Summary: I love Zoom. Especially recently when COVID has made in person meetings difficult it has been a life saver. Even their free version is very viable if you are looking for a Video conference software.

Positive: I love the Microsoft Outlook integration. Whenever I set up a meeting it automatically sets up an email to invite email and add it to my calendar. I also like how well it works even when your wifi or internet is slow. I have used it on a less than optimal Hotel wifi to jump into Zoom calls and never had any issues with audio or video quality.

Negative: It can be very finicky to get it to work through your browser. If you dont mind using the desktop app (which is fine by me) it shouldnt be a problem, however getting it run in Chrome has been hit or miss for me.

Summary: These past months, I've used pretty much all possible video/teleconferencing/communication software available out there, including Webex, Skype, Hangout, Teams, and of course Zoom. Zoom is by far my favorite. It's simple, yet complete. It's elegant, yet sober. It has a lot of features that makes your live easy.

Positive: Some of the pros: Share multifunctional screen, Connection with multiple calendars, Annotation tools for everyone, Whiteboard, Continuous security improvements and updates. It offers also a good range of meeting options. and has a very nice video and audio quality (so far).

Negative: The way video calls are displayed when there are too many people is a little awkward sometimes.

Also, the user experience in scheduling is far from being the best. For example, every time schedule or modify a meeting I have to manually export to a Google calendar. Also, it makes me re-authenticate my Google account each time. Finally, when changing the meeting options, you have to re-export to your Google calendar to have the latest meeting info in your calendar.

Summary: It's a best video communication application in the market. You do not need any type of technical knowledge to make us of it.

Positive: I like the simplicity of this application. It is very easy to install and make the video call. You just need to send the invitation link to the person you want to talk to and get the conversation going. The application have very less technical aspect and this makes it easier to use for all type of users.

Negative: The application have less features compared to its competitors. The application does not feel solid while using and it gives you a feeling that the security aspect is not taken proper care of. It needs strong Internet connection for good quality video streaming.

Summary: Overall I like Zoom very much. It is great for remote meetings and being able to connect with family members.

Positive: Zoom offers both mobile and desktop versions that let users collaborate and connect remotely. I have used it with ease and I am not a tech savvy person.

Negative: It took me a while to find the sound so I could hear others and I still have that problem.

Summary: We love Zoom. It is easier to use than other similar video conferencing platforms. The pricing is good for the product you get!

Positive: Zoom is very reliable and easy to use, even for people who are new to video conferencing. Their interface is user-friendly and very simple. Their pricing is upfront and honest. Our organization is very happy with Zoom.

Negative: It has been mentioned in the news that their security features may have been lacking, but we have never encountered an issue. We always require a password for meetings and it is not difficult to send out meeting requests with that information included.

Summary: I definitely recommend this app. There is no other app right now that gives the level of ease that zoom gives. It had its fair share of problems but it has been fixed and the free version is a boon to small industries that cannot bear the cost of those bulky/expensive video sharing apps

Positive: Ease of joining meetings: You can join a meeting within seconds. Just click on the invite link and you are in. No need to remember another account.

Breakout rooms: This app lets the moderator to divide the participants into breakout rooms for discussion among a smaller set. This can be handled automatically by zoom too.

Hand Raising feature: A nifty feature that lets the mod see who is willing to speak.

Attend meetings via calls: Don't have an app? No worries. Call one of their international dial-in numbers to attend meetings

Negative: Security Issues: A lot of users have faced Zoom bombing where unwanted participants join the meeting. This happened due to integration with Giphy and has been fixed.

Whiteboard: A whiteboard to throw some ideas on would be a nice feature.

Summary: It is fantastic webinar tool which gives you tons of features to play with. The video quality is outstanding. The word " outstanding " I used because it gives me very high quality video experience and it's far better than its competitors. The tool is very reliable and trustworthy. Due to clean interface you can easily navigate and learn to use. My office team already adopted this tool and we had great experience.

