In addition, another of the favorable characteristics of this platform is that it has an automated recording system integrated, I love this system very much since it is capable of recording any type of meeting that I have held within this platform, all these recording Videos are stored on my computer but I can also store them within the cloud platform. I really liked this recording system and it gave me an extremely good experience for the meetings that I was able to hold within this platform.

Positive: Zoom is an amazing platform to be able to create a video conference from scratch or you can easily hold a meeting, the main feature I like about this platform is the extensive limit on receiving meeting participants, I can create a meeting but it has unlimited participants, in addition, all participants will be able to interact without any type of limit within the Chat available on the side of each meeting. Another thing that I like about this platform is the great fluidity of video that exists within each meeting. I have noticed that all the participants can see me correctly since the video transmission does not have any type of interruption or delay, in addition , the video transmission is consistent with the audio transmission, therefore, all the participants will be able to attend me perfectly during each meeting. I also liked that this platform allows me to assign different administrators or collaborators for each video conference or meeting, it does not allow me to assign an administrator role so that it can help me organize and interact with each one of them. I also like that this platform allows me to use all kinds of tools and functions to be able to expel any type of participant, as well as you can grant participant permissions or allow a participant to open within the meeting, in addition, this platform provides everything type of tools to be able to customize the general permissions of any participant.

Negative: One of the main drawbacks that I got within this platform is with respect to its general interface, I consider that the interface is quite basic, which can turn out to be a bit uncomfortable to use for some users, in addition, another of the Negative things is that participants cannot be required to activate the camera and audio before entering the room, which sometimes causes participants to enter who do not interact with the other participants within the meeting. Another of the negative characteristics of this platform is that there is currently no way to change the ID of a meeting room, which means that when we want a group of people not to enter that ID, the only way to solve this is by creating a new room, so that a new address is generated, it would be great to be able to change that information immediately with some kind of function within the platform, but currently it is not possible. The last negative thing within this platform is that no participant can upload any type of attachment within the Chat window, there is no such thing currently, participants can only send and receive messages and can also send various emojis within the window of the Chat, but they cannot send attached files, I consider that this is something negative since if we are requesting any type of attached information from the participants, that information cannot be sent through this Chat window.

Summary: The great solution that I had with Zoom is the ease of being able to connect with clients to be able to solve any doubts or finalize the sale of the services that my company offers, it facilitates the connection that I have with clients that are too far away. I have also been able to hold meetings with the other employees to avoid meetings that take time to hold due to the need to meet at a specific point, with Zoom we have been able to solve that problem in which we no longer need to hold meetings at a specific point but only have to schedule the meeting to enter at the time you touch and all from the comfort of each user. To conclude, I can say that during the pandemic Zoom was a key and strongest point to maintain communication and move forward with the company, allowing us to continue working as we normally have been doing, but this time everything digitally, including video conferences.

Positive: The interface design was the most practical thing that Zoom can have since it is seen that it is designed in such a way that everyone can understand how it works without needing to see tutorials to understand how to make a simple call through this platform. I am pleased to know that I do not require a great learning curve since anyone can connect without a problem and without me having to explain how to use it in an expert way to the other person, which I am going to connect to speak. It is very useful that it is multiplatform so that I can continue with the call or make one when I want and in the place I want. It allows me to be comfortable if I want to chat with someone with this platform without having to spend all day on my mobile phone or desktop computer. This makes it easier for me not to get tired when having long hours of conversation about a topic that I want to discuss with others. It's handy to be able to schedule the meeting without having to tell others the specific date and time. It is only enough to put it inside the Zoom panel and the users who have been invited can enter to connect in a video call. In addition to being alerted when there is little time left to start a meeting, so in case someone forgets the moment, Zoom will remind you by email or the same application if it is installed.

Negative: The security of the meetings is almost zero, we very rarely have intruders in the video conferences and it is a bit annoying to have to be expelling each user who enters without our consent. I would prefer that I could configure through the emails the people who can enter without requiring a password since only these people that I invited should only have access to their emails. The audio quality varies constantly, I can't speak about the video quality since I never had cuts and also the other person behind the screen always looked excellent. I would like it to improve the quality of the audio to better understand people or not to be repeating the same information several times because the public does not understand me due to the poor quality of the audio that is sometimes generated. The mobile application is too essential, it lacks the functionality that the desktop version has, I would like all versions regardless of the operating system to have all the functions available and thus facilitate its use anywhere I want and in the comfort I want , this would give the user more freedom in general than using a lot of Zoom to make their voice calls or video conferences.

