Summary: For classes or events the options like screen sharing, white board and break out rooms are great and upgraded uses as an event platform are fantastic.

Positive: Beyond the basic use as a video conferencing tool, the analytics available are increasingly useful and the integration with other softwares is constantly improving. Being able to send invitations and build a registration page is incredibly helpful for online events and setting a standard for how long someone has to attend to be a "participant" are useful improvements over other conferencing software.

Negative: I actually don't dislike anything in the new version which is easier to use and easier to integrate.

Summary: Zoom is a great solution for universities and other educational institutes that wish to conduct online classes. Zoom also may be used by individuals who just want to meet up and have a conversation in live-time or among friends wanting to show things to each other on their screens.

I'll say this, and I completely mean it, Zoom is the new de facto for online sessions. It is the best out there!!

Positive: - Zoom has a breakout rooms feature, in which hosts can divide participants in separate rooms to monitor them individually or to form focus groups.

- Zoom allows participants to share their screens simultaneously, which is a heavy plus.

- Participants can open their cameras, their mics, and interact live with one another.

- Hosts have full control over what participants' permissions are and what exactly they're permitted to do (use the mic/cam or not, share screens, etc.).

Negative: - The free version limits meeting times to only 45 minutes.
- Reactions and emojis are just the classic ones; Zoom doesn't have its own set of emojis.

Summary: Overall experience is quite good. The best features are one of that is screen sharing which works perfectly in every system. So it easy to make people understood to do practicals in the meeting itself.

Positive: Very easy to understand and handle. Anyone can run it without any difficulty we use zoom app daily for DSU meetings and other meetings because it is free and can join many members at a time. With its great feature and tools very easy to work on it.

Negative: Have to add more features to live chat and should be add recording function in it.

Summary: Zoom video meeting is a fantastic product with high quality video and audio features. Highly recommended. It has excellent features like screen sharing, useful control features, excellent chat features, quality integration with multiple applications and many more.

Positive: Zoom is video communication is an excellent product and can not be easily compared with such similar products due to its high quality audio and video features. I mostly use it for my students to take online classes. This product provides great screen sharing and chat features. I highly recommend this product for use.

Negative: Zoom video meeting communication software has few weaknesses. When the participants increase the video and audio quality goes down. Its premium version is also little costly but good.

Summary: This platform has solved the problems that we had within the company with respect to the long distance in which the employees were from the main headquarters of our company. That made a meeting difficult because it required time for everyone to be at one point, so with Zoom you only have to attend the video conference on the date and time that was scheduled, so you just connect without going anywhere. We have been able to maintain more orderly communication since everyone in the meeting asks for the right to speak through the function of the platform and thus everyone can express themselves clearly and fairly, and there is no distraction that was generated before in the meetings that we held face-to-face form. With Zoom I have been able to schedule the meetings without any problem since I only need to know the availability of the employees who will be in the meeting and since they can participate from anywhere they do not need to carry out a test preparation but in the same place where they are they can enter the meeting without the need to make long trips or leave home. With Zoom we have been able to have more control of who enters the meetings because we have used other platforms and we have come across intruders and it is a bit annoying because we require seriousness when it comes to an important meeting in relation to the actions taken in the company In addition to requiring privacy, we also require security because we cannot have data leaks and Zoom has provided us with all of that.

Positive: ° It has a good communication system when it is required that the participants have an opinion within the video conference since it has a function of raising hands and this notifies the host that a user wants to speak or ask a question during the call.

° It has a live chat that allows the host and others to converse without resorting to the microphone and thus not hinder the meeting with unnecessary sounds that can distract the audience. In addition, with this chat function, participants can communicate more easily to give a better opinion than raising their hands to be able to take the floor of the video call.

° You can share Prezi presentations while you are in the video conference, this really makes everything more comfortable for the host as they can show themselves and the slide on a single screen without interrupting either of them. This is more intuitive and attracts more attention than just seeing a slide and a mouse going around the slide while the host explains. It can also be set as the host's background using filters to make it easier for the host to explain everything while inside the slide.

