Positive: Easy to set up a meeting and even easier to join one. Requires very little experience, I know people with almost no computer knowledge who can still figure out how to join a meeting.

Negative: Have to pay for the premium features but they don't limit you that much.

Summary: The pandemic special plan shows the company is here to help!
Loving it during coronavirus outbreak and will continue using it even after this chaos is over.

Negative: Main issue with Zoom is that it relies on strong internet connection hence if your internet is weak, call might drop or freeze, which can be frustrating. Another issue is that the free plan only gives 40 minutes for group meetings, which can be short and limiting.

Positive: I have been using Zoom for quite some time now and I can say that it is incredibly easy to use, even if you have never tried a video conferencing app before. I love how flexible it is, you can make HD video and high-quality audio calls effortlessly, and the features like screen sharing and chat make meetings run smoothly. Negative: The biggest issue I have faced is that Zoom depends a lot on a strong internet connection. If you have poor internet, calls can drop, which gets frustrating. 4- The free trial of this platform is fully functional for any user, in addition, the free version to access specific video conferencing rooms also works wonderfully, in general, the free version of this platform works perfectly. We currently use the paid version in our company, however, we are very grateful and satisfied with the free trial service that this platform provided us during the testing process.

Negative: In general, this platform behaves excellently for any type of user, in addition, it has given us an extremely complete experience, however, below I will mention some of the negative aspects that I noticed within it:

1- The first negative aspect of this platform is that you must use a good device to access it and enjoy its benefits, since this platform requires a good device to offer good video quality and quality. In addition, you will not be able to access any type of video conference if you do not have a good and stable Internet connection, which limits many people from being able to freely access any video conference if they do not have a good device or a good internet connection

2- The second negative aspect that I could notice within this platform is that there is no type of customization that can be done within the video conferences or in its interface, this is quite negative, since I would like to add a template or a specific design for each of my video conferences, either to make them more attractive or to make them more comfortable for the participants.

Positive: Zoom has earned my trust because of the modality in which it allows me to connect directly with any person or with any work group. This platform has made me join any type of video conference or video call, it has allowed me to create a video conference from scratch or plan them . Some of the things I liked the most were:

2- I really liked the Chat system that is incorporated into each videoconference, since the system allows us to interact while having a videoconference, each of the participants can write any type of message in this Chat and interact with each of the participants, this Chat allows us to share ideas, hold discussions, receive opinions and much more.

3- I really liked the annotation and whiteboard system that this platform has, since this annotation system allows me to write things down on the video conference screen and the participants can view that information, I make the annotations on the screen and these annotations can be viewed by all participants in real time.

4- I really liked the way in which this platform automatically records each of the videoconference sessions that I have made, in addition, all these recordings can be stored within the Zoom cloud, since it has a fairly large amount of storage space extensive, which allows you to store a large number of videoconference sessions so that you can have them safely stored and you can access them quickly. These recordings are made completely, they are capable of recording the interactions that occur within the videoconference Chat.

5- I also liked the polling and voting system that is built into this platform, as this allows me to create polls or polls and send them to the participants to get opinions or get a percentage of opinions quite quickly, I can create a poll or a vote and I can receive opinions in a predetermined amount of time.

Negative: The features that can be improved within this platform are:

1- When you decide to share a screen with the participants of a videoconference, you will not be able to configure which screen or monitor you want to share with the audience, this is quite negative since if you have more than three or two monitors connected to your computer, and you want to share information specific that is located inside a monitor, you will not be able to do it in a specific way, you will have to share all your monitors completely.

2- Another negative aspect is that this platform is not easy to use at all, you have to carry out a series of previous configurations before making a videoconference and configure the audience, since you will have to configure the quality, audio configuration, configuration the limit of participants and you will also have to create a personalized invitation for your participants, for which, I consider that in general, this platform is not easy to use.

3- There is a limit on the number of files that you can send simultaneously through the live Chat of the videoconference, in addition, you will also have limits on the amount of total weight of the files that you send through this Chat, this is quite negative since it limits the amount of information you can share with the participants of your video conference.

In conclusion, the experience that I developed within this platform was completely satisfactory, I was able to quickly connect with my employees, I was able to send all the invitations to my employees in a very simple way, since it was only necessary to register as employee contacts to send a single invitation to all employees at the push of a button. Zoom has made it possible for us to hold online meetings without having to do it physically, in addition, the communication within this platform in each meeting was not interrupted and was always fluid and in real time, which allowed us to send messages at each meeting. I was fascinated with the great video quality that is enjoyed within this platform, even when I have low Internet connectivity, the platform automatically lowers the quality a bit so that the flow of each transmission during the meeting is never interrupted, that was fantastic.

I really liked the great video quality that I was able to enjoy within this platform, also the audio transmission is totally stable and with a very good quality, this helps to have a good performance during each meeting, also, if you have joined a meeting as a participant, you can also enjoy an unbeatable video quality so that you can correctly visualize everything that happens within this meeting, it is important to highlight that the video quality that you configure for each meeting that you are creating will not affect the speed as much general of your Internet connection, since this platform does not consume so much Internet resources, which helps you to enjoy a meeting with all your participants without worrying about Internet connectivity or high consumption. Zoom has different plans that offer a variety in the number of limit participants that can enter each meeting, you can choose your needs, in addition, Zoom allows you to interact with each of the participants, you can speak directly through the Chat of that meeting or send a message direct to a specific participant, you can also enjoy action where you can communicate with all the hosts, sponsors and collaborators of your meeting, to have a much more private conversation with each one of them. Zoom offers an incredible mobile phone application, which also allows you to have an impressive connection for all kinds of meetings, I was really fascinated with the effectiveness of this platform for Internet meetings.

Negative: One of the problems that can be found within this platform is that the entry system through the invitation link does not work correctly, since it allows the entry of anyone who uses that link, this has caused problems, since sometimes doing a meetings of our company and meetings to affect the conversation we have, I would love that the invitation system is via email link, nothing else works for the employees in a specific way in this company, and that it cannot be used in any other way company person or who does not have to participate in the meeting, that would help me a lot to avoid the entry of malicious people to my meetings.
