Summary: It is a good product, with good support. I would recommend the breakout rooms when feasible. It really works well.

Positive: It facilitates remote work. It is reliable, and provides a series of tools that allows virtual meetings to be interactive.

Negative: It allows for an excessive hours of video conference.

Summary: Overall we've had a great experience with Zoom. It's easy to use, a great tool for connecting with clients from a distance, and will help us expand our business.

Positive: ZOOM has allowed us to continue to see and service clients throughout the pandemic and restrictions. It has been great to be able to be with a client "face to face" but stay safe. We will continue to use ZOOM after the pandemic is over because it is convenient, a time saver, and allows us to reach clients beyond our local clientele.

Negative: As with all internet based technology, there are always minor issues, but I'm not sure that's completely Zoom's fault.

Summary: We use zoom for webinars, meetings, etc and have never had issues with the app or on the web. Will continue to use the app version for webinars and meetings to come.

Positive: Easy to create rooms, easy to enter into meetings, functionality is user friendly and sound and image quality has always been up to par for me.

Negative: No complaints I have it serves its purpose well for my uses.

Summary: Zoom is THE go to platform for online meeting, better than Google Hangout or Cisco's WebEx, though their GUI is pretty nice too.

Positive: Love the ability to mute and block video recording from participants. Also the chat feature is nice. The thing I like most is the custom background. I don't have to worry about how the real background looks!

Negative: There was security issues several months ago, but they're probably fixed now.

Summary: It is great.

Having the ability to use it without downloading an app would be a great addition but apart from this there's nothing needed.

Positive: Large meeting sizes available.
The pricing is fair enough in all categories.
The free tier meetings have 40 minutes.

Negative: Needs an app to be installed and doesn't run directly on web like Google Meet.

Summary: Overall, Zoom has been a life-saver for various conferences, trainings, and group meetings, especially since COVID.

Positive: Zoom is easy to connect to, user friendly, and rarely has issues. Service is clean. Even my 85 year old mother-in-law uses it with ease for her book club!

Negative: Sometimes, depending on how the invitation is sent, it seems a bit more cumbersome to join a Zoom meeting, but that may be more on the organizer than the product.

Summary: Overall this app is excellent. I highly refer everyone to use this app for once. Its features and connectivity are very good.

Positive: The quality of Zoom App is very awesome and I just love this app . I recommend everyone of you to use this app for video calling.

Negative: Sometimes this app gets automatically closed and it's very disappointing because when you are in the middle of any meeting then it causes disturbance.

Negative: It is easy setup and handle large crowded online communications without any glitches.

Summary: Great product! Zoom is my go to choice for online meetings. So many ways you customize your meeting depending on the audience/group.

Positive: I have tried several and Zoom is definitely the most user friendly online platform for meetings. It's simple to sue and has many useful functions. Much better breakout rooms than Google Meet.

Negative: I like the idea of applying your own background but it is sometimes glitchy in appearance.

Summary: Business today have moved from face-face meetings to virtual meetings bringing every member on board no matter their location and Zoom has become extremely popular in successfully conducting these virtual meetings.

Positive: Zoom is the easiest video conferencing solution that is super easy to use, easy to download and setup.

Negative: For us to be able to hold a Zoom room of about 500 people we are required to pay a higher price than that of a normal subscription.

Summary: With zoom i can easily communicate with my clients and colleagues with the help of video conferencing.
Also it is very quick and easy to use since it normally saves a lot of time when working with it.

Negative: The only dislike I have for Zoom is that when there is poor internet connection one can hardly see clear video calls from clients and colleagues.

Negative: I would say there is NOTHING to not like about it, its the best on the market. It is awesome.