It provides good tools for communication and keeping the team working together, it opens its gateways and messaging through scheduled video calls through our planning and in real time if we need it, the chats can be public or private. Mobile access is essential for our work, it allows us to continue in communication from wherever we are, and gives us flexibility in video calls, in addition to this, the application has a comfortable interface. It has been updating its options and personalization of the work, among these we can have virtual backgrounds which was necessary in case the background in which we were at home was not very adequate. Being able to have access controls for different work groups and being able to assign the corresponding room to each team is a good option to correctly manage all our work. The interface is quite complete, but I particularly wish I could find something much more manageable and simple, it has too many tools that can take time to understand each use and functionality, and when you finally achieve it you realize that it is too much to digest and use in any conference that we face, maybe we don't need as many tools for what we need to do on Zoom. Zoom has been the platform that we have used as a communication strategy, but we respect privacy a lot and more in this type of remote work, where many colleagues can be at home working, so it has happened to us that the cameras or audios turn on out of nowhere without requesting it, it disturbs the privacy of each person and in my opinion these types of accidents should not occur. We have also faced access limitations that we didn't know existed, once some clients could not enter a call because they were from another country until we were able to give them access and allow us to connect, it would have been good to know about it before without a doubt. Another of the weak points would be the ability to save everything that was discussed in the meeting, if you are not the administrator but a participant you cannot see the chat conversations and the files, therefore you lose everything until the administrator can share it, personally it would be nice to get the way to not erase the chat in case you need it.

Summary: Zoom is a very efficient service for any company, I recommend it without a doubt for any company that is looking for a way to hold videoconferences without any type of limit on the participants, I have made a comparison between this software and other software that are similar to him, and I have noticed that the vast majority of software that offers a videoconferencing system limits the number of participants, this does not happen within Zoom, this platform is quite optimal when it comes to allowing many participants in a videoconference. The experience that I have obtained within this platform has been good mainly because I am in prison, it is very necessary to have an optimal videoconferencing system, this platform has helped us to hold videoconferences with our clients, propose all kinds of services and carry out negotiations thanks to the videoconference In addition, we can also hold meetings for our work teams thanks to this platform, we can bring together the entire work team and the various employees of the company in the same place to share ideas and emotions. I love the activities that this platform has shown to have, I feel like using this platform as it can manage all the video conferences that are happening within my company without any complexity.

Positive: Zoom is a platform that helps when it comes to providing a videoconferencing system, I use this platform mainly to hold videoconferences within my project sector, with the participation of all company employees. The main objective that we had with this platform is to carry out all kinds of meetings and videoconferences and no type of limit of participants. The things I liked the most about this platform were:

1.- Zoom has a plan with unlimited participants for each video conference, this plan is very beneficial for all users, because you can hold a video conference without worrying about how many participants there are in it, you can incorporate more than 1500 participants without any type of problem, the videoconference will continue to be fluid and you will be able to talk with each of the participants without limit.

2.- The Chat that provides zoom within each videoconference is also a positive factor, this Chat allows you to send attached files within each message, as well as you can also send emoticons or stickers within each message, this helps communication to be much more diversified for users. It is also important to highlight that the file transfer system within each videoconference is very beneficial, you can upload a file to a videoconference and all the participants will be able to access it.

1.- By using a high quality for each videoconference, this can result in high consumption if you are using mobile data within your cell phone, for example, if you are making a videoconference from your mobile device, and you are not connected to a Wi-Fi network. Fi, the consumption within the mobile data was quite high. This is a very negative function since sometimes we are not connected to a Wi-Fi network, and if you are one of those people who is always using mobile data, I do not recommend using this platform since it will be a very high consumption for mobile data .

2.- There is no way to modify the quality in which you can download the recordings that you have made of your videoconferences, it is a very negative lack since, as I mentioned previously, all the recordings are saved in the cloud, and when downloading them, there is no way to modify the quality of each of them, having a function to modify the quality would help us to be able to transfer these Videos or recordings to any other place without having to wait so long or get a very heavy video, it would be amazing to be able to get the video in a moderately good quality to transfer it to another place without problems.

3. The screen sharing feature works flawlessly and does not hinder the audio or video quality.
4. Meetings can be recorded easily.

Negative: 1. It consumes a lot of data while running, which is a huge issue when using it with mobile data.
2. It does not allow saving the chats.

The quality and audio transmission that we have had with this platform has been superior to any other, previously we used other platforms with many limitations, which greatly limited the video quality depending on our network connection and that had a terrible audio transmission, with this platform it has been totally different, we are happy with the general functioning and ease of use of it, we admit that we are happy with the use that we are currently giving it within our company, we can create meetings with other employees but also with our clients. The monitoring of active sessions is done in real time, just by accessing the main panel, I can see all the sessions that are active. It is urgent that a system be implemented that moderates the number of messages sent within the Chat of each videoconference, this would greatly regulate the messages and help maintain discretion within the videoconference.

Zoom has managed to be one of the most important platforms of our company, offering unmatched features which help to develop quality videoconferences, quite stable, with instant and real-time communication, with very unique features. The most outstanding characteristics in a positive way were:

* There is no type of limit regarding the participants for each videoconference, up to more than 500 people can enter a videoconference and you will not present any type of problem, this is a very positive feature because I have previously used some platforms that limit the number of participants that can be in a videoconference is quite high, currently that does not happen on that platform, we can have as many participants as we want.

