Summary: Overall, we love the system. We use it for hiring, onboarding, self-service, quarterly and year-end administration, and HR needs. The price is comparable. There are lots of features you can add in and different price levels.
The billing is easy.

Positive: We have been with isolved for over 6 years. The switch from inhouse to outsourced payroll was easy. The program is great. Lots of customizable features, tons of general reports and easy to create new ones, and great features for my employees.
We love the onboarding and self-service access.

Negative: I wish some features like the I9 had filling functions for the government agency.
Also, I wish proper names and street/city names would self capitalize.

Summary: Overall, I love ISOLVE!! Can't imagine doing my job without isolved. I'm overall happy with my isolved services.

Positive: I love all the products, We use. They make my job easier. Makes things easier for my employees to use.

Negative: I don't like that for support there are so many different people to talk to. Seems like three different contacts for every area. Would love one contact for each department.

Summary: This product saves me so much time and effort! Which in turn saves money. I don't ever have to worry about any taxes being filed properly. They make everything streamlined.

Positive: This product is 1) Easy to use, 2) Affordable, 3) Great Customer Service, 4) Saves time and money! I really like it!

Negative: There are no cons that I can think of at the moment.

Summary: When you can meet all of your business needs in one place, that's a win.
Best feature would be to understand the functionality of the product and intended use. Once accomplished the sky is the limit.

Positive: Very comprehensive and does it all. Hire to retire platform that engages the entire workforce and business partners such as you health broker, your P&C broker, your Financial advisor and cobra management.

Negative: Just like your mobile device, many features that takes some time to get used to.

During our implementation process of the isolved HCM platform, I encountered a few snags, which is not uncommon when adopting a new system or process. Additionally, being located in a remote part of Alaska has posed its own set of difficulties. The remote nature of my location has made it challenging to travel or network effectively, limiting the in-person support and collaboration that may be available in more accessible areas. However, these limitations were accommodated easily, and the negative impact has been mitigated by the nature of the product that isolved HCM provides. Despite the challenges, I would still highly recommend this product. The benefits and rewards it offers far outweigh the potential risks, making it a valuable solution for managing HR processes.

Summary: I have worked with isolved for years (both with my current company, and with a previous employer). The service has been a great tool to streamline our internal processes at a time when outsourcing to a 3rd party payroll processor makes so much sense.

Positive: With the constantly moving payroll landscape and multiple state employees, we appreciate the reliability and knowledge base we get with isolved.

Negative: There have been a few hiccups along the way, but isolved has been responsive in addressing any small issues we've come across.

Summary: Wonderful experience. Whenever I need help, the customer support is there to help me. They are very knowledgeable.

Positive: Every aspect of the program. With a little help from the customer support, I've learned how to navigate the site.

Negative: Sometimes the site is a little difficult to navigate. That's where the customer support comes in.

Summary: isolved has been helpful as I am an HR department of one person. Whenever I have had a question or issue they have been right there to assist.

Summary: Overall the experience I have had with isolved has and still is positive. The features help me do my job so much more efficiently.

Positive: I love the customer service. No matter how much I mess up you are always willing and friendly to help.

Negative: I didn't like having to switch from my old software but glad I did.

Summary: There was a steep learning curve in navigating the software, but I am confident with my skillset and use of iSolved now. I am so thankful for the time iSolved has saved me. It is definitely a program that I look forward to using.

Positive: Time and record keeping, payroll, direct deposit, onboarding, 401k management, benefits management... literally everything! iSolved is the bomb.

Negative: The 401k retirement enrollment was a steep learning curve, though that is something that a person only should have to deal with once. I am thankful for the outcome and iSolved's support team.

Summary: My overall experience with iSolved has been great! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My emails are responded to in a timely manner. If customer service is not able to answer quickly, they send an email letting you know they are working in the issue.

Positive: - I love the option for employees to submit time off request and missed punches through the system, less paperwork!!
- I appreciate the notifications you receive when you log into the system (ex: State tax changes, upcoming holidays, the reminder when to submit times when a holiday is approaching)

Negative: Once you submit payroll you cannot make any changes, you have to call in. I am also a user on the Paychex system and once I submit with them, I have 15 minutes to make any changes myself.

Summary: The rep Michael was great helping me during the conversion process. Normally switching payroll companies mid-year is difficult but the transition team was great.

Positive: Support is great. Pricing is very good. User friendly. The staff seems to like the portal. They use without help from me. I appreciate not having to constantly tell them what their PTO balances are.

Negative: Some functionality can only be done by support ticket.

Summary: We are very happy with iSolved: the products they offer, the quick response, the ease of the online site, and the ability to run reports.

Positive: The customer service is great. They save our small business time and money by making payroll and benefits so easy to do. Additionally, it allows us to offer a 401k program to our employees despite our small size.

Negative: I would prefer a specific case manager to deal with every time. That being said we always get a quick response every time we reach out with a question or concern.

Summary: Excellent product that makes my job easy. With automated payroll, I primarily use the reporting system. I have found it easy to use with standard reports easy to generate.

Positive: Detailed reporting, excellent customer service, excellent communications about requirements / deadlines.

Negative: Some tasks / screens are non-intuitive for an infrequent user like me.