° The video quality is excellent unlike other video call platforms, it is useful when I need to see the slides of a meeting and make notes in my notebook of what I am seeing. In the event that the Internet connection is poor and it is only required to enter a meeting to listen to information, then there is no problem because the work that Zoom does is to always prioritize the connection in the audio to improve its quality, so as not to miss the information they are providing through this platform.

° Zoom allows me to make annotations, this function being useful since when a slide is being shared or I am showing the video call, it is easy to explain with annotations on the screen, marking it rather than saying it. Also, for me it is more comfortable to point something on the screen since I use a graphic tablet for these cases for the convenience of making a clean line.

Negative: ° It always asks me for the microphone settings before I can activate it and it's a bit inconvenient because if I'm walking into a meeting to chat I should immediately have the microphone without having to activate it manually unless the host decides to deactivate it for everyone except him . On other video call platforms this is instantaneous, without the need to activate any configuration and it should be with Zoom.

° I do not like that it asks for a password to meetings that I have already been invited. It is a bit tedious in case I am disconnected from the meeting and want to re-enter, if I have already been invited I should not require the access password unless it was a third party trying to enter the room without permission. Zoom should make that type of access easier to make it easier to get in without so many protocols.

° It has intermittent delays when there are many people in the video conference. In addition, very few people can speak, not because it is not understood, but because the connection worsens the more participants have their microphones and cameras on, since it consumes more data than a video call platform normally does.

° The whiteboard has a unique font style when writing. They should be more flexible with this because there are letters or words that are not well appreciated on other devices and this means that you have to write everything by hand so that it is more understandable for all the users who are in the meeting.

° I would like it to have the noble microphone configuration so that I can increase the ability to listen to the environment in case I need to move and do not have a wireless microphone. It's a negative and I wish it had that feature because the mic settings only allow one mic at a time and if I want to switch between mic and I have to do it manually within the Zoom settings.

Summary: I've had the chance to evaluate several different video meeting platforms over the course of the past two years, and Zoom is the clear leader to me. It is simple to use and yet functional for a wide variety of applications. It is easy to install and operate, and has a quick learning curve for both our staff and for my family who used it to keep in touch. Aside from a few frustrations and small glitches, Zoom has performed above and beyond expectations. It provides high quality video call experience and the ability to record and share webinars and important staff meetings with staff who could not attend. Zoom has innovated and adapted to deal with its emerging importance during the impact of COVID and has created a streamlined platform that is useful for both business and personal applications.

Positive: Some of the best features I found about this program were its low bandwidth consumption (which allowed two people working from the same home to attend different virtual meetings with no freezing, quality drop, or call dropping), simple functionality on desktop with all commands on the bottom Taskbar, simple installation process, compatible with all the OS on my various devices, Windows, Android, Mac, high quality video and sound, and the ability to record meetings to comply with our company's policy of posting recordings of all board meetings online after they are finished to foster transparency.

Negative: I found it prohibitively hard to use web Zoom (which requires no installation) when joining a meeting on a public device where I did not have permissions to install the Zoom client. Also, the mobile app lacks some of the ease of use and it is hard to find command location, screen auto adjusts to presenter screen rather than viewer screen size, and the screenshare function automatically pushes full screen, which can be aggravating when working on a collaborative project in a separate window while on the call.

Summary: Zoom lets me connect in work, home, and school activities and meetings. There is nothing that can be done in person that can not be done in Zoom short of contact. It is great.

Positive: Zoom lets me connect with people from anywhere. The record feature so I can play back later what was said is amazing.

Negative: Zoom has really everything you could ask for. The design is great.

Summary: Overall, I would totally suggest anyone to use Zoom as a platform for video meetings and/or interviews.

Positive: Easy to use, integrates with other platforms very easily, and it seems that most people now know how to use the platform which is really nice. As I schedule interviews I love not having to explain to candidates how to use the video interview platform.

Negative: I don't love the feature of people being able to kick others out of the meeting. We have accidentally kicked people in our meeting and can't add them back in.

