Summary: Overall, this video communications tool saved many events in 2020 by allowing virtual meetings and gatherings. The software works well, responds to customer needs, and is easy for everyone from CEOs to Grandparents to use.

Positive: Zoom has been a staple during the pandemic for video communications. My family uses it every holiday to "get together," and several companies and professional organizations I work with use it for everything from daily meetings to virtual training classes to entire conferences. The platform is flexible and easy to use, and breakout rooms are great for more intimate networking during a large Zoom call or event.

Negative: The only downside I have experienced with Zoom is uninvited people being able to access the meeting (aka Zoom bombing). This happened before Zoom's security upgrades and the problem has gone away.

Summary: Overall Zoom is hands down leading the industry in their space, plus covid helped to that boom but I was using them before everyone started working from home.

Positive: Break out rooms are awesome, having the ability to share more than one screen, giving the ability to the user to control your desktop. Also all the cool meeting settings you can use.

Negative: Trial version has a limit on how many guests you can have. Once you pay for it you can scale up how many users you can have in a meeting plus other features.

Summary: Zoom has saved our 2020 possible. Without face to face contact during the pandemic, zoom has allowed us to conduct business just like we always have; just virtually. Without zoom we wouldn't have been able to meet with clients and partners or be able to run our business.

Positive: Zoom is easy, reliable and has great audio and video. Multi user capabilities and screen share is great. Great for keeping meeting schedules organized. I also love how secure it is. I also love that it can be used on any computer or smart phone.

Negative: I would like to see private voice chat within a meeting room.

Summary: During my COVID quarantine, I relied on Zoom to keep me connected to my loved ones and friends. I was regularly able to attend meetings and did not feel like I was missing out on something (other than the in-person hugs).

Positive: On a professional note, when scheduling work meetings, I know the meeting attendees appreciate being able to click a link to join. On a more personal note, I appreciate the steps in place to make sure that the meetings I attend are secure and cannot be easily hacked.

Negative: Using Zoom seems to be easier when using a PC versus and mobile phone.

Summary: I have Zoom on my work and personal computer and even have it on my phone for those meetings when you are on the go.

Positive: It is the best big group meeting software I have used. Works great across different business models as well as my children's schools.

Negative: The connections can sometimes seem inconsistent but I believe it is due to the individual users connections.

Summary: Overall, Zoom is a household name for a reason - it’s the premier teleconferencing platform of the “new normal” era. Though competition in this field has been stiff since the pandemic broke out, Zoom’s minimal set up, ease of use, and revamped security features set it apart from other platforms.

Positive: Very intuitive user interface. Setting up meetings is a breeze, and functions such as screen share, live chat, etc. are simple to use. Plenty of security and host features to allow enterprises to take full control of their meetings.

Negative: Very few cons come to mind. It perhaps lacks some of the seamless integration a major competitor has with its teleconferencing platform and its suite of office applications, but Zoom more than makes up for this with its superior user interface.

Summary: Zoom is the BMW of video conferencing. They keep improving the experience. I produce a Zoom show every other week, and people trust the platform.

Positive: Head and shoulders above the competition in terms of user experience. Best audio for musicians like myself. Best beauty face for vain people like myself. Handles volume better than Microsoft Teams, WebEx, and the rest.

Negative: The webinar capacity upgrades are pricey for my budget/uses.

Summary: I look forward to using Zoom over other platforms. This is my first choice for video-conferencing and connecting with my various teams.

Positive: Zoom is easy to use for me as an invitee. I never have connection issues, even when my internet connection isn't working great. I can always hear each of my team members, clients or outside organization staff and the video is never an issue. I like that I can have my camera off or on, based on my own preference.

Negative: It would be nice to have longer than 45 minutes for some meeting but doesn't impact my review.

Summary: The software is truly very user friendly, and affordable. I recommend to other small businesses trying to figure things out in times of Covid.

Positive: I use this software at least once a week. It has helped me stay in business during these tough times, and I anticipate continual use throughout my career.

Negative: None that I can think of at the moment. It works better than Google Meetup in my opinion.

Summary: Overall, I've had good experiences with Zoom. My first experience was for one of my college courses. We had technical difficulties in the beginning, but we taught ourselves how to work Zoom and since then we have been full sailing. I now have a job in the IT field, and Zoom has become one of the top 3 applications we use on a daily since we all work remotely. It has allowed me and my team to stay connected, all the while enjoying one another's company and staying safe.

Positive: I love how you can add as many people to a Zoom call.
I also love the different backgrounds you can use and how you can create your own background!

Negative: I really dislike how a "free" zoom account only allows you to meet virtually for 40 minutes. I believe it should be at least 60 minutes or 90 minutes.

Summary: I enjoy and appreciate the reliability of the software as well as the fact that it can meet the needs of various individuals inside an organization.

Positive: It is easy to use with intuitive design features, which allow users to quickly navigate and become familiar with the functions and interfaces.

Negative: I wish it would allow a function for larger audiences and increased security protocols as the number of individuals working remotely continues to grow.

Summary: Zoom has been the very best tool available to our non-profit to continue our meetings and reach our donors over the course of the pandemic.

Positive: We love the ability to connect with our donors, volunteers, board members and key leaders within our organization during the pandemic when we can not meet in person.

Negative: Slight learning curve in the beginning of using product.

Summary: Overall great experience. A daily user and attend daily meetings on Zoom. Available for both mobile and PC.

Positive: Using Zoom has the following pros:

Negative: Found no cons after using 6 to 9 months, works great for me.

Summary: Great! It's easy to set up, invite people to, and I have not had any of the problems of "Zoom bombing" that others have spoken about. My mother, who is 91, calls it the "zooming machine" and can use it, too, which is also delightful. It's a great technology!

Positive: I find scheduling meetings and linking them to calendar invitations is fabulously easy for me, a person of a certain age who is not comfortable with new technology. I also like the way you can make yourself look better and add a background.

Negative: My biggest problem with the site was finding where to login. It says "your account" and for a while I was making the mistake of not signing into our account (not realizing I needed to do so and not seeing a prompt) and getting the free version of Zoom instead of the service we had purchased. That could be clarified.

Summary: This is an excellent and easy-to-use program with great reliability and excellent audio/video quality.

Positive: It's easy and it just works. I can invite others easily and the reliability of the connections is excellent. Video and audio quality are excellent. They stay on top of security issues and resolve them quickly.

Negative: It seems like some non-essential features aren't fully baked yet. For instance, I have added multiple users from my meetings to my friends list, but can't really do anything with the friends list. When I try to invite them, they don't ever seem to receive the invite.
