Summary: Zoom is nothing but pluses and positives in my book. It is so user friendly and the design of the features are seamless.

Positive: Zoom is a wonderful way to have team meetings or training virtually. It is a secure platform and I don't know how there could be any negatives with Zoom.

Negative: There are no negatives with Zoom that I am aware of.

Summary: I dare say most everyone has become familiar with Zoom over the past year. Whether on my phone or my laptop, it's been a great way of staying connected with others.

Positive: Easy to use interface allows for seamless meetings with others. Many great features for meeting online and not have to be in person.

Negative: The only con I have is the time limit for each meeting. But starting another meeting after the time has ended is no problem.

Summary: Great product. Easy to use, very capable and many options. You get what you pay for, and We have had great success with it thus far.

Positive: Easy to setup and manage video conferences.
Good call and Video quality.
Easy for our users to setup impromptu meeting internally and externally.

Negative: I would prefer the feature set be more consistent. If I join someone else's Zoom, it may or may not have the ability to call me, which can be problematic when joining a call remotely or on the road.

Summary: Overall, Zoom has contributed to our ability to maintain our productivity. Even as we are transitioning back to more in-person activities, Zoom still is a useful tool within our business environment!

Positive: With transitioning to a temporary virtual workforce over the last year, Zoom allowed us to stay connected with our teams - both small and big. Even as things started opening up again, we still utilized Zoom for big meetings and for recruiting. Great product!

Negative: The free version limits the time of use, but the paid version is perfect for our company's needs.

Summary: This is my favorite software for online meetings. An absolute lifesaver during the pandemic! It is great if you are not looking for a ton of bells and whistles, but just something to easily and quickly set up.

Positive: Zoom is the most simple and clean out of any online meeting software. Easy to use for older folks for sure compared to other things like webex or skype. Very user friendly.

Negative: Having to disable the waiting room is sometimes a bit cumbersome, but not the worst.

Summary: Overall we can say that this is an amazing tool for Video calling which is available at free of cost. It's very reliable and productive from business perspective.

Positive: It an amazing tool for Video Conferencing. It gives a real experience in video callings . We always use this tool for our interviews and the recording facility is amazing.

Negative: Sometimes we feel issue in the recording section. We need to work on this. We need to work on background image as well.

Summary: I was unaware of Zoom prior to the pandemic. When all travel stopped and we were forced to do things virtually, I had my first Zoom meeting and have used it as my go-to virtual meeting software ever since.

Positive: Zoom is a great product. It's easy to use and hardly ever has issues. The upgrades are seamless, quick and never cause issues. This is a fantastic product!

Negative: I have not noticed any issues with Zoom, it has functioned perfectly - especially throughout the past year when everything was done electronically.

Summary: Zoom is easy to use and the video quality is great. I wish that it was the platform used for my organization!

Positive: This software is incredibly user friendly. It is by far the best platform to use with people who are not part of my organization (which uses Teams), as most people are already familiar with it or can figure it out easily. The platform is great for one on one calls and big groups. When I used to teach remotely, I always had my students use Zoom to collaborate for class include group recordings.

Negative: The only time I recall having trouble with Zoom was when I learned that recordings were cut off at 30 minutes for people without a paid membership. This was not a big issue because you can just begin a new call.

Summary: Didn't face any setup issue very good and doesn't take huge resources to run. This is the best for online meetings.

Positive: Very easy to setup and run. Quality of the video is really good. I like the recording feature so we don't lose the meeting recordings.

Negative: Time of the meeting can be increased 40min is not enough for some meetings.

Summary: Great app, stable and reliable, good team behind it. Tons of features and most important lots of integrations.

Positive: Wow, in this remote times, this is a savor! We communicate with co workers, family and friends. Easy to use and reliable.

Negative: Wish we had a more modern look and not corporate. The UI looks outdated.

Summary: We use Zoom all day, but we also use Teams, WebEx and google hangout as well. However we prefer zoom 9/10 times unless our externals are not allowed due to enterprise security reasons.

Positive: - Simple UI
- Easy to access + invite other users
- Screensharing is great and relatively clear
- Useful to meet digitally

Negative: - Zoom toolbar is annoying in screenshare
- Can't access chats after easily to get the content
- A participants list sent after would be helpful
- Waiting room + participants joining should be more apparent.
- More integrations

Summary: In the time of a pandemic, no company has shined like Zoom. It was a lifeline to connect families and loved ones. Zoom helped soften the hardness of separation and isolation. It will forever be a part of our story.

Positive: Anyone can access this site and on the fly video conference. It was extremely easy and efficient. I like the added features for the backdrops.

Negative: You have to download an app for it to function properly.

Summary: While there have been many competitors that have emerged during the pandemic, Zoom is one of the easiest still.

Positive: Very easy to use. Setup is very simple, joining a meeting is even simpler. Pricing is affordable as well.

Negative: It can be difficult for those that aren't tech savvy to run a meeting, especially when they need to hand off control to another presenter.

Summary: It is conventionally used for educational meetings.
It is getting better day by day.
Very simple dashboard.

Positive: It is loaded with tons of useful and latest tools.
It is globally supported and recognised.
It gets time to time updates.

Negative: The price is more than it should be.
Security parameters should be more strict.

Summary: Excellent service and great video/audio quality. The best part is you need need much bandwidth to run. It works perfectly fine. Go for it.

Positive: It's an excellent product so far. I have been using it for long time(2yrs+), Never had any issues. Great video and audio quality. Thank you Zoom.