Positive: Simple UI makes easy to navigate. Wonderful support and feedback experience. Gives essentially power to host to manage its meeting. Well optimized mobile and desktop version. It helping to maintain social distancing by working remotely. Setting up process is reasonably fast.

Negative: I don't find any cons on this tool but I would be happy if they increases conferencing time of free plan.

Summary: It is very highly features tool which make our service life easy. The user interface so simple and easy understanding. This software become very beneficial to every age groups for me I'm using to as meeting and for my kids they are using as distant learning. Remote control screen feature is very handy. I had great overall experience with Zoom.

Positive: Wonderful user experience. Very easy to host or join meeting. Video and audio quality is buttery smooth. Screen sharing and recording options are very handy. It supports almost every OS.

Negative: There is not much cons still I can say the mobile version of Zoom is not very good.

Summary: Zoom is really a necessity today. Where everything is done virtually you have to have an option for meetings and virtual events.

Positive: Zoom is fantastic. It's incredibly easy to set up meetings with multiple users . I think it's much easier to use then Skype.

Negative: No cons I can think of. Zoom's fantastic. Easy to use. A must in todays post Covid-19 world.

Summary: All in all I really like Zoom for meetings and business calls it's been a great tool to use in order to communicate with others. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a software that allows you to video chat and host meeting through video calls.

Positive: What I love the most about this software is that it's really convenient and easy to use as well as the fact that enables me to share my screen with the people that i have a call with with no buffering or lagging. Add to that the possibility of recording my calls easily. It also have many feature that help organize and manage a meeting such as the raise your hand feature which I find really handy.

Negative: What I like the least about this software is the fact that the non-paid version only allow a limited number of persons in one session.

Summary: Interface and connection problems aside, it is a great piece of software to have. The fact that you can communicate with your fellow workers as well as your friends who are far away from you in just seconds is a great experience.

Positive: Zoom is a great way to communicate with your friends and family but it is mostly known for its meeting feature. As we all know, we are in the midst of a pandemic and this software is a huge help for all companies and businesses from all around the world as they can communicate even at the comfort of their own homes.

Negative: Zoom, even with its rich features, has a downside to it. It's clunky user-interface. It is sometimes a pain to navigate as well as connect to the video conference that you're supposed to be in but that might be because of the number of users that are currently using it.

Summary: Zoom has been a tool our business has been waiting for quite a while. Powerful functions to manage your conferences and everyone loves how simplified it is. During this time of working remotely this is one tool every business needs to have today.

Positive: I really loved when I started using Zoom in our business on how easy and intuitive the entire interface is. Any beginner who never used this software can be up and running in just a few minutes. So far in our business it has been great. When a meeting room is created you are able to interact with each other and even chat. Meetings can be recorded and saved for a later time for review.

Negative: There are a few very advanced settings that can be more simplified and more understandable so it can take a while to learn these, but overall once you get the hang of it everything works out very well.

Summary: Overall, Zoom is a great application for video calls and video conferencing. Although, the app had some issues in the beginning but the customer support is tremendous.

Negative: I had some audio issues while using Zoom when my device was connected with Bluetooth headset.

Summary: It's a great tool to get interact your teachers or doing meeting for you business. It makes life more easy and convenient. It has great user-friendly interface even an elementary school student can join without any issue. Recording of audio and video is great you can start or pause by some simple clicks. It's have very crystal clear audio and video quality and what it made for and this makes the video conference tool great.

Positive: Zoom is very essentially tool for distant learning and meeting. It has great user-friendly interface with crystal audio and video quality. Very easy to joining link. I like the screen sharing and scheduling feature most I can easily schedule an event. It supports every operating system so no issue with compatibility. As being a student it helps me to easily interact with my teacher and classmates. My University Viva test did in this Zoom only. It's a must having tool in this pandemic.

Negative: Mobile app should be more stable, while scrolling it shows some lag. Something it throws connectivity issue even you are on good connection. Support should be better.

Summary: Zoom is an easy and reliable conferencing app. It edges over other web meeting platforms with it's one-click ease.
