    Streamlining work processes

    Summary: Workday is the order of the day, it has been just what I needed to be able to manage the entire work team from the front, managing to unify various work procedures into one. I can manage the work performance of each employee, evaluating their professional profile. This level of demand has encouraged each person to want to give their best and train much more committed employees, like healthy competition. I can visualize the status of the project and how each part progresses, allowing us to optimize time and do better things every day. Likewise, it is an open space to include new professionals in our work team, study the best candidates and who adapt well to our labor system. It also gives us the opportunity to reward them, properly managing payroll payments, vacation times and releasing retirements on time. The financial area is no longer a weak point because Workday makes everything much easier, sending billing, managing payments and taxes. It gives us an open window for our work to always have an efficient flow and that the administration of everything we must do and manage is done quickly and efficiently. We are happy to have found Workday and know that we can trust their platform with all our personal data, that it will always be an active platform and that the updates they offer are always the best to make the work experience more comfortable.

    Positive: It is a solid platform with cloud storage that allows me to manage each member of the work team, make new hires and speed up retirements, all from a simple, dynamic, and easy-to-use interface. The updates I make are shown quickly, I can manage a database in a segmented way according to my purpose, thus allowing me to have a panel with a clearer vision to track time and project, it allows me to see the status of each employee and create a comprehensive environment where it is possible to link work, manage tasks and evaluate performance. Beyond this, I can post job offers, evaluate candidates and schedule interviews for the most suitable time. Another option is the management of vacations, accommodate the time for each employee and view absences, this is incredible! The creation of reports is without a doubt a plus, it helps me with the projection of the data and to have from the foreground all the study on the billing and performance of the workflow. On the other hand, having mobile access was the best that Workday could provide, since I need some information and I can go to it from wherever I am, under an interface that is equally comfortable and fast to use. The communications panel is undoubtedly an ideal collaboration tool to maintain efficient communication and a communication exchange that generates active work constantly. It helps us with billing processes, tax payments, tracking expenses, providing detailed financial reports, it is a useful option that enables us the possibility of not only doing human management but also covering a set of financial tasks.

    Negative: It needs better options so that the investment of time in the platform is less, better API connections so that the integration of work is much more direct; fast payroll payments, it takes too long to manage the amount, form and time in which it will be made, it becomes quite tedious; adjustment of time cards, when someone forgets to check out, I have to check on my own and make the link myself, I should give the possibility for the employee to do it with some authorization. The invitations can be slow, when I send them to join the work team it can take a couple of days to arrive and that upsets the way we work. It has a high customization power, but it is not very pleasant, it can become too much, when configuring something, something else is changed and this interferes with how we use the application. The notifications are insistent many times and I cannot delete them, it would be nice to be able to configure what I want to be notified of and what not. It can be a very large platform with millions of routes and panels to follow, at first it can be too confusing to use, but over time we adapt very well. Perhaps it can be a bit expensive, however, I feel that it is worth what it costs since the multiple functions that we perform there are enough to equate with the cost, that it be a little more adjustable to our comfort would also not be bad.
