Summary: Zoom is easy to use, convenient, allows automatic recording of meetings and presentations and, frankly, has been flawless in its design. It does exactly what we need and especially during the interruption of normal business by the pandemic. We love Zoom!

Positive: Zoom is my organization's "go-to" platform for hosting and participating in virtual, online meetings and presentations. It is easy to use as a participant, as well as easy to use as a host. We love it!

Negative: My organization would like to receive pricing options for 2 or 3 year subscriptions if that is possible?

Summary: Zoom is a great resource for getting everyone together from anywhere in the world to discuss the groups needs and goals. It really helped us all stay on track, connected and on the same page while allowing us to social distance.

Positive: Zoom has been an amazing tool with the COVID pandemic. I was able to attend important meetings and work from home when necessary. Highly recommend for all your virtual meetings.

Negative: Only issue I have is the loss of the in person meeting feel.

Summary: Zoom is extremely useful. It played a vital part in keeping the company going during the pandemic. It can be used anywhere and makes communications easy.

Positive: Ease of use. Everything you need is on one page. Background images are easy to work with. Easy to personalize to fit your needs. Icons are easy to understand so that anyone can use them.

Negative: Audio frequently has problems, especially with the microphone. It is sometimes difficult to find the shared screen because it gets covered up behind other active windows.

Summary: Using Zoom became a savior of having meetings and accomplishing the goals of the meeting by following an agenda without being face to face. Inexperienced computer or smart phone users were easily taught how to use Zoom.

Positive: Zoom made it possible for my Rotary club to continue our weekly meetings, even though we could not meet in person due to COVID-19. The Zoom meeting were well attended and the audio and video quality were very good. Using Zoom on a smartphone was so very beneficial also.

Negative: Using Zoom took effort to become effective, both as a Host and an attendee. It was not comfortable asking questions about Zoom during an actually Zoom meeting.

Summary: I have been using zoom for years and I love it. I only wish that it could run on low speed internet.

Positive: Very easy to use

The sound and everything is very clear, and I love how the host has a lot of control.

Negative: Internet requirements are very high because every time the zoom lags.

Summary: Overall Zoom is a top notch product with great features and allows for vital business meetings and interactions from a distance. Throughout the last year especially, Zoom has been key to conducting business process seamlessly.

Positive: Zoom has great product features and technology to aid in agile video conferencing. The service and overall product experience are near perfection and have been vital throughout the covid-19 pandemic.

Negative: Near perfect user interface and product experience. Sometimes experience some lags but that is not Zoom's fault - generally caused by bad network connection.

Summary: Great using such a nice platform during this pandemic and beyond. One can be a premium account holder for the same when it comes to organizing large online community platform.

Positive: Easy dial and setup pad, Easy plug and play model for the non business use cases like education classes, yoga etc. Zoom parties or get together is an additional benefits of such a nice platform.

Negative: Email integration is not available for most enterprise users. Users need to pay for the plugin features. Looks a bit outdated UI/ux which one needs. Zoom fatigue is another con.

Summary: Zoom has never failed me. I use it multiple times a day and can easily be accessed. 10/10 recommended!

Positive: Zoom is the best! Such easy and simple processes with this platform! I use it every day and couldn't do my job without it!

Negative: Zoom has no issues! I honestly cannot find any cons to it.

Summary: I think that Zoom is a great program and I prefer it to Skype/Microsoft Teams for video conferencing.

Positive: Zoom is lightweight and easy to use. It's effective for sending dial ins and has a variety of virtual backgrounds.

Negative: The video/audio quality on Zoom can be inconsistent at times.

Summary: I think Zoom is a very user friendly, I would recommend just to have in account that for free users the limit per call is 40 min.

Positive: Great for meetings, very easy to use, you can take meetings from anywhere!

Negative: Sometimes I have issues when I share my screen, the image doesn't show in the right quality or the sound stars to break.

Summary: Zoom has all your tools to help your day to day meetings run smoothly. I highly recommend to anyone.

Positive: This is probably the best video calendar service ever. Quality, ease of use, options and web page are great!

Negative: I have yet to run into any cons. During covid shut down this was the best life line.

Summary: Zoom has been a great asset to running my own business for the ability of making it easier to communicate face to face virtually with others.

Positive: I’m able to integrate Zoom with my exercise programs for my patients to do virtual visits. This has been a lifesaver during the pandemic.

Negative: Sometimes the mobile app will lag a little making it harder to navigate.

Summary: Zoom has been in my life since early 2019. It has improved over time amazingly. It has functions like sharing screen, recording, multiple screens sharing, sound only sharing and many more! I don't think any other communication and meeting service comes close to Zoom. I use this on a daily basis since I work from home and setting up meetings has never been easier! I'd recommend this app over any other at any time. I'm giving it 9/10 because I'm sure they've yet to reach their full potential but trust me, I wouldn't choose any other meeting app over Zoom!

Negative: The main con comes with not being able to assign cohosts or hosts in breakout rooms, but that was partially fixed when they added an "Assign host" option whenever the host leaves the meeting.

Summary: It has proved so useful, that even though our business is reopened, we still use it very often. It has become an indispensable tool for our office.

Positive: Zoom was a lifesaver during the pandemic. We were able to use it for business meetings and to do remote visits with patients. We loved it, and easy to use.

Negative: There really aren't any features I don't like. If you use the free version, you may need to do a second session.

Summary: I recommend Zoom for any quick and easy conference call. It is quick, works flawlessly and allows tech illiterate individuals to easily participate. The call quality is fabulous too! I am so happy they released their software for the public!

Positive: Other than for the meeting originator, participants do not need to have an account. I have used so many video conferencing services for work, school, and family. You name it, I am sure I hav used it. However, after many family Christmas calls that took hours to get everyone on, Zoom was released and I can now send a simple link to all of my family without having connectivity problems, and account creation problems. The single link without an account is amazing for getting grandma on the call, without her struggling too much!