Negative: Zoom is one of the platforms that will guarantee your results, it provides a fairly stable platform for video conferencing from any device, its generally easy-to-use interface helps users become familiar with it in a matter of days. I have also noticed a couple of negative things about this platform, such as:

* One of the main negative things about this platform is that it does not have any type of security when it blocks the number of participants that may be during a videoconference. By this I mean that sometimes inappropriate people have entered our video conferences because they have the invitation link. Currently, it is very easy for this invitation link to be leaked within web pages, and sometimes, as I mentioned, they have even entered our videoconferences, I would love for the invitation link to only work for the guest, and that cannot be used by other malicious people, since this would help to have the videoconference much more private and not enter any type of intruder.

* It is not possible to limit the number of messages sent within the Chat of each videoconference, every time I make a videoconference, I have to notify all the participants to talk in a moderate way, so that the chat can be much more fluid and have a reading of all messages correctly. I would love for there to be a system that can regulate the number of messages sent by each participant, since in this way we will obtain greater order within the conversations.

* Transferring files through each video conference takes a long time compared to different cloud storage services that currently exist. To counteract this disadvantage, we have used a cloud storage service in which we can share files directly in a matter of seconds, this way when we make a videoconference and we need to share a file or document with other participants, we do it through this medium, to save time.

Summary: To be honest, the overall experience we've had with Zoom has been remarkably good. Currently, Zoom is being used in all sectors of our company as the main mechanism for planning and supporting the various video conferences. We are a real estate company with more than 500 employees, and having Zoom in our work area has allowed us to hold more complete meetings, where more than 500 employees have been able to attend through the Zoom platform. We hold video conferences with Zoom approximately 2 times a week, to hold meetings and discussions between employees, however, we also use it to hold meetings with some of our clients and offer our services more directly. I am very happy with the usability that we have given to Zoom all this time that we have been using it, we have not had any type of data leak, there have been various problems that I have previously mentioned, however, they are not problems that change my positive way of see Zoom, it really is a software that is very worthwhile. Positive: In our company, we have been using Zoom for about 1 year and 2 months. 2.- The excellent video and audio quality that Zoom offered me caught my attention. Since I tried the platform for the first time, and we made the first videoconference, I noticed that I had not seen that quality of video in any other software. It is true that to enjoy this quality, there must be a stable connection, but Zoom consumption is not so high, it does not interrupt any other activity that requires internet.

5.- Zoom sends constant reminders to the participants of a video conference. When the date of the planned video conference approaches, Zoom sends reminders via the mobile app and via email, this is great because the participants can be alert and remember to be punctual for the start time of the video conference.

Negative: During my experience with the Zoom service, there were more positive than negative characteristics, I have really enjoyed my stay and the videoconferences that I have had the opportunity to make with the help of Zoom, however, it is important to mention the negative characteristics that I have noticed during the videoconferences that I have made in Zoom, these are:

1.- There is no way to restrict access to the videoconference only to previously invited participants, anyone with the invitation link can access the videoconference even if they have not been previously invited during the planning of the event. This has turned out to be a real problem for us, since on some occasions, the link of one of our videoconferences has been leaked and intruders have entered who have not been in our previous planning. I would like Zoom to be able to limit access, allow only invited people to access the videoconference, it is a real hassle to have a hard time when an intruder enters our videoconference.

2.- Zoom Technical Support is not as efficient as it seems. When we started using the platform, we thought that Zoom had responsible support, since we saw that there were many help articles for customers, however, several times we have gone to the support team to ask some questions and it has taken more than 48 hours to give us an answer. The support must be more punctual, it would be excellent if they answered the doubts in less time.

3.- The Application for mobile devices turns out to be a bit heavy for some devices. I have had to buy a phone with more capacity since the application is quite heavy and consumes a lot of resources of my device when it is in the background.

Summary: Zoom is overall a great application available on all the platforms for business meetings and seminars. The application doesn't limit the participant in any way to maximize the benefits of any meetings with its useful tools.

The user interface of the application is clean and displays all the important tools on the main panel.

Negative: The only con is the price for the professional version which is quite too high for an individual, as the free version only allows 40 minutes free meetings the user have to resort to other alternatives for casual meetings with their friend and family.

- The remote control is a real lifesaver in situations when you want to give or take remote assistance.
- Zoom also provides 40 minutes sessions in the free version, which is enough for casual meeting or for individual use.
- The audio/video quality remains consistently good throughout the meeting.

Negative: - The top bar that appears during screen sharing is really annoying and prone to accidental clicks.
- The user interface and navigation bar seems a little confusing initially.

Summary: It's pretty decent, and I'll continue to use it. But I wish it had more affordable options for longer calls.

Positive: I use zoom for work and for hanging out with friends and family. It works fairly well most of the time, with minimal glitches.

Negative: I hate that for any meeting more than 40 minutes long I have to pay. I bought a Pro account because my friends and I love to talk a lot, but I wish it was free for like up to 4 unlimited-length calls a month.

Summary: Overall I think Zoom has helped a lot of people in office work and staying connected with friends, especially for us in a business where people can be out on the road a lot but we have to have an important meeting so they can just talk on the road with hands free and not miss a thing.

Positive: This made working in an office environment very easy if someone was off work and we needed to schedule a team meeting, especially because of COVID this has made it almost seamless.

Negative: It can sometimes be tedious when invite links don't work correctly and you have to reset the meeting but that normally comes down to human error.
