Summary: As a professor I found this app to conduct my classes during the pandemic and I was able to connect to my students with no issues whatsoever. Must have app.

Summary: Overall Its the best and easy to use video calling tool in the market. Any new person with less knowledge in technology can use this application with ease.

Positive: I've been using this tool for the past 1 year and never faced any problem. I have conducted coaching sessions, business meetings, and friendly video conversations using the Zoom application. It is one of the most versatile video calling tool in the market. It does not require a strong Internet connection to work properly. It adapts easily with the windows and the android system.

Negative: There might be some security issues that the zoom team needs to check. The User Interface is very simple in look and needs some improvement in terms of aesthetics.

Summary: Zoom has made it possible to conduct meetings in an efficient and clear setting, without any type of technical interruption. It allows me to keep in touch at all times with co-workers, family and friends. It has been a lifesaver for large group meetings. Its various small yet useful features make it superior to other video conferencing softwares.

Positive: Zoom's interface is very intuitive and easy to use. The platform interface is very straight forward, and it is fairly easy to see who is talking at any given point. Zoom generates a very easy to share link to join the video conference and I'm consistently impressed with the video quality.

Negative: The way that video calls are displayed in large meetings can be a disorganized and awkward. At first it was a little confusing how to make the sound work when you're on a video call, there are several different options, and sometimes it can lag when entering a very large meeting.

Summary: Zoom has been very beneficial to me for my education as well as keep in touch with friends during these hard times.

Positive: Zoom is very easy to use and during the pandemic, as a college student, Zoom has made online classes doable.

Negative: The video quality of zoom is poor sometimes and look pixelated.

Summary: A simple solution that can be used by students or senior citizens with little to no support or assistance needed. A full-featured platform that is getting more secure by the week whose software does not cause issues on your computer.

Positive: Simple to set up and use. Company has put a serious focus on security recently. Full-featured and robust solution that can be used on all platforms and device types.

Negative: Early miscues surrounding security which have been addressed.

Summary: Overall I love using Zoom, it keeps me connected in a good way. I think I will continue using it regularly even after COVID-19.

Positive: When our foundation signed up for Zoom I thought we would only use it occasionally and then COVID-19! I use it all of the time and cannot imagine life without it now!

Negative: Sometimes I have difficulty starting a meeting since I am not the admin.

Summary: Best user experience. No need to worry when a person is far and we have to set up a meeting one on one just on fingertips it can be done with Zoom.

Positive: Best Application Available for Video Calls. Useful for office team meetings and conferences. Easy to install and setup. Secure and Private. Trustworthy. You chat while you speak.

Negative: Sometimes problems with screen sharing. Can improve pen scribble Feature while speaking.

Summary: Nice and friendly UI and Design pricing is not at all ease of access easy to use, features are great.

Positive: It gives the platform where an institute can gather at a single time for conferencing with greater ease of access.

Negative: Sometime it glitches, sometime it hangs, support is not very satisfactory.

Summary: Overall it is very easy to use and it helps in every situation it has pretty good pricing and it has support available which most of the apps lack in supporting.

Positive: I like its interface and other things like all the options which help getting official work done as well as other few things.

Negative: It should have better way to share the joining ID and password.

Summary: My overall experience has been very good and we have solidly used at least 2 other leaders in this category over the past 1-2 years

Positive: We have had only great experiences with using Zoom for meetings and chats in our organization - no dropped calls, clear connections, great video, and wonderful ease-of-use

Negative: Sometimes it is not working, and the customer is not able to sign in. I think this is mostly user error.

Summary: During work from home, Zoom helps in connecting the employee with their supervisors. Demo of various software's done very easily with screen sharing mode and its very good experience. Audio can also connect with Zoom and no need to connect with mobile. Zoom is very easy to install and ready to use. The interface is very nice and easy.

Positive: Its simple interface, ready to install and easy to use. User can share the link and schedule the meeting with their clients. Client just have to click the link and VC can be started. Amazing Video Quality, Audio Quality. It also supports screen sharing and sharing of the files.

Negative: User has to install the application first to use it. But its good to connect again in future.

Summary: Overall it was a great experience and I will be using it again tomorrow! Great in this time we are in right now where I can't visit family!

Negative: Some security issues with random people hopping to open meetings, but not terrible as long as password required upon meeting is set.
