Positive: - Zoom helps in connecting to any meeting on the go, anywhere in the world.
- The meetings are quite secure as the host has pretty much all the controls.
- The user interface of the application is simple, and the best feature is that it is easy to navigate.
- It is available on all the platforms, from mobile to desktop to tablet.
- the application is overall quite robust and reliable to use.

Negative: - The mobile version of the application is not as intuitive to use as the computer version.
- The sound gets distorted when the computer is consuming system resources in the background.

Summary: Zoom is great! I have used this as a professional and an individual. It's featured are adaptable to the size of your call/audience and there are amazing tools available to track event statistics like audience engagement.

Positive: Zoom is very easy to use and a well-known platform. Anyone can create an account and be able to contact someone else across the globe. I like that Zoom is equipped with several features that ensure privacy of attendees, such as the feature that alerts everyone on the call that recording has started.

Negative: Most issues that I have experienced on Zoom are due to user error. More training courses would be appreciated, but over the course of the pandemic, more folks have become accustomed to this program. One of my biggest pet peeves is when people are not muted during a larger call, which interrupts others. Zoom has a feature to allow muting of others upon arrival into the call.

Summary: Overall, I enjoyed Zoom for the ease of meeting others. It made our days a lot more efficient now that we had the luxury of being able to meet others from the comfort of our own desks.

Positive: We began using Zoom heavily during the beginning of Covid and it served as a great way to meet all of our clients when the times did not allow for it.

Negative: My only gripe with Zoom was its functionality. At times, it was difficult to find what I needed and there were some features that were simply not there.

Summary: Love the software and how easy it is to allow people to join whenever they need to. Our entire org runs nearly virtual due to Zoom.

Positive: I use Zoom for scheduling interviews and it is wonderful. The whiteboard feature comes in handy and it allows me to give a unique meeting ID to all of the interview rooms. Love that candidates don't have to have a Zoom login to use the platform.

Negative: Not really much to not like, it is sleek and easy to use.

Summary: We switched to Zoom from a similar platform during the pandemic, and I have found it to be affordable, easy to use, and extremely helpful for both internal and external meeting.

Positive: For me, a big plus of zoom is how easy it is to use, and how simple it is for people to join meetings even if they don't have a zoom account. The recording function also makes it easy to have a record of the meeting that is effortlessly saved in the cloud.

Negative: No real complaints, I have found it very easy to use with lots of different options to meet my needs.

Summary: This was a great resource for our church to use when in-person communication was limited. We still have groups who will do in-person and online using Zoom. Being able to schedule meetings is great.

Positive: It was really easy for us to use when we switched to online small groups during the pandemic. All our staff were easily able to use the platform and communicate with other staff and members of the church. It can be used on multiple platforms and is easy to set up.

Negative: There are times when the app needs to be updated to use. This can cause some issues for some people we have found.

Summary: Overall, Zoom is one of the best tool for video conferencing in terms of features, usability, simplicity and support. It is easy and secure to use.

Negative: - It doesn't have any dedicated features to just record the audio of the meeting.

Summary: Overall it's a worthy software, i love to use it for my office work as well as to get connected with my colleagues. Must give it a try.

Negative: Delay in recording, sometimes lag. Doesn't work well while recording a video conferencing.

Negative: 1. After recent updates, Zoom automatically slows down the screen sharing and creates disturbance in audio to save resource when other application is running along with it.

Summary: Its very stable and I hold a lot of trust in Zoom that my meetings will not disconnect or have any streaming issues.

Positive: Stable meeting environment that has no downtime or glitches.

Negative: Sometimes there can be streaming issues if your internet connection is bogged down.

Summary: Overall, a great tool for team collaboration when multiple people from multiple locations need a quick meeting , offering current features and the services is available for free.

Positive: Ease of use. Can meet with many team members across the states without spending time & money traveling. Good audio and video for meetings. Able to share your screen with members.

Negative: Must have a good internet connection. Sometimes the audio lags.

Summary: Definitely my favorite to use for meetings. I like the backgrounds and my camera view is clearer than other meeting software, very easy to use.

Positive: The sound, video, and recording features are excellent. Another fun feature is that you can enhance your appearance (smile) which comes in handy when you are not yet camera ready.

Negative: I think it is a little expensive for small businesses.
