Summary: Overall Zoom provides many features for conducting meetings and classes and the host has a good control of things to maintain decorum during the sessions.

Positive: Pros of Zoom are its clean interface, better connectivity and numerous communication tools with advanced technology. Creating meeting ids and inviting required people is easy and straightforward function in zoom. It is a cross platform application so we can use it on any of our device with ease.

Negative: Control of whiteboard sometimes get weird as anyone starts disturbing during important class and annoys participants.

Summary: I use Zoom every week to set up meeting and It makes our work a lot less stressful. I definitely will continue using this platform versus any other.

Positive: How easy it is to set up meetings and all of the features it includes. It is definitely very user friendly.

Negative: I really haven't found anything that I don't like it about it.

Summary: I use Zoom regularly now and have never experienced issues with it, the audio and video clarity is excellent.

Positive: Zoom is excellent for having online meetings whether they are via audio or face to face.
There are a number of functions such as chat, screen share which are extremely helpful when having group meetings.

Negative: There is nothing negative about Zoom at all, very good system.

Summary: I’d say it’s the top video call that I use. Everything else has a learning curve that someone has to learn.

Positive: Love that there is a way to get us all together! Sucks when others have devices that don’t connect.

Negative: I don’t think there is much. The biggest problem is my own internet.

Summary: We needed a solution that would make it easy to do video interviews for our podcast, and most importantly store the video/audio for the interview for re-broadcasting. This was a way better solution than Skype.

Positive: The saving of the video interview allows splitting of the audio as a separate file, so that using it in an audio only podcast is great. The quality is very good - I've done interviews with people from the USA who were in Malaysia and it was as if they were in the same room.

Negative: Nothing really. Having to pay for it sucks, but that's life right? :)

Summary: Overall, the Zoom app is awesome because I can participate in webinars and meetings in this hard time.

Positive: Good video quality. Best app for online classes and meetings. Mute mic and easy to disable video. Different language selection.

Negative: The app keeps freezing on the desktop. No support for this.

Summary: We are very happy with the Zoom platform and its services. We use Zoom to solve our limitations that occur during the Cloud meeting. Zoom gives us the flexibility and power to host our board meeting on the cloud platform.

Positive: You can easily join the meeting no matter where you are. It makes it effortless to host meetings and webinars from its intuitive zoom platform. It's a better and best alternative to Skype.

Negative: It's a perfect meeting tool. Not a single con to share.

Summary: Overall, Zoom is a great software for video calling. I mostly use it for office meetings and conferences due to great quality and features.

Positive: Zoom provides a great video calling application which is easy to use and works great for simple to conference level video calls. It has greatly helped me and my team in connecting for meetings without any hassle.

Negative: I don't have any issues so far, it works great and even provides great applications for all devices Android or Apple.

Positive: Ease of use and the ability to interact as though I was literally in a conference room sitting next to my peers!

Negative: The fact that you must have a camera on your computer to be seen by the other participants.

Summary: Zoom meetings really helped accomplish several tasks that needed to be discussed in person even though our team couldn't meet in the same room it still felt like we were.

Positive: It is very easy to connect to calls and send invites to others. Communication was organized and simple.

Negative: Didn't have any problems with getting people on the calls.

Summary: It's a very practical video conferencing platform. Overall I use Zoom to join the business meeting without any restrictions from remote. So far I had a great experience with zoom. I highly recommend if you searching for a good and free digital meeting tool.

Summary: Zoom Meeting and Chat is our new meeting room. In the time of pandemic it helps a lot to collaborate and discuss various aspects over the internet. The meeting rooms can be set private so that no un-invited members can join without the invite link. It prefers chat feature along with the audio video conference which can be archived for up to 10 years. It supports easy screenshot sharing with and without annotation. Overall I am very much satisfied with the features and equality of video and audio on calls.

Positive: Zoom Meeting and Chat is one of the leading choice available in the market for video conference and team collaboration. It support high definition video and audio calls in 1 is to 1 or to group calls. It has many inbuilt team collaboration tool which helps a lot to positively collaborate over the internet.

Negative: I am very much satisfied with the audio video call quality and the security it offers. No cons.

Summary: Zoom is a great asset in business, not only due to its flexible and convenient mobile and desktop apps, but because of its many integrations (Slack, etc.) and reliability.

Positive: Zoom has the most user-friendly interface and is the most reliable video / conferencing application I've used across their mobile and desktop apps.

Negative: No actual cons, but the service can be spotty sometimes. This is expected with any conferencing tool.

Summary: Zoom is the best video meeting software out there. Extremely reliable and user friendly. Love the integrations it has with Gsuite and MixMax. There is a cost to having meetings over 45 minutes but meetings should be shorter than that anyway :)
