Summary: I first found Zoom from the free trial when COVID hit. I am so glad our company discovered Zoom. We use it daily and it is a great tool to connect with clients (and friends and family).

Positive: Super user-friendly! Our real estate business has really thrived with Zoom during COVID. We can meet with our buyer clients, seller clients, and team meetings.

Negative: There are occasional glitches where the video will cut out, but I think it is more internet issue related.

Summary: Our experience has been very positive - once we started using stripe and moved away from the conference by phone, it really improved our processes internally.

Positive: Zoom offers ease of use as it pertains to setting, scheduling, and recording meetings. With many of our team members working different hours, Zoom offers us the flexibility to record our calls in the event of an absence.

Negative: I currently don't have any cons. Occasionally I will experience an audio issue where I'm unable to access my microphone, but this is on rare.

Summary: Zoom has become ubiquitous in 2020 and the virtual / Work From Home life wouldn't be possible without it.

Positive: Easy to create future meetings and create link. Ability to have a waiting room and let people in. Good share screen, app, and Mac download.

Negative: 40 minute limit on free. Would be nice to pay per use not on a monthly service.

Summary: I work from my house and this tools is very easy to use and the connectivity its great, i just love it.

Positive: Faster, great connectivity, cheap, easy to use, rich features for hosts and participants, stellar performance.

Negative: I don't see any cons maybe no toll-free dial-in numbers for the US.

Summary: It was great!!! I would recommend it to everyone for business and personal uses. Zoom is the best!

Positive: I loved the ease of using the Zoom app.
We used it back in March for my daughter's long distance baby shower.
It reunited relatives that I haven't seen in many years!

Negative: I thought it was great - I have no complaints about Zoom.

Summary: Overall it is better than other apps for video conferencing, meeting place, private room as well as pricing. Ease of using to children as well. but should improve its share screen option.

Positive: User Interface and design are essentials. Helpful for the educational institutions and offices and pricing is very much affordable.

Negative: Share screen option and time lag issue is there which can be improved a bit.

Summary: Fun to use overall a good package for not having to pay anything. User friendly and great meeting place for friends as well as formal gatherings during these pandemic times.

Positive: I really enjoy the fact that it doesn't crash unlike others while conferencing. helped a lot with my online classes during pandemic. User friendly as most of my teachers were able to use it without much trouble. Easy interface has its own benefits to the people. Many people can join all at once.

Negative: Sometimes it's slower and that makes device slow. Other than that it requires time to load at first but not always.

Summary: Overall this app should available for every student for completing their projects and as well for connecting with their family and friends.

Positive: Pros of this software are as follows:
This Zoom app application helps me for my online studies, to complete at my home during this pandemic 2020 we got everything through this software like projects, meetings, chatting, etc.

Negative: Personally I don't find any difficulty or issues by using this app.

Summary: Overall it's a great app for meetings and very easy for inviting others and it makes working from home very easy. The best part of this app is screen share that makes it more helpful than other apps.

Summary: I am using this software on a daily basis and i m totally satisfied with this software.
I recommend to use this software for online study and video chats with colleagues, relatives and friends.
Video quality is very good.

Positive: Best application for online study.

We can communicate with more than 2 people in a same time.

Negative: Some issues occur during group video chats.
Security and privacy policy is not so good.

Summary: Would 10/10 recommend Zoom not only for business but also for personal use. It has made video conferencing a breeze and we have never had a client who is unable to figure out how to use the software. We use it all the time in our firm and have no major complaints.

Positive: Zoom is so easy that even young children can use the software. The software can also be customized based on preferred meeting settings. We love the custom background settings for those situations when you're not in the most professional setting (i.e. kids in the background or a dirty bedroom) to remove any distractions.

Negative: Sometimes invitees randomly have trouble joining via URL links. The mobile app can also be a bit glitchy and will randomly disconnect at times.

Summary: Overall experience of this app or application is good for me and it helps me to connect with my relatives.
For video conferencing it consumes very little data which is very beneficial for me.
Personally I love this app and suggest this to everyone to use at least once.

Positive: There are lot of pros in zoom application or app, they are as follows:
1. It provides me a way to interact with my teachers during my morning classes.
2. It has a very good interface and as well as good specification.
3. Quality of video and audio is much more clear in this app.
4. This application is free of cost.

Negative: It takes time to generate id and password.
They should focus more on their security for public interest.

Summary: Personally having use this application/software, I recommend others people to try this application/software because it has easy to handle ui and comfortable to use for virtual interaction as well as group discussion.

Positive: Using it since last year.

Negative: I have no issues with this app but i think the securities as well as privacy can be improved. for non-registered users the time limit for single meet is 45 minutes which pose a problem for office meeting and online classes.

Summary: We have a variety of ages on our teaching staff. Everyone, including teachers in their mid-60's, were able to navigate Zoom easily!

Positive: - Very intuitive
- Easy for all ages of teachers to learn
- Simple for parents to use with their students at home

Negative: - The recording aspect on Zoom isn't very quick on some devices.

Summary: As my experience i love this software/application, I daily use this software/application to attend my online classes and it helps me to interact with my relatives and friends. Personally I suggest you to try this application at least once for video conferencing and you will also love this application.

Positive: I am using this application for last 1.5 years.
It's an amazing app which help me for my studies during Covid.
It's easy to access. and the best advantage is they don't charge anything (free of cost).
The layout of the software is quite good from other software.
