Summary: Overall this is the best video conference solution you will find for running virtual meetings, training, etc. The quality is amazing and the reliability is top notch.

Positive: Zoom is simple, invites are a breeze especially with the Zoom Chrome plugging for Google Calendar. I find the video and audio quality perfect compared to any browser-based solution.

Negative: The free version is only up to 45 mins meetings, so you will find yourself upgrading quickly but for $15 a month, it is fine.

Summary: Zoom has grown many business in a great way, it has been helping many to contribute in progress of the business regardless their absence.
It is a simple to implement software that needs minimal or no training to new users.
It records the conversation/meeting for sharing or later use.

Positive: Ability to facilitate one-on-one conversation.
Clear and audible video and audio conferences.
Support online live chat, file sharing and involves all members regardless their physical presence.

Negative: Nothing negative to complain, Zoom software has all we needed under one roof.

Summary: Despite the low optimization of screen sharing, I find this platform to have excellent potential for video conferencing. Zoom has helped us a lot to be able to hold meetings with a large group of people and thus be able to dialogue in a very stable way, thanks to Zoom's videoconferences. In addition, this platform is quite easy to use, I can transfer images, documents or any file through the communicative chat of each videoconference. The mobile phone App is also very well optimized and helps me communicate with many work team no matter where I am.

Positive: Open communication within all areas of the company in which I work is very important to us. I love the great video quality that Zoom offers me in all the video conferences we do, this platform is capable of providing me with unsurpassed video quality, which helps me to be able to see all the people who have joined the video conference. In addition, I also like the way in which Zoom allows me to invite new members to my videoconferences, without having to send emails with the invitations or by sending a link for those people. I love the way Zoom connects me to other people in just a few steps.

Negative: The negative aspect that I noticed in Zoom Meetings is when I used the screen sharing service in video conferences. Screen sharing isn't something that is fully optimized in Zoom. During my video conferences since using zoom, when I have used screen sharing, I have been told by video conference participants that screen sharing is quite slow even though they have a good internet connection. I would like to be able to enjoy this function, many times we need to share the screen with the members of a videoconference and it is something I cannot currently do because screen sharing is too slow.

Summary: Zoom is an incredibly useful tool and is simple to use. Its functionality is much better compared to the competition.

Positive: It is very easy to set up an account and start using it. The user interface is easy to learn and setting up a meeting is not difficult at all.

Negative: Sometimes audio issue would occur while chatting. However this may be due to a connection issue not an issue with Zoom.

Summary: Overall, Zoom offers a great platform to organize meetings and webinars with easy and simple UI and comes at a low price point compared to other alternatives.

Positive: -The best thing about Zoom is that it is available on almost all the platform so get a seamless experience.
-The UI is smooth and responsive, and you don't get to see lags even with many members.
-You get a ton of useful features, and too with the price point it comes.

Negative: There is no major con with Zoom, but it might face some lags while sharing the screen with many members. Other than that, everything works fine.

Summary: The pros outweigh the cons and I think that speaks for itself. This is a free app that you can use as team member.

Positive: - Easy to navigate
- Audio and visual is very clear
- Able to view each persons screen
- Filters are funny and this is affordable

Negative: - Breakout room is confusing to use. This is the only con, I think there are better ways but not bad.

Summary: Life saver in the pandemic. We could run our team meetings via zoom and even client calls too without any trouble. It was always seamless.

Positive: Easy to sign up and use. Cost Effective. Light weight and never faced any issues with the app during the meetings.

Negative: Never faced any issues with zoom. Sometimes the quality was poor but it always bounced back in a second.

Summary: I liked the ability of the host to control meetings and participants. Anyone with a room ID and password can join meeting from any supported platforms. Overall, Zoom is a very practical tool for business meetings.

Positive: Business presentation sharing is super easy on the Zoom meeting platform. You can join meeting directly from the integrated calendar app. It has a user-friendly UI on both of its platforms. Voice chat works quite good also screen sharing is great.

Negative: Audio stops coming when minimized and opened Zoom platform.

Summary: Overall, the Zoom platform is most popular for video conferences. It performs very well during meetings. It also offers a good amount of features to make conferences seamless.

Positive: Because of its seamless interface and features Zoom platform is most popular for video conferencing. The video quality it delivers is great. I also liked its screen sharing feature. Also, you can attend without any account.

Negative: Security and encryption are not great as another tool provides at the same plan.

Summary: Zoom has ensured there is excellent and effective communication channel in a company. Also, Zoom allows even individuals to execute the solution, and hence, good for our needs.

Positive: Zoom is a platform for chats, calls, and even sharing of files. Again, Zoom foster new ways of holding meetings through video conferencing.
Lastly, Zoom has less price.

Negative: Zoom requires a speedy support team, and this will make it the perfect communication channel.

Summary: Overall, even though Zoom has a really slow file transfer system, I find Zoom still a platform with great potential, because it can communicate across multiple business environments in seconds, and with incredible fluidity. Zoom is very easy to use, its interface is very easy to adapt to all types of users, and it also provides unsurpassed video quality and audio transmission.

Positive: I love that Zoom has video quality higher than 1080p, because I can communicate with anyone in my company with truly amazing fluency and quality. Another thing I like is that it adapts perfectly to my mobile device, and I can communicate with my colleagues from my cell phone while being anywhere.

Negative: Me negative review goes directly to the file and document transfer system that Zoom offers me during video conferences, because the system is too slow to upload or download any files, which forces me to use another third-party method to transfer files while communicating with my colleagues.

Summary: Overall, Zoom is great to use and easy to navigate. The knowledge base they provide for users is great too.

Positive: I love that zoom has always been around laying low. The year, of course, it has skyrocketed. The breakout rooms and the ability to record sessions is great.

Negative: Nothing I do not like about, it is great for meeting use.

Summary: We use Zoom to communicate with both our manufacturing partners and our retail customers. Because we are a music store, we require a high quality audio and have attached an advanced microphone setup that allows for instruments to be played and not clip the audio settings. Although this started out of necessity during the pandemic we will continue to use this valuable tool going forward.

Positive: Zoom is easy to use and adapt to our specific needs. We were able to attach a high quality mic and camera setup to better communicate with our customers.

Negative: While the program is easy for tech-savvy people, it does present some challenges for people who are not used to using technology in this way. In large meetings that can be a bit distracting. I wonder if a simplified user interface option would help with this?

Summary: Great program to use in general. Since its the universal "go to" program during Covid-19, its just great that they have made it so easy to use, especially for people who aren't that technologically savvy and its free to use!

Negative: I don't really have any negative thoughts about this program. Everything has been wonderful.
