Negative: Had a license check error on my mobile app. But got fixed after communicating with customer service.

Negative: If a user get removed mistakenly during Zoom meeting, it get difficult to rejoin and get approval again.

Summary: My overall experience has sometimes negative some time on the positive side but at the end of the day, I'm happy with this cloud video conference solution.

The software's UI is basic and very simple, new users can start using this solution in a very short time. The cloud phone call, messaging and video conference work as expected.

Negative: In my experience, I faced mic sound issue, can't able to join the room and video freeze issue. But every time I restart the software these problems disappear.
