Summary: Being of old school technology and BIG believer of hands on productivity, I thought how can Zoom be effective. After my first Zoom meeting experience I was sold 100% plus that Zoom is a much needed tool, even more so during this challenging time we are experiencing worldwide. Our first Zoom business meeting was effective, productive, professional, time saving and so very simple to use. GREAT OUTCOMES.

Positive: Our company is able to conduct professional business meetings via zoom, now that most are working from home. We are able to see one another clearly and facilitate with accuracy. Also, I love the simplicity of Zoom.

Negative: Being of old school and 30 years of hosting business meeting in person, I was not too keen on Zoom, but after my first Zoom meeting I realized.

Summary: I don’t know what we would have done without Zoom during those last months of the school year...and considering the state of affairs with this lingering virus, I imagine we will soon be looking to Zoom for help once again. Thanks for being there when we needed you!

Positive: When the quarantine hit, teachers had to go into emergency plan mode. The problem was that we could never imagine an emergency that would require us to teach and communicate with our students completely on line! Enter Zoom to save the day. Students and staff all learned how to use Zoom quickly and our new way of providing instruction and support was born.

Negative: I had heard of security issues with Zoom, but in all the months with all the meetings, I never experienced any issues. Many of our classes password protected the meetings so there was no unauthorized access, but eve when we didn’t use password feature, we were able to utilize the waiting room feature so no one ever entered without invitation.

Summary: Zoom is a great app for conferences and team meetings. It is easy to use and provides great quality video.

Negative: There seems to be some news about security flaws recently which is concerning

Summary: When the pandemic started, I was forced to teach a class for adults at a local art center online. I've attended webinars, but I wasn't sure how teaching online would work. It's been great, people are happy not to have to travel to the building!

Positive: Ease of use, very stable, I've had very little trouble with people getting a reliable connection. Everyone is able to see each other for discussions, I can share my screen to do demos and I have students share their screen I and other students can see their work.

Negative: Cloud storage for recordings is costly. It would be nice if everyone would share their screen at the same time. My students paint on their iPads, so it would be nice to see their faces at one time and then see all of their screens instead while they are working.

Summary: Zoom Meetings is super easy to use and has a lot of great features. You can call in from a phone/tablet or a computer, making it easy to use on the go. Screen sharing, recording and the ability to mute attendees are great features as well.

Positive: User friendly, great chat feature, clear audio (and video if applicable) quality, muting people, ability to record the call, screen sharing.

Negative: Chat is great, however, if you're private messaging someone, it shows up in the same chat window as all other chats. Should open a new window/frame, as it gets confusing who you're talking to.

Summary: Zoom is a very productive online meeting tool. We use Zoom to attend meeting flawlessly. It provides a great standard of service. We had an overall positive experience with it. It delivers many inbuilt integrations to attend a hasslefree meeting.

Positive: #1- Zoom is available on both mobile and desktop platforms.
#2- Effortless to write notes, send a chat message, screen recording.
#3- Easy to invite participants, no login required.

Negative: #1- We had an overall positive experience with it.

Summary: Makes file sharing is easy.
Convenient with video conferencing which is more reliable with communicating with clients.

Negative: Great with video conferencing but requires internet to work.

Summary: Reliable for file sharing and chats with friends and colleagues.

Summary: This software is intuitive and user friendly. I love being able to create and schedule team meetings well in advance, share the invite, and have it automatically added to my Outlook calendar.

Positive: I've been using this to conduct online training with my district's teachers. It is easy for both the teachers and myself to use. The ability to record meetings is a nice touch.

Negative: On occasion, when I start the camera my laptop crashes. May be a laptop issue.

Summary: I have had to use this platform a lot with COVID. It’s super easy to use and has so many fun features.

Positive: Overall has lots of features and quite simple to use in the meeting process. Nice design as well with good visuals.

Negative: A little confusing on how to use sometimes. Better clarity wouldn’t be bad.

Summary: It's a great tool for meetings, and also it's really fun for that times when you use it with friends and family.

Positive: Easy to use, easy to share, and have great video streaming quality, and the rec tool is really awesome.

Negative: I don't like the security issues that they have but since I'm not the owner of any important info on my work terminal, I don't care that much.

Summary: My overall experience with Zoom had been great. It is easy to use and reliable. The majority of our clients enjoying being able to have a meeting no matter where they are located.

Positive: We have multiple office all over the Continental US with clients in over 15 states and Zoom makes it simple to connect and review with clients. It is easy to use, record meetings, and share information.

Negative: The only con I have run into is the host is the only one that can record the meeting.

Summary: Zoom has been great, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. It has allowed our company to maintain face to face interactions with one another, even though we have all been separated physically. Highly recommend as a virtual meeting platform!

Negative: As with all things, they should continue to work on their user friendliness for those less adept to technology.

Summary: I have really enjoyed using Zoom. Very easy to use, easy to set up a meeting. Love the integration with Outlook.

Positive: There are many things to love about this software. First, the call quality is great. I love the gallery view. But my favorite part is the ease of use; just click the link and join the meeting.

Negative: I can't think of anything I would change with Zoom.

Summary: Wonderful and user friendly platform that should be utilized by everyone in their business to move things forward. Telehealth is a great example of how platforms like Zoom will be an everyday necessity in the future. I will be continuing to use Zoom in my daily business.

Positive: Zoom is incredibly easy to use and understand, the options available for sharing a screen, commenting, viewing, etc. are extremely useful and easy to understand. As a professional, it has allowed me to stay connected to my co-workers and to review documents with them. It has also allowed me to continue networking and building professional relationships.

Negative: To clearly hear what others on the Zoom call are saying, it is better to have them both appear visually and then separately call in. This is at time confusing and participants of a call do not understand why they are asked to do so.
