We use Zoom all the time. Been doing some webinars, Professional Meetings, friends and family celebrations on Zoom. Love using it. Better than facetime on the phone.

Negative: When doing a family or friends zoom, everyone talks at once. Just like we're all there anyway. Hate it when internet connection is lost.

Summary: Easy to use software that has just the right amount of functionality. Consistently works for a number of users and is priced just right. What more do you want when it comes to video calling?

Positive: When your product becomes the generic name for an activity then you know they must be doing something correctly. It's the new Google or Shazam. Going to have a meeting, yes, then lets Zoom and everyone just knows what you are talking about. And it is so easy to use. And not that expensive when you consider what just the cost of driving somewhere would be for a meeting every day let alone the cost of airfare and hotel rooms if you are in other states.

Negative: Okay, yeah there were some security issues. But, they are working on that and some government agencies still won't use it. But, that will change and what product out there doesn't have some security loopholes. The fact is they are working on it and getting better every day.

Summary: Generally zoom has become the standard in remote meetings-- though it has been used in the professional industry for awhile it has suddenly exploded in popularity due to the pandemic. Feature wise it is rich and easy to use, though advance users will be able to quickly customize it to their needs via sub account management. Security has been upgraded and now with the various subaccount management, user management is easier.

Positive: - fast setup

- easy to manage
- everyone is familiar with it
- free account is more than enough to participate in small to medium sized institutions

Negative: - sub account management is a bit tedious
- price can be a bit expensive
- zoom bombing isn't as fun as it sounds
- everyone has zoom fatigue at this point

Summary: Zoom is one of those useful and essential programs that we must have in our portfolio of usable applications, it is a meeting software that gets us out of trouble in any inconvenience. The calendars of the recipients are easy to configure and we agree that it is the best program for basic meetings on the market, a point in its favor. We have achieved stability with Zoom with all our clients as it has allowed us to hold meetings every day with various departments without the need for a reasonable loss of time. We were able to set up a meeting request without any problems and we implemented a scheduling function to link you to Outlook simultaneously at the time of the first connection of the day.

Positive: One of the main features of Zoom is the ability to share screens with high quality recording function, this is one of the unique functions that only this software has. It also has excellent compatibility with Google calendar and Outlook platform, easily integrating the agenda to Zoom. It is also necessary to include the whiteboard function with annotation support which is amazing and easy to use.

Negative: Sometimes the audio quality is disastrous, they should update a feature to be able to remove background noise and only focus on the voice of the people sharing the video conference at the moment. We are limited to have an audience of less than 100 people when running videoconferences, this is another point that should be updated soon.

Summary: Returning to the concept of the live stream with followers, something that Zoom does facilitate is the ability to perfectly record our session, and even invite other users to participate with us and make the session more interactive. The split screen function is ideal for simultaneous activities while in a conference or a simple video call, and the best thing is that the application allows us to edit in real time what we see on the screen.

Positive: Zoom is the perfect alternative to the distancing and difficulties that are currently occurring due to the covid-19 pandemic. With this platform you can hold conferences with a very high reach and with many people in the room. You have all kinds of options to develop communication, either to create and organize private chats, small groups or large conferences. When it comes to staying close to the people you work with and securely Zoom demonstrates a good balance between quality of communication and a good degree of professionalism in each conference. The platform is highly recommended for video conferencing with groups or privately, and also for managing content about work, which would help to keep management error-free.

Negative: Sometimes the platform tends to close the conferences or leave the image frozen, and there is also loss of sound. Another very important flaw to highlight is that the platform does not have an audience analysis system at the time of making a live stream, nor does it allow us to keep track of the behavior of the stream.

Summary: When it comes to collaboration software Zoom has proven to be one of the most user friendly titles that is turning into a household name.

Positive: Zoom is one of the most pleasant collaboration programs on the market today. Most other software requires that you have a full-time administrator and/or IT staff to help support your end-users, but that's not the case with Zoom. I have found that installing the software takes little or no effort and once it's installed your users find it simple to use.

Negative: The only issues we have experienced with this software is with the uptime. When it works, it works great but when the service goes down it seems to affect all users/organizations.

Summary: Overall, Zoom's platform has been an absolute god send for our non-profit association. We switched to completely virtual in March of 2020 and didn't skip a beat thanks to Zoom's efficient and user-friendly interface. We're hosting more webinars than ever and have been able to access more members than ever. It's a wonderful product and I'd recommend it to anyone seeking to host a virtual meeting or webinar.

Positive: Zoom is so user friendly and has really smart, useful features! Have you ever used their chat feature? Or the polling feature? It takes engagement to a whole new level. And what about their breakout rooms? So easy to use, you can pre-assign them in advance of the meeting or assign them randomly with one click of the button. It's that easy. We held a webinar that involved shifting groups into different breakout groups in a 3 hour time span. On any other platform, it would have been impossible. But with Zoom, it was so easy! I absolutely love the platform and recommend it over every other video communications product.

Negative: It would be an added bonus if Zoom could reconfigure their breakout groups so that moderators could chat with just one particular breakout group (as opposed to making an announcement to all rooms). Additionally, it would be ideal if breakout groups could view screen sharing in the main room. Finally, it would be great if there was a music feature (jazz or instrumental) to play for participants in the waiting room.

Summary: Overall, zoom meetings is very useful for working with live streams and presentations involving large audiences, mostly because its level of simplicity means that anyone can quickly adapt to being in it and attending chat rooms. In any case, the best thing about zoom meetings is the possibility to record all meetings in real time, with an amazing 4K image quality (although the image quality can be configured for devices with less storage memory).

Positive: Zoom is a platform that is easy to adapt to thanks to the simplicity of the distribution of its buttons within the video call and its quick configuration, where you can choose the number of people who can see the call, who can interact and participate in them, and you can constantly review the result of these settings to obtain the optimal quality and privacy in the meeting.

Negative: In terms of behavioral analysis, zoom meeting lacks many of the advantages of other current online meeting services. An example of this is that zoom meetings does not include tools to review the behavior of each person joining the meeting, and does not show in real time their connection time.

Summary: It has been nothing shorty of fantastic. I have been able to maintain my workload and my teams have been able to perform as if they were working together in a conference room rather than virtually.

Positive: With the Pandemic limiting direct face to face meetings, creativity became necessary for on line meetings. While there are a number of programs available, it was ZOOM that has stood out as the leader. It is easy to use and the various features allow for greater interactive sessions including polls, chat, and breakout teams to work together then come back to the entire group. Has allowed for enhanced project development. Verbal communication comes through very clearly.

Negative: There were times when it appeared that the connectivity was slow, but that may not have been a ZOOM function, but more of the server issue.

Summary: A solid platform for social networking, meetings, and presenting webinars virtually. I have used Zoom for years, but this year obviously led to even more use.

Positive: I appreciate that Zoom in continually improving their platform and offering more options and setting for organizations.

Negative: The only few barriers I find in using Zoom in my professional work is due to settings my organization has set up and not due to Zoom itself.

Summary: I utilize Zoom almost daily. At first I thought I would only use it business related, but have found myself using it in my personal life as well.

Positive: The Zoom platform is user friendly, with features that allow for connecting with one or multiple people.

Negative: In larger Zoom meetings, scrolling over numerous pages can be tedious.

Summary: The clarity of video is the best when compared to any other softwares out there. The support is great as well.

Positive: The video clarity and the voice is absolute best. I always prefer using Zoom over any other software in the market.

Negative: There's none. Can improve on the custom backgrounds.
