Summary: Great value and always seems to work. Menu for meetings is easy to use. Hold large meetings with everyone on video. Flexible to configure how you like and to integrate into your tech stack.

Positive: Easy to set up and use. Integrates with Google Calendar. Works on any device. Customize a URL for your business and easy to share for meetings like giving out your phone number. Free plan has lots of function to test out before you buy.

Negative: Too many settings. The amount of configuration is so much you end up missing features. Hard to find features. Account settings menu is difficult to navigate. Takes up a lot of your CPU when in use.

Summary: Zoom is a great system that accomplishes exactly what it's meant to -- reliable video conferencing calls for internal and external meetings. Recommend!

Positive: - Easy to join meetings.

- Video quality is excellent.
- Audio quality works great.

Negative: It doesn't directly integrate into the ERP we use which is a bummer.

Summary: Like many people forced to switch to a remote work operation, I was reluctant at first to bother with video calls. I thought phone conferences would suffice, but after a short while I realized that face-to-face communication keeps people better-engaged with the conversation and flow of ideas.

Positive: High quality video and sound; smooth operation overall and plenty of customizable options to fit the video conference sessions to your specific needs.

Negative: Many of the initial issues such as giving call managers options to remotely mute people, etc. have been solved!

Summary: It is a good budget friendly tool, effective for official discussions, interviews, presentations and employee training sessions.

Positive: Provides high quality video conferencing.
Let's you record and access the session at a later date.
Easy to download and run.
Cost effective.

Negative: Security concern.
Delayed support from the customer service team.

Summary: Zoom has provided us a stable platform for virtual connectivity with teams and also has best available tools for conducting a web conference. A wonderful experience overall.

Positive: Zoom is full of features and one of the best communication product and helps a lot to remain connected with team mates. It is also very good for web conferencing and learning sessions.

Negative: We are using it for virtual team meetings and web conferencing and it works great.

Summary: I have enjoyed using it and appreciate the fact that I can use my office to join any meeting I am invited to join.

Positive: I think ZOOM was revolutionized during Covid Pandemic. Life shut down and everyone social distanced and Zoom kept everyone on task and together. For me, I used it at work and my kids used it at school.

Negative: It is an alternative to an in person meeting. I am old school and like in person meetings.

Summary: In 2020 we started using Zoom for work from home applications, but we have continued to use it to collaborate in 2021. Being able to chat face to face with coworkers and prospective clients has been a huge help!

Positive: Zoom is incredibly easy to use, took just a few minutes to get started. The waiting room feature is outstanding.

Negative: The video quality could be a little better, it seemed fairly fuzzy even on a fast wifi connection.

Summary: Overall, highly recommended. If you have distance meetings and want to use easy video calling this is a great option.

Positive: Was very easy to setup. Getting other people on board for meetings and discussions was also simple.

Negative: Too many people with mics on can be a bit distracting.

Summary: I use Zoom to produce my tv show, a documentary and to have family meetings. I also love the fact that you can share the screen.

Positive: I love the virtual background filters and the ability to be able to upload images to be used as background.

Negative: Sometimes based on your computer you cannot see the virtual backgrounds.

Summary: Overall, this is the best videoconference service out there IMO. I use Google Meet and Microsoft Teams for various functions, but Zoom is by far my most regular application and favorite.

Positive: Simple to use. Breakout rooms make the experience better for large groups as well. The UI is the most effective, as even less tech savvy people can use it with relative ease.

Negative: It is a pain to set up a meeting sometimes. I wish there was a quick link like with Google Meet.

Summary: I would highly recommend and will be using for business purposes for client communication and other important calls.

Positive: The ability to screen share, create breakout rooms, decide who can or can not speak (Useful for classroom, courses, and similar scenarios).

Easy links to connect to and ability to connect with multiple people.

Negative: I do not feel like there is one thing I do not like.

Summary: Overall, it is a great application that has made the Pandemic a little difficult. They really dialed it in and removed any bugs along the way.

Positive: Zoom does a great job of making it easy to schedule and enter virtual meetings. I have tried a number of apps and none match up to the overall quality of Zoom.

Negative: I don't like how when you accept a Zoom application it asks to open up the app every time.

Summary: It was a great experience to have the virtual meetings and ease of use with my computer and/or phone.

Positive: The sound quality of sound, visual appearance & overall experience was very positive and easy to use.

Negative: There was nothing that I did not like about Zoom meetings.

Summary: With Zoom, we no longer have issues with setting up and conducting online meetings. The tool works well and I like the ease of setting up the meeting and joining.

Positive: I like Zoom for many reasons. First, it is easy to use. Secondly, the tool is resourceful in that there are many features.
The tool is affordable.
The quality of video and audio is out of question.
Integration with other software is easy.

Negative: Well, since Zoom has been working well, I will not be listing any issues here.

Summary: Zoom has allowed us to solve major problems related to remote work and social distancing. Our work doesn't have to stop just because we are not in the same city, and coordinating efforts doesn't have to wait until we are all together. It is an excellent tool to encourage teamwork. Finally, its extensive integration power with other applications allows us to improve the way our teams communicate and ensures constant access to information which helps everyone stay on top of things. I could only recommend to conference moderators to keep track of who is coming and going. It is easy to monitor attendance and use the necessary tools to keep conferences running smoothly.

Positive: Of the video conferencing applications, Zoom has to be one of the easiest I've used. It's straightforward to start conferences, keep track of who joins and stay in. Its feature to record the discussions makes it great for seminars and important meetings that you need to get back to.

Negative: I can't say I dislike this program, easy to use, extremely useful, and very few problems.