Summary: Overall very good speed and stability on mobile. Good telco tool. It used to have a superior performance to Teams or Google Meet but now they are more similar. Still the best UX.

Positive: Fast and stable, easy to launch, lots of great integrations.
The other tools have gained speed and are similar but Zoom still has the best UX.

Negative: Still some people are resistant to it if they are stuck in the Microsoft universe.
Updates are a bit annoying sometimes.

Summary: I got to know Zoom because of the boom of the pandemic and because of recommendations that friends, family and acquaintances made to me about how easy it was to use with video calls since its learning curve was not so steep, so I began to opt for it and apply it in all my environments (work and family) and I want to mention that it was and is the best solution I have had for long distance meetings. I can be clear that there are things that need to be polished but that has not stopped me from connecting with my partners, clients, co-workers and family through this platform without any problem in practically the majority of the cases in which I have used Zoom. To train staff within my work environment has been wonderful because it has kept me connected despite the distance of that person to whom I have a video call. Corporate meetings through Zoom videoconference have been and will be one of the best options that I will always have available thanks to how easy it is to exchange information and content. Our long-distance projects have been strengthened as productivity, connectivity and efficiency have improved, helping the company to grow. I also want to mention that within the company that I am currently working for, it has been beneficial since it has been possible to show clients who want to know a property and who are located a very long distance away, to be able to “visit” the place, to put it bluntly. somehow and that they can see the property without resorting to expensive trips or wasting time seeing the place and not liking it.

Positive: In my experience with this video conference platform I can say that its strong point is screen sharing, this has allowed me as a presenter to share content through the integration of Prezi with other users within a videoconference. The multiplatform is another reason why Zoom continues to attract my attention since it is accessible for Android, iOS, Desktop, Mac, web version, etc. This makes for a consistent experience for participants and presenters and there is no lack of users as it covers the video conferencing market very well. Before Zoom I have tested the quality in this case with other mobile applications with similar functions but in the end they do not convince me, they offer very little or they simply fail. Zoom has not only allowed me to stay connected in a work environment but also in family environments, giving me the possibility of using it in any circumstance that I want to connect through video calls with other people, having one more feature of not only multiplatform but also that it adapts to any person (regardless of age), topic or environment (work, family, educational). Last but not least, what made me choose this platform as the main one in video calls is the video and audio quality, there is only one small detail that I will leave within the negative points.

Negative: To begin with, Zoom has made things a lot easier for me, but there are aspects that need to be polished because, despite the fact that it is the best for me and my experience, it does not make it perfect, as well as the video and audio quality is excellent, so is consuming internet bandwidth, I mean by this that it requires a good and stable internet connection for everything to work correctly, otherwise the video begins to deteriorate to the point of being frozen as well as the audio quality begins to drop until you are inaudible to what the presenter or participants say. Continuing with the internet connection, if there are several participants using the webcam at the same time the performance of the internet connection and the equipment used in question begins to worsen, having to use only voice calls as a consequence. There is also a performance problem in the web version of Zoom, it simply does not make sense to save resources by not installing it and the web version is fatal, making it mandatory to install it in case, for example, a participant has to install it only one day. I had problems in the past with intruders within the videoconferences, just an annoyance, there should be an option that allows you to accept only those you know without much problem. I also had a synchronization problem with google calendar, also during the planned events the links were not sent but I had to manually send them by mail so that they could access. I would like it to be given as a type of configuration of some test event in order to learn more about the configuration and understand the environment well because in the past, despite the fact that I understood its basic use, I had many problems because I did not understand certain things that made me wasting time on a video conference.

Summary: Before covid it was hard to imagine a world when important meetings could be held virtually, but here we are. It's the best software I've used for these purposes and a great solution for meetings where it's not common to have multiple people talking at the same time.

Positive: Zoom is reliable and so useful for team meetings when everyone can't be together, or doesn't need to be. Almost as good as meeting live.

