting here thinking and trying to come up with one and I had zero luck. For our purposes there isn't anything that this software can't do.

Summary: I could not have imagined a more perfect solution to keep our recovery community together during these challenging times.

Positive: When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Healing House was forced to make major changes in how we do business. We provide supportive housing to nearly 200 men and women who are in recovery from substance use disorders.

With our large dining hall and meeting facilities shut down, we were forced to move most of our services on line in an effort to keep our community together and to provide support to those we serve. This was a real challenge with 17 separate facilities.

Fortunate, we were able to very quickly implement Zoom to facilitate
online meeting several time a week that united all of the houses, keeping that sense of being a part of a supportive community.

During this challenging time, Zoom allowed staff members to continue to collaborate to figure out how we could continue to meet the needs of those we serve.

Negative: As the year went on, Zoom implemented extra security measures the made many of the Chromebooks we'd been using obsolete.

To overcome this we purchased several laptops that are capable of using the application

Summary: This has been a staple for us for the last 18 months. We have tried other systems and keep coming back to zoom for it's overall ease of use and reliability.

Positive: Full featured, easy to use and the image and audio quality is great. We have very little trouble with others being able to join our meetings. The outlook add-in is a great tool.

Negative: Not much. The internet connection speed seems to be the biggest issue and that is not a Zoom problem.

Summary: I love using Zoom and prefer it to the other options out there offering the same service. It's free to use if you are not hosting but just joining a meeting which is a huge benefit.

Positive: I love how easy Zoom is to use. Very intuitive interface making it user friendly for everyone no matter their level of "tech." The computer and app versions are very similar as well, so no troubles getting confused with one platform or the other.

Negative: It does require good internet service to function properly without glitches in the video streaming, but I think that would be an issue no matter which web-based meeting software you use.

Summary: Overall a great tool for businesses where there are multiple units trying to stay connected. again, super easy to use.

Positive: This product was very easy to use ! We have moved our video conferencing calls to Zoom and it has been easy to use, easy for multiple parties to connect too. Support for the product was easy to find, although we didn't need to use much after the first time.

Negative: There is nothing we didn't like. This was easy to use, easy to learn and very user friendly.

Summary: Love Zoom. When I want to listen but don't want to be visible I can turn off my camera and go on mute. Can't do that in a normal meeting. Sometimes I'm just there to listen in and chime in when needed. I also love that I can Zoom with coworkers to fix a problem or look at their screen with them. A life changing program.

Positive: You can connect with people from all over the world in a virtual meeting. Sharing the screen is the best part. Everyone is on the same page, you can watch videos, share pictures, and engage from anywhere there is an internet connection.

Negative: Zoom fatigue is real. The only reason it happens is because the product is so great people use it too much. Too many meetings will burn out anyone. Turn your camera off and mute yourself if you need a Zoom break. Can't do that in a normal meeting!

Summary: Overall, Zoom is perfect solution for any video conferencing need, ranging from webinars to personal meets. The simplicity of being able to click a few buttons, gather a group, and have everyone in one room is great. Also having breakout rooms is very nice when everyone needs to break up into their respective departments.

Positive: Provides excellent and smooth video conferencing.
The feature of screen sharing is excellent, and the role can be limited to people presenting.
Perfect solution to host webinars, provides feature of webinars with more than thousand attendee in single time.

Negative: Needs a strong internet connection, there should be a feature for people with low bandwidth.
Better Chat feature expected in future.
