Positive: It's amazing how quick I invite other participants to join webinars through a URL link that is generated by the software and can be shared through social media platforms or by email. HD video and voice functionalities and with a system that supports dual screen for viewing both the presentation screen and the panelists screen.
I like the unique functionality of Zoom that allows me to record virtual meetings directly from the mobile device of through the web.

Negative: When conducting large virtual meetings with many participants it gets difficult to control them as the voice chats overlap. I took time to learn how the dial-in function works and it helped me handle huge number of participants without any difficulty.

Summary: We've used Cisco Webex, GoToMeeting, and now are using Zoom and I like it the most. Some of my clients are using Microsoft Teams... And it's just painful. Zoom is a leader in the market and I don't know anyone who ever had issues with it. Great app!

Positive: Super easy to use, updates come out often, lots of settings for any use case, secure, and supported by many platforms.

Negative: I can't really say anything - there was a small UI bug last year that got fixed in a few releases. Nothing else.

Summary: Prior to COVID we would maybe do 1 video call a month, now we're doing 6-7 a day and Zoom is a critical piece of our business and we're very pleased!

Positive: Like most, with COVID our business is now 100% virtual and Zoom allowed us to easily continued meeting and not skip a beat with clients. Super user friendly and integrates well with our calendars and systems.

Negative: Little things like the password and security issues but they are more due to COVID and the rapid growth than the platform capabilities.

Summary: Overall the application is good and user friendly, helps recording sessions and store them with minor issues.

Positive: Easy to use, great for group calls, screen sharing feature is much helpful, helps to record sessions and save them.

Negative: Audio and video gets delayed sometimes, privacy and security issues.

Summary: My overall experience with Zoom has been great with negligible complaints. This tool makes web conferencing easy and team communication and collaboration is easily achieved. Thanks to the intuitive user experience, using Zoom is easy and this adds to a better user experience.

Positive: I have used Zoom for a very long time and I like its capabilities. In fact there is so much to love about this software. First, it is a very affordable tool. Secondly, the tool is easy to deploy and comes with a great user interface. This therefore means using the tool is easy and understanding the many features is seamless as well.
With Zoom, it is a light tool and therefore it never lags. It also very effective even when the network is not entirely strong. What's more is that the video and audio quality is amazing.
Updating and scaling the tool is easy and I like that even renewing the tool is easy.
Beside web conferencing, this tool also offers additional features and capabilities for. A better experience. Lastly, the tool integrates well with other Zoom products.

Negative: Having used Zoom for a very long time, I can barely complain. However, I have a few issues to raise. First, while it seems like an affordable tool, there are other effective tools that are far more affordable than Zoom. In addition, there are really no customization options when using this tool. But in general, it's good and it has worked.

Summary: Zoom has everything needed to serve large team meetings that have different types of devices to communicate, as the software adapts better to the screen type of each device than any other similar service we have had the opportunity to test. Zoom is stable, reliable, and easy to configure.

Positive: The strength of a software like zoom lies precisely in its deployment capacity, which allows it to be run on low-end phones. This is excellent for being able to directly adapt the image quality to our screen pixels, or to our internet connection, so there are no performance problems.

Negative: Zoom does not have a proper organizer that serves to enter meetings directly from the calendar entries. This hinders the accessibility that everyone involved in the meeting has to enter it, and forces us to constantly share links to the meeting manually.

Summary: Zoom is a great option for video-calling and conferencing that serves all the business and learning needs.

Positive: Easy to use.

Negative: Low-limit on calls for a free trial.
Less number of Frames.

Summary: Very pleased with Zoom overall and the experience and the positive impact it has had on my business.

Positive: The future of meetings with vendors and clients beyond current "physical distance" challenges in conjunction with traditional in person meetings when required.

Negative: I dont feel there are any cons with the technology itself.
If there is a way to control peoples poor behavior during meetings, that would help!

Positive: I like that I can use zoom anywhere I can use it on my computer I can use it on my tablet or on my phone. I like that the picture comes in very clear and there’s no lagging. I like that it has the option to mute yourself or mute the camera.

Negative: There’s no problem with this app this app works very well.

Summary: Best product in overall. I have been using from long time and it's always makes me happy with the quality.

Summary: It facilitates the social distancing that we have today. It offers us a link which is shared with all the participants, thus easily joining the conference already scheduled, it has no limits on the participants at the time of the conference. It is easy to use and guarantees good communication.

Positive: It provides us with the necessary tools to make a real time and productive conference with our customers or consultants in this way provides us an approach with them, so it offers a connection without cuts even when the connection is not stable at all, which does not interfere with conferences, allows us to record and store, either in a file, in the cloud or on our servers. The experience with the software was incredible, with the quarantine issue many of the consultants and clients were limited to come to the company, with the platform we were able to solve that inconvenience in such a way that Zoom makes it easier for us to do real time conferences with the clients or consultants from the comfort of the home or anywhere in the world, It allows us to record the conference session and saves it for those who could not enter on time, which is very beneficial. During the conference we were able to share the screen and thus be able to better explain to our clients and consultants, leaving them satisfied with their needs and offering a better service to them.

Negative: Conferences within the platform are free regardless of the number of attendees. They are very limited in time, since they only last less than 40 minutes, if we wish to have a maximum time of 24 hours we must choose one of their paid options. It takes some time to download the application and install it so some of the customers have been slow to enter the conference.

Summary: Zoom is recommended to the public. It allowed us from the beginning to be able to interact with remote teams and with shared data. Quite beneficial for meetings with a lot of people, although it sometimes sounds distorted.

Positive: It is one of the few that has the ability to video chat and also one of the few that allows us to manually change the background image of the chat in which we are. You can share the control of each data presented by each client or advisor to have a better management. We were able to remove the cross-communication obstacles that we had with other software, making the use of Zoom more feasible. We can have live meetings, previously we could not.

Negative: We reviewed the mobile version and it has many bugs. They should update the recording function from the mobile version, this function is quite necessary. The web option lacks the zoom in and zoom out options. It is also not possible to share the screen to two users at the same time.

Summary: Overall - I would highly recommend ZOOM to everyone working from home, taking classes from home, or simply wanting to connect with others.

Positive: With the pandemic - ZOOM has become indispensable - and I for one can see why. They have created a system that makes it a breeze to have a virtual meeting with anyone in the world. The setup is easy and intuitive and the features they offer make using the software easy.

Negative: If I had to choose one thing that I don't like it would be the lack of being able to have a meeting with others on other platforms. This, however, is not a deal breaker for me.

Summary: Very happy to use Zoom and the yearly plans are really affordable. If you are looking for a platform that has it all this is it.

Positive: I do video training classes once a month and looked at every option available, and zoom really is the only one that allows you to do it all. From the recording and side by side recording, to sharing the screen while still being able to see the other people on the screen.

Negative: I really haven't been able to find a con when compared to other video conferencing programs.

Summary: This program is a very useful tool to organize your company through group or individual conferences with employees or important or distant clients. You can share information in the aforementioned way or use the group chat option to share images and documents. Not leaving behind the inconveniences with the variably high payments.

Positive: Zoom is an extension of the Zoom application that allows you to videoconference with employees of your own organization or with clients remotely anywhere in the world. It also has a group messaging tray where all participants can generate feedback and a shared screen in the video call.

Negative: Among the most notable disadvantages is the fact that the program is somewhat heavy and sometimes generate malfunctions, the latter depends mostly on the network connection that is present. In addition, if we make a call Zoom will charge for it and the value of the same varies depending on the country where it is made.
