Summary: Overall, Zoom brings our team closer and collaborated while working remotely. It delivered a fantastic user experience to us and made our meetings unstoppable. I highly recommend this meeting software.

Positive: One of the most significant features that Zoom offers is its presentation and slide sharing. This feature fulfills every requirement for remote meetings. The ability to participate in the meeting from multi platform devices is great. The quality is also amazing.

Negative: No cons. We loved every aspect of the Zoom meeting.

Summary: Overall, I use Zoom everyday and it’s excellent. It is an essential part of my day to day technology stack.

Positive: Zoom has thought of everything you need for remote working. Reliable video conferencing, cloud & local recordings, breakout rooms, webinar functionality, passwords & waiting rooms for security, and much more. I couldn’t do my work as a digital marketer without it.

Negative: I wish I could convert or upload my local recordings to the cloud so that I can generate a link for people to watch the recordings when I accidentally record on a local device.

Summary: During the pandemic, Zoom has literally kept us running on all levels in our organization. We're able to meet with team members as well as customers. Thank you!

Positive: Zoom is very easy to use for any level of computer experience. Quality is great. Honestly, no other platform even competes with Zoom.

Negative: Since using Zoom, we don't have any negatives to report.

Summary: I used many different platforms, but Zoom always turns out to be my favorite. Zoom brings communication and ease of attending meetings on different platforms. It helped us attend meetings while working from home.

Positive: We can join meetings on the web, computer and mobile platforms. The video streaming is smooth and clear. I liked the record meeting feature, it practical when you are busy and want to watch later. It also integrates with Outlook and Gmail for instant joining.

Negative: Its mobile platform always gets glitched. It doesn't let me join the meeting ever filling the right credentials.

Summary: I like that there are integration options, and apps are available on mac, windows, android, and iOS. Overall the platform is great to use and the call quality is great.

Positive: The quality of audio and video we get on zoom is unlike any other platform commonly seen. I love it has many integrations with CRM and other such platforms.

Zoom also allows me to broadcast on YouTube, facebook, etc.

Negative: The meeting set up feels like a lengthy process, and there is no quick schedule of meetings.

Summary: I decided to try Zoom to have a meeting with my friends that are all over the Country that I could not visit during Covid and it was so great, it really felt like we were all in the same room. It really couldn't have been any easier!

Positive: It was easy to sign up initially and so easy to use. Scheduling a meeting took no time at all and sending the link to my friends worked seamlessly.

Negative: The free trial only allows for 40 minute meetings, though it did allow my meeting to go over the first time I used it.

Summary: Zoom made our online meeting enjoyable and easy. We have been using Zoom for about 7 months still we didn't found any major issues. The video quantity is just amazing. The joining of different meetings is also very easy.

Positive: You can join meetings also on Android/iOS mobile devices. The presentations can also be shared. You can integrate many tools in Zoom software. The attendance and data reports are very useful features. Screen sharing is good.

Negative: There is very little functionality in the free plan as compared to other (Google Meet) platforms.

Summary: I prefer this over Google Meet for the gallery view.

Positive: Big fan of Zoom. Through COVID I used this a ton and am continuing to use it.

Negative: Cost structure for recurring meetings. It's pricey compared to alternatives.

Summary: Zoom has made my daily life easier --All three of my kids have to do their schooling on zoom since this pandemic started and they are able to easily get on and get there school work done.

Positive: Getting on to zoom is. so user friendly. I not only use it for work but my kids use it for school and it makes life so much easier. My 8 year old can use it.

Negative: Sometimes they will have issues with connectivity but most of the time it is fine.

Summary: Zoom is versatile and offers many built-in features, including event registration/RSVP (you can use standard questions and/or add custom questions), polling, reactions (ie hands capping, cheer emoji), chat (1:1 or 1 to everyone), event recordings and analytics/reports. All these features have taken our meetings and events to the next level while saving us time and keeping us connected during remote and hybrid work environments.

Positive: Hands down, Zoom is the most reliable in terms of band width and connectivity. It’s rare that we experience glitches during meetings and the video and audio are almost always clear. When clients invite me to non-Zoom meetings, those meetings are often full of issues, so we usually switch over to Zoom. I also like that you can re-use Zoom links for repeat/recurring meetings . We use Zoom for everything from meetings to large scale events.

Negative: The features change often without warning. Sometimes this is great because new features are rolling out frequently, but sometimes it can be annoying to have to download updates and learn where all the new settings are. Sometimes, if there is meeting with more than a dozen folks on video, there can be a lag in audio or video, so when we host events on Zoom with more than 12 people, we ask participants to mute their videos to preserve bandwidth and prevent this from happening. Another downside is the email template for events. It would be great if there were more style and branding options.

Summary: I have used many different products when it comes to video conferences and Zoom has been the most reliable one I've used. Very little if any lag no matter if I'm on the computer or even my phone.

Positive: Great option for video conferences. Much rather use that google chat or others like it. Very little if any lag in video and sound.

Negative: I have not had any issues while using zoom video, great product.

Summary: Everyone is using it so why not.
Hope Microsoft Teams been so user friendly.
Google Meet getting there.

Summary: Overall Zoom has its own class and standard in field of communication and widely used for conducting virtual meetings and classes. Zoom has a variety of features in required for a strong communication tool like voice, video, hand raise, and private chat etc.

Positive: If we need to have a strong communication tool for organizing a virtual meeting or arrange an online class, Zoom has always works perfectly and done its job as expected.

Negative: Zoom perfection as a communication tool for meeting and classrooms almost makes it a flawless tool in the industry.

Summary: Zoom is basically a complete meeting solution to create a cloud meeting spot in which the remote employees can easily attend. Its mobile version is average.
Overall, we had a positive experience with the Zoom meeting software.

Positive: The User interface is superb, even on the first use I didn't face any difficulty. Now end to end encryption also available in Freemium accounts.
The video quality is above average. Easy meeting joining procedure. Guest sign up is a great additional option.

Negative: The mobile application is substandard. It needs some improvement.

Summary: Zoom is modern era communication app and have solutions for almost every type of communication needs, as of one to one conversation, limited people meetings or classes and large scaled webinars.

Positive: Zoom is a wonderful medium to communication for conducting classes, business meetings and personal friend and family conferencing. Zoom gives full rights and control to hosts of meeting so that decorum of the meetings remain intact.

Negative: Disconnections during meetings are very often in zoom, when internet bandwidth gets a little low.
