Summary: I love Zoom. It has allowed us to stay in touch with friends around the world, from San Francisco to Liverpool to Swansee to Los Angeles. Could not be happier.

Positive: Zoom is so easy to use and it's FREE for 40 minutes. This has been a great way for us to see our grandchildren during the pandemic.

Negative: I wish that you could have a meeting longer than 40 minutes but of course I understand why they have a limit.

Summary: We use Zoom on a regular basis. It’s so easy to use as we host meetings with our US team and our team in South America. I love that it’s a platform that can connect us both locally and around the world!

Positive: Easy to use, user friendly, great way to host meetings virtually within our business and non profit overseas.

Negative: Sometimes we have experienced minor connectivity issues.

Summary: Overall experience with Zoom is incredible. We have connected easily with clients and colleagues across the organization. The ease of using it and joining meetings is better than our prior solutions. The UI is so much better with powerful, tons of features in place to facilitate communication and collaboration.

Positive: Zoom quality is amazing. We have not experienced any lag or poor connection since we started using. Even on locations with troublesome networks, it still works great. It has brought remote teams together since it offers collaboration tools. It does scales as we grow as a team. Not only that, but it is a user friendly video conference platform and all our users have easily adapted into using it. Furthermore, it is easy to use and joining meetings is seamless without having to download anything. I love that it connects to any devices of our choice like desktops, laptops or mobile phones.

Negative: The mobile applications have limited features compared to the desktop version.

Summary: I have used Zoom for a very long time and therefore I can say I have tested it thoroughly. I can confirm that it works and it makes web conferences a breeze thanks to the many features and capabilities.

Positive: First, Zoom is affordable unlike the competitors.
Zoom offers better features and control when it comes to handling web meetings.
Zoom is easy to use thanks to the improved user interface.
This software never buffers and joining and exiting a meeting is easy.
The audio and video quality is amazing.

Negative: I have used Zoom for over 5 years now and I can barely list one problem that I have experienced in the period.

Summary: Zoom is present in all departments of our organization. It has allowed us to connect almost immediately to keep up with our pace without any problems. The quality of Zoom is really impressive and it is very intuitive and easy to use when we have a stable connection.

Positive: When it comes to connectivity Zoom is amazing, it has allowed us to have amazing audio and video quality in all of our conferences. We have been able to reach out to our employees despite the pandemic we are experiencing thanks to Zoom and it has allowed us to easily connect with colleagues outside the country.

Negative: They should implement a low bandwidth choice for poor connections because not all the time we and our customers have the best connectivity and it slows us down, sometimes it is difficult to connect and join because of these details.

Summary: Zoom is an all around great product, very user friendly, for all types of people with varying experience levels, and it is easy to open and start quickly which is a really important feature for a meeting platform.

Positive: Zoom is easy to use, and also easy to explain to others, even older ones who do not have as much experience with newer technology platforms. I also like the app and how easy it is to login, and to access frequently visited meeting rooms.

Negative: There really isn't much I don't like about zoom. I think the functionality is pretty on point!

Summary: Overall, Zoom is one of the best software for web meetings. It provides all the features needed in an online meeting. It is also available on all the platforms.

Positive: - The audio and video transmission is loud and clear for all the participants in the meeting.
- The maximum numbers allowed in a meeting is more than enough for any conference, meeting or webinar.
- The chat is feature comes very handy in asking question in an ongoing meeting.

Negative: - The free version only allow the meeting for 40 minutes.
- The security and transparency is sometimes questionable.

Summary: Zoom saved us during the pandemic, as it had many others.

The platform is now a staple in our office and has incorporated it into 90% of our consumer-facing communications.

We really reply on Zoom and plan to be a part of the great things they have in store.

Positive: A huge fan of the entire Zoom platform; I greatly appreciate the ability for the other party to simply click on the invite.

Amazing control of all the features.

Negative: The meeting template tends to be quirky when setting up routine meetings.

Summary: My overall experience was great I didn't have problems like some you may have seen on tv with people and filters.

Positive: I like how easy it is to log on just go to zoom join meeting put in ID code and password and wait for the host, there was no hassle.

Negative: There really is wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Summary: We have been using the Zoom app for about 2 years now for interviewing applicants in other states but when covid hit last year we found ourselves using much more. I can say that I cannot think of any cons and we have not had any! From the user and user end along with the pricing and specs it's a win win.

Positive: Pricing and ease of use. We use Zoom for meetings and doing interviews, Easy to use and set up meeting on computer, laptop or mobile device. Easy for end users with little to no experience on using as well.

Negative: I have been using Zoom for a few years and cannot really think of any cons

Summary: We’ve tried many alternatives in the market for conferencing and so far we have found Zoom to be the best (featurewise), most friendly and complete.

Positive: Breakout rooms that allow dynamic sessions.
Recording on the cloud.
Screen sharing and taking control remotely.
Easy to share links and sessions to external people to your company.
Has plug in integrations with several tools in the market.

Negative: Depending on licenses you need can be expensive.
30 min for free and feature limited on this.

Summary: Free of course is time limited but does the work if you manage to run 30 min calls. Otherwise you can spend some money on one or few accounts.

Positive: Allows screen sharing, recordings and every feature built in is good enough for running web conferences. I love breakout rooms which allow to create dynamic sessions with participants. The mobile app is light and user friendly. I use the Outlook plugin to automatically add zoom links to new meetings which saves time after setting some

Negative: A bit expensive if you are on low budget. On paid would be good to allow colleagues or family to run more than one conference at same time on different rooms.

Summary: Overall Zoom is a great program in my opinion. Easy to use, picture is clear, and makes it easy to keep up with family across the country.

Positive: I love how customizable Zoom is. I can blur out my background for business or make it fun for a family get together!

Negative: At first Zoom can be a little bit confusing. However, after the first time you use it, it is super easy. You do need a good internet connection to use it.

Summary: I would say you cannot lose with this product, there is a free option so you can try it before you buy it. Great for business meetings.

Positive: Excellent video and audio.

Negative: The virtual background needs a decent graphics card.
The free option is limited to 45 min sessions.

Summary: I would give zoom a 10 featurewise. The only thing they could consider is price. The paid version is a bit expensive.

Positive: I've tried both free and paid versions. Free of course is time limited but does the work if you manage to run 30 min calls.

Negative: The only thing I've seen is that on paid, if you set two meetings with different rooms and for any reason you run late on the first, the second can't be started by other person(s), again, even with different rooms. Would be good to allow people to start the meeting.
