Negative: - It doesn't function well with low speed internet, Especially the voice gets distorted so much that it isn't audible to other participants.

Summary: Nice product with ambient video quality and most importantly the feature of breakout room makes it more innovative.

Negative: 1. In comparison to skype, the data usage is too high.
2. Can incorporate the other features to improve its audio quality and to reduce the glitches.

Summary: Zoom really helped us keep the team together and keep everybody connected during these crazy times, not only for meetings but also social events. I believe Zoom had a big contribution in my team keeping an eye on each others mental health while everybody was dealing with the pandemic.

Positive: It was super easy to install and get all our team members on the same platform within 30 minutes. The online tutorials are extremely helpful.

Negative: The negative publicity surrounding Zoom mid 2020 made it difficult to keep all team members excited about using Zoom.

Summary: I have been using this application for two years now, it helps us to work effectively. Great video and voice quality even in low connection.

Positive: Easy to access by all devices. The app is easy to download in the cell phone and tablets. Sometimes the app may take time and I have to opt for phone or the browser.

Negative: Bandwidth issues happen sometimes with audio and video issues.

Summary: Overall, Zoom is a great tool to have if you are wanting to hose a virtual 1 on 1 meeting, or a team meeting of 10+ people in multiple locations.

Positive: Zoom is pretty easy to use and allows for meetings in multiple locations. Gives you the ability to ask and answer questions in the chatbox.

Negative: One major con is that it does not integrate with Outlook, such as Teams does.

Summary: Great tool, would be great if it had more features open to the wide market, certainly one of the most important tools in todays time and era!

Negative: Time limitation, not as flexible as microsoft teams when it comes to operating it, screen sharing. Could allow for remove control as well like team viewer

Summary: Zoom is a must for the new online international meeting. Zoom should send a how to use video when you receive a meeting notice. I like that zoom has numbers you can call if for some reason your mic does not work. This has to be explained better for virgin users.

Positive: This product is great for being able to set up meetings to do online reviews of plans or software. For Classroom and seminars for multiple business locations this has been a great asset.

Negative: Some things do not flow as good as they should. Microphones have stopped working and have caused meeting issues.

Summary: Zoom is an excellent tool for the development of videoconferences or seminars, in our case we use it to carry out constant training of our employees, through seminars that promote the productivity of the company and it has given us very good results.

Positive: Zoom allows our users to make live calls to coordinate meetings and even negotiations with our customers, its connection management system ensures a secure environment with a fairly fresh interface, which promotes interest in the topic under consideration.

Negative: Sometimes we have had to try to connect many times, there is a kind of bug when connecting in the calls that took us out, however, we have not received any response in this regard, extremely useful tool that should be improving over time.
