Summary: ZOOM came in handy when the pandemic hit! We had my mom and son's birthday party through ZOOM. We were able to see family and eat together over the period of having to social distance. I've been on many meetings and it works greatly.

Positive: Great for meetings, events, etc. You can join by phone, tablet, or computer which is awesome and extremely convenient! You have the option to be on or off video which is great because you can still engage.

Negative: I honestly don't have any cons for ZOOM. I love it so far and it's very useful.

Summary: Great, easy, fairly priced app and has a lot of support about how to use it, they have some room to grow but it is in minor things - so overall highly recommend!

Positive: Easy software for online meetings and learnings. Been using this in both my jobs as a program director and school administrator, and I am happy we have it. You can organize people in groups/rooms, share screen, video and audio, and easy to use and set-up

Negative: Multiple people can't talk together - for like singing or reading out loud. The zoom chat is not very friendly - when it is heavily used you can get lost because the private chat and the main chat are showing on the same window and it can be confusing/ sending messages to the wrong people.

Summary: Overall, Zoom provides you a platform for video callings/meetings. The video and quality is notch, and the price is also reasonable.

Positive: 1. The best thing about Zoom is that you get a clean and simple user interface.
2. The video meeting experience was very good, there was not latency in audio or video transmission.
3. The subscription plan is also very reasonable and justifies its price.

Negative: 1. There were some lags while screen sharing to large group of participants. Other than that everything worked great.

Summary: When the company implemented Zoom we made the transition to online conference calls and we have been able to handle and sustain growth. Our guest have now a platform where they can meet from any location.

Positive: Zoom allows me to schedule and host a variety of events. I am able to host unlimited meetings and provide full online conference service to guests. When i am using Zoom for webinars it allows up to 10,000 attendees.

Negative: This platform is ideal even for non-tech savvy entrepreneurs.

Summary: Zoom has kept me in touch with colleagues and family as due to the quarantine I have not been able to have much face-to-face human interaction. With Zoom I can also keep in touch with my clients at all times, so I can maintain business relationships and continue working from home.

Positive: Zoom has been for me the best platform to maintain communication with my work colleagues. It has functions to share the conference link, the person who receives the invitation will not need a Zoom account to enter, they only need to enter their name, Screen sharing is very useful for those who need to share information with slides. I can control who speaks or not within a video conference. Easy interface for almost instant use without any problem.

Negative: I have no problems with Zoom at the moment, I can only say that the audio and video quality of this platform has an excessive consumption of data if the mobile application is used.

Summary: Zoom has been a life saver this year. Our business went from in person trainings to completely online in order to continue providing services, and zoom was able to make that happen. The quality of online meetings is SO much better than other products (google, microsoft), and it's been quite easy to use overall. We've not only been able to conduct our previous trainings via zoom, but we've actually expanded our reach across the state of Louisiana, and have been able to start new training options and sign a new significant contract because of how we've been able to pivot to online trainings via zoom.

Positive: - easy to use!
- great quality for a good price, esp on a smaller scale
- significantly better than major competitors - both for participants and hosts
- has allowed us to expand our trainings to a larger audience than when we were in person
- works pretty well on a variety of devices
- great for sharing videos, powerpoints
- great engagement via polls, chats
- being able to set up templates for recurring meetings is great
- works well with other programs/services we use: google calendar, firefox browser, appointlet and many more

Negative: Overall zoom is a great product and I don't have any major complaints, but here are a few areas where there's room for improvement:
- chat: having an option for private chats to appear in a separate window. in large meetings, they tend to get lost in the main chat, which can be very confusing when trying to respond
- updates: love that things are updated regularly, but would be great to get a notification via email or the zoom app that an update is available
- waiting room: it would be great if there was a way for people in the waiting room to message the host

Summary: I have used zoom for a long time and it is amazing. First, it is resourceful and it makes both video, audio and conference calls seamless. Collaboration is also easy with this tool.

Positive: The tool is easy to setup, use, manage and scale.
It comes at a great price considering competitors and its features.
The tool never lags.

Negative: Zoom is an all round business solution. It never fails and therefore I cannot complain.

Summary: My experience is excellent except for The green background. I like the new improvements like the designs for the image and the easy way the app works. Everything works fluidly without complicated configurations.

Positive: - Attractive design.
- Popularity.
- Very intuitive.
- Good quality of voice and image.
- It free version works well as it is pay.
- Safety.

Negative: To use a green background to use backgrounds is absurd, primarily when most similar platforms work ok without that requirement.

Summary: Zoom has forced us run on cloud, something that includes all people from any corner of the world. Information and data are well encrypted, when using Zoom.

Positive: Zoom has given different procedures that ensure there is constant communication. There is video conferencing, and chats, which are immediate and working.

Negative: Zoom has brought about different guides on communication, and the design and the cost for this program is also effective.

Summary: Very user friendly, and the desktop and mobile versions make it so anyone can have access. Great product overall.

Positive: Zoom has been very useful during quarantine, and for catching up with people I can’t see everyday. The free version has a generous amount of features.

Negative: I haven’t experienced any issues with this software.

Summary: Overall Zoom is controlling the market by offering the best product at the best price and working to add new features all the time.

Positive: We are using Zoom for our gym group classes, team meeting and more! Zoom is very affordable compare to others, have integration with almost any other related platform in the market, they also offer a cloud storage for recording and very easy interface.

Negative: There are literally no cons for using zoom! Highly recommended.

Summary: We use it regularly and we recommend it. It is user friendly, easy to install and coordinate with your team.

Positive: I like the ability to share screens. It makes document review pretty easy. It also allows us to connect remotely.

Negative: You have to purchase it or else the free version will time out.

Summary: Zoom has an incredible design, suitable for all forms of communication, and effective to all the users no matter their status of life.

Positive: Zoom helps us communicate with business partners and even other persons effectively.
There is wide range of different communication features like chats, videos and audios.

Negative: Zoom should embrace a support group that is faster in providing solution when demanded.

Summary: Easy of increase confidence to clients by face to face communication.
Reliable to transfer and upload files.
Efficiency with screen share for presentations.

Positive: Got my first interview through video calls.
Easy to connect between users.
Cloud based thus effective communication from anywhere.

Negative: Great and very convenient software with video conferencing.

Summary: Zoom has really helped me stay in touch both personally and professionally during the pandemic. It's opened doors of communication that I will incorporate even when we go back to "normal". It makes telecommuting open to everyone and that has been a great blessing!

Positive: Zoom is easy to use and easy to install. As a small business I don't have an IT department behind me to make sure things work. I love that I can just log on and have quick meetings were face to face is important. Even in my area where internet coverage can be spotty it is very dependable. I have even had virtual baby showers and family reunions using Zoom!

Negative: I don't have anything that doesn't work. All of my experiences have been positive.