Negative: Software is great but it can be a bit glitchy at times, which I'm sure is affected by Internet speeds. Sometimes audio is so-so when a few people try to talk at the same time because of sound delays and whatnot.

Summary: The main benefit that we have obtained with Zoom is that everyone in our company has been able to create their own video conferences and attract an audience to our company. All the videoconferences that we have done with Zoom have been successful, and this has achieved a considerable ROI, since we have captured the attention of new clients thanks to the input they made in our videoconferences. We have been using Zoom for a little over a year and a half, and the results are remarkable throughout our company, we hold weekly video conferences through this medium, and customers directly access our video conferences, they can interact with us, ask us questions through real-time chat and much more.

Positive: Videoconferences are something that have revolutionized the digital world and that day after day help us to be able to interact more directly with people or with specific clients. What I like the most about Zoom is that it allows me to generate video conferences with up to 1000 participants, this is impressive! when we have a large group of clients willing to listen to our videoconferences, this function is key to be able to develop the conference without limits of participants. Another thing I love about Zoom is that it allows me to send regular notifications to registered participants in the video conference. When a client reserves his place in our videoconference, we can send emails periodically for several days so that the client is as attentive as possible to attend the videoconference at the indicated time. Finally, another of the features that I liked the most about Zoom is that Zoom automatically records all the videoconferences and sends a copy of it to all the participants, this is one of the most important features since all our Clients get a copy of the videoconference that took place at that time, they have a backup of the information that we share with them at that time so that they can see it when necessary. Sending copies of the recording of the videoconference is key for us, all our clients can have information at hand in an automated way in their inbox.

Negative: The main problem that I have presented in Zoom is that when we do a private video conference, anyone who has the direct link to the video conference will be able to access it. This is a problem because sometimes there have been intruders or people who try to harm our video conference, and the only solution we have found to this is to expel those people who harm our experience on the platform. Another thing that needs to be improved is that Zoom should have a broader free trial that allows a much longer videoconference to be held, currently only 40-minute videoconferences can be held, which seems very little time to me. They should extend the time as this would help new users to test the platform correctly, this is not an issue that affects us as we have a Zoom Payment plan, however it does affect new users.

Summary: Love the product. We have been using it since Covid hit. We use it for work meetings, interviews, and a few catchups with friends and family

Positive: Ability to invite large number of group. Quick and efficient way to get invites out quickly and easily. Seamless technology that is user friendly even for those who are not technologically advanced. The ability to break off into chat rooms allows for better organized meetings, games, or social events.

Negative: Using the system for work from different continents seems to have some difficulties. The person creating the meeting can't always been in a country outside of where the subscription is being paid. This is a little confusing although there seems to be a workaround for it.

Summary: I am able to use Zoom at home or at work. I love the feature where you can blur your background so if you don't want to share as to what part of your home you are doing a consultation you can simply blur out the background!

Positive: As an attorney, practicing federal law, I can represent clients in all 50 states. Zoom has made this possible in that my clients are able to see me, show me their documents while we have a consultation in regards to their case. Some of my clients who can't see me personally prefer to do a Zoom consultation just to have that "face to face" experience that otherwise we wouldn't have.

Negative: Provide more videos or examples on how to download Zoom to your phone. Some of my clients experience difficulty doing this but once they get it they love it!

Summary: Zoom is an exceptional video conferencing platform. It is reliable and provides a great deal of administrative control for meetings. Zoom works well on all platforms and has become the standard product of its kind.

Positive: Zoom has become the generic word for video conferencing for good reason - it works and works well. Our school has done 1000's of meetings since COVID moved us to remote learning and Zoom didn't miss a beat. Video was fast and reliable even with many participants. Teachers understood hosting controls and how to integrate Airpods and Apple TV's into the meetings with ease. The Zoom client is constantly being updated and Zoom has addressed the needs of school security and restrictions.

Negative: Zoom has gone through some major revisions in the past few years. It's been great to see security addressed as well as restrictions for meetings but it has taken time. Being the largest video conferencing platforms does make Zoom a target for mischief but they do seem to be one step ahead of every security issue.
