Summary: I loved this app or application. They have lot of features like video conferencing, meetings, screen share option etc.

Positive: I like these things the most as I am using this app for the last 1 year-
- Great features
- Freely available and easily accessible in the software
- The interface is damn awesome

Negative: My major concern is that sometimes My personal data does not store properly.
- They have lot of privacy and security issues.
- Sometimes the Id and password of Zoom software takes too much time to log in.

Summary: Over all it is a good software for working from home and doing you job effortlessly and effectively. Perfect way to communicate among the employees and my colleagues. There are just a few limitations of this software but over all a very good software for me.

Positive: 1. I am using this from 5-6 months. It gives the best experience.
2. While I work and I have any doubt, I can simply ask my senior on the Zoom meeting.
3. If there is something tricky then I can simply share my screen and ask for the solution from the concerned team or member.
4. Very easy to use.

Negative: 1. Everything is good but I think sometimes due to lack of good connection, communication is effected and that effects the work as well.

Summary: It is cheap compared to other similar products.
It's user friendly and easy to use since it does not require too much training to be its user.
It is the best when it comes to video conferencing.

Positive: What i like most about Zoom is that you can easily have meetings online with the help of video conferencing.

Negative: I have the best experience ever while using this great product, so i have no dislike towards it.

Summary: It is very good app but little bit of modification is required for making it more convenient.
* it makes work from home very flexible and online classes too in this time of pandemic.
* it can be used by desktop users and mobile users in a single meeting.

Positive: I am using this software from 2 years and it is quite awesome for crystal clear video calls. i can easily join meeting and very easy to enter, and it is quite simple and awesome as compared to other video calling apps. i can easily join conference meeting easily.
I love the screen share feature of this app that makes easy to explain projects and personal chat feature is very good as we can send text to a person without disturbing others.

Negative: Personally i love this app but the screen share option takes more time which is very inconvenient and there are also some cons in security and privacy field.

Summary: Overall I am satisfied with this application, I am using this application for my online studies which is helping me during this pandemic without interacting.
Through this application i can communicate with other for any information and without personally meeting with them.

Positive: This is a very good application for online studies and Business Meetings.
Clean interface and very easy to use which helps the understanding and use of the application easy.
Video quality is very good compare to other applications.

Negative: I am concerned about the personal data and chats we do on this application thus, should focus on the security and privacy more.

Summary: Zoom is a fantastic way to work together while being a part. My coworkers and I use it on an everyday basis and it has truly changed the way we will approach meetings and projects in the future.

Positive: Zoom is a great tool for collaborating with your peers when you are in different areas. The interface makes it easy to share, present, and work with others seamlessly.

Negative: It can be spotty depending on where you are at in the country, such as wifi connection or phone network.

Summary: Overall experience is quite good! Best platform to share our views and also best way to create meetings during this pandemic.

Positive: Great sounds effect! Video graphics also great! Best platform to share information. Awesome experience.

Negative: Major drawback of this application is security and privacy as well as it few time to generate meeting link.

Summary: Overall this is a great software and made my life very easy. We do our everyday classes here and really this helped us a lot in this pandemic to study. I would recommend everyone to use this software.

Positive: I have been using this for about 7 to 8 months now and the things I like about this software is that:
- It is cross platform
- Clean and easy UI
- Great Video quality
- Easy to use

Negative: I have no issues with this software but I think the security can be increased a little bit more to so to prevent bombing.

Positive: Video Quality, ease of use, fun features, and ability to use on-the-go or in the comfort of your home or office. It is versatile, easy, and modern. Perfect in a world where social distancing is the new norm and we need other ways of communication.

Negative: Everything about zoom is great, its user friendly and practical. 10 out of 10!

Summary: I would recommend Zoom for educational purposes, and personal times, during these holiday seasons. Highly recommend. If you are still using Skype or anything else, you are doing it all wrong.

Positive: I love the fact that no matter the age, the ease of use makes it accessible to anyone during this time of COVID. It can be used professionally or personally.

Negative: Nothing, they corrected the feature that allows people to randomly show up in your zoom calls by adding passwords.

Summary: If you have to call video calls all day, the widespread adoption of Zoom basically can't be beat at this point - join the bandwagon.

Positive: Breakout room functionality is far better than what is available on Teams, the rooms are overall more agile than alternatives.

Negative: Ability to record meetings is sometimes iffy, depending on solidity of your own wifi.

Summary: Overall, Zoom has allowed me as a leader to maintain the desired level of cohesiveness with my team of teachers during this pandemic. Providing leadership remotely was a challenge before the discovery of Zoom and its features.

Positive: I liked the ability to meet with groups of teachers during the pandemic. Zoom allowed us to remain focused on the goal by meeting virtually and staying focused.

Negative: I didn't like the unpredictability of connection status which sometimes causes teachers to disconnect without knowing it.

Summary: Overall, I think Zoom is a great platform to stay connected for work, family time, friends and gaming. I would recommend this tool for anyone doing several web meetings a month.

Positive: I love this for work and personal use. It has helped me feel connected with friends, family, co-workers and I love the user friendliness and ability to connect with large groups as well as one on one video chats. I also like the chat bar option.

Negative: I wish there were more pricing options for someone who wants longer than 40 minute meetings but isn't a frequent host.

Summary: Zoom has made our distance learning readily available for our students. The students are able to maneuver around the platform easily.

Positive: Zoom is a very simplistic approach to group learning. It is universally utilized and very user friendly.

Negative: The only drawback I had was when there was a 45 minute limit to the free version.

Summary: Zoom has been instrumental in setting up vendor calls outside our organization and allowing us to continue to maintain social distancing protocols while projects move along safely within our department. The ease of setup and implementation of a meeting has been very user friendly.

Positive: -Ease of use, and simple installation click and start.
-Great audio and video quality!
-Wide audience range of apps and devices.

Negative: -Prior encryption issues on launch that have soon been resolved.
