    Summary: iSolved is the only platform I have used since starting in HR/Payroll. It is very ease to use, customer service people are always nice. I highly recommend it.

    Positive: Ease of use is the main thing I like about this platform. Customer service is always very friendly and are as helpful as they can be.

    Negative: Finding the report I want. The report titles sometimes don't make sense. For instance, I asked for a report to track Tardies, the report I was given is titled "Default Schedule Variance Export". Seems like too complicated of a title than what is needed.

    Positive: We invested in isolved almost 5 years ago. We are as excited today as we were the day we made the decision to purchase this platform. (maybe more)
    They have EXCELLENT customer service -very quick to help resolve any questions that may come up. Their reports are top notch, our General Manager was previously a software developer and he is so impressed with the capabilities of isolved report writer. They also have a huge library of standard reports. Payroll takes us at least half as much time as before we were using isolved and with fewer errors. I highly recommend this product.

    Negative: So far the only con I have is on with the Offboarding add on. It is most likely because I have not used it as much, and do not fully understand it.

    Summary: Overall, our experience has been great, there are just a few things we would change if we could but isolved is working on them!

    Positive: The benefit feeds, the payroll processing and the reporting features always run very smoothly. I enjoy using the custom reports feature as well and have incorporated it into many of our processes.

    Summary: The overall use of the system is easy due to the progression and intuitiveness of screens. It has saved time in onboarding and open enrollment of benefits. Many payroll errors have been eliminated due to employee engagement, their ability to view their own timesheets has made payroll a breeze. I only wish report writing could be simplified.

    Summary: Overall, I am pleased with isolved. It is a great product and offers many features which make payroll life easier.

    Positive: i like the inclusiveness of HR and payroll products. There are many products that can be added so that the client can get all of their HR and payroll tasks done in one place.

    Negative: The biggest issue I have is that new releases are not tested enough before being released. Many times the product does not work correctly or it breaks existing items. Also, log in issues are a daily occurrence with my clients and their employees.

    Summary: Overall a positive experience with my almost 5-year use of the isolved system both as an employee, and working at the service bureau level as well.

    Positive: The iSolved platform presents a very simple yet effective means for employers and employees to manage their payroll data, track and record for timekeeping purposes, in addition to a whole scope of other benefits such as time off, performance reviews and expense management. All of which are very commonly used in today's business world.

    Negative: If accruals could update in live time as the balance is used and the absence occurs, that would be phenomenal for end user understanding. While the payroll industry runs off the check date, using an accrual balance at the end of one year and paid in the beginning of the next, often leads to confusion and frustration among many of my clients.

    Everything I Hoped for and More

    Summary: I have experienced migrating information from another program into iSolved, I have processed payroll, pulled reports, taught client users how the program works. Overall I think we made a great decision to change to iSolved and I look forward to seeing what all it can do

    Positive: The ease of use from both the perspective of Service Bureau User and Client Users. The reports have everything I need and when I can't find one, the iSolved team is so helpful!

    Negative: Some of the additional security features have been hard to teach to our older clients. But security is so important that I am also grateful iSolved stays so on top of the issue.

    Summary: I appreciated our dedicated service team, but at times we struggled to get follow up on support requests from the "right" person who could resolve our issue.

    Positive: Loved the customization in our isolved setup, particularly in the time and attendance. We utilized a number isolved solutions, including payroll, benefits, COBRA.

    Negative: We struggled to help our employees understand the confusing time off dashboard and I constantly fielded questions from employees about how much time off they had remaining for the year. An outdated user interface that lacked contrast and clarity led us to another provider.

    Summary: Compared to other products I've used I would choose isolved everyday over the others. Sometimes it's hard finding the answer you need to questions because the university articles are hard to search and some tickets go unanswered for a while.

    Positive: I like how robust the system is, and can be customized to each client. There are many add on modules to tailor to clients as well.
