    Summary: Overall I find isolved to be a great resource as a payroll and complete HRIS system. I enjoy exploring all the new features and tailoring the system to fit my organization's needs.

    Positive: I like the ability to customize the features to fit our needs. There is no set package so that we can pick and choose the functions that work best for our team and master them before tackling the next feature.

    Negative: Advanced support is always tricky. The customer service team is a great resource for troubleshooting but getting to someone for best practices can be timely.

    Summary: I love the software and what it has done for our HR experience overall. It has greatly improved our employee experience for onboarding, payroll, time and record keeping, benefits enrollment, and many other great feature.

    Summary: It is fine for the time being. When we were brought onboard, it was contracted through a local business. Since then, they have been bought out, and the customer service has declined. I would like to see the interface drastically improved.

    Positive: The pricing model is good. They are very fairly priced for what they can offer to their client base.

    Negative: The interface is completely behind the times. You have big players in this industry who blow iSolved away with how much more intuitive they are. The iSolved interface, scheduling, importing, timecard portions are so outdated compared to other companies. They are behind the times, and it would help if they actually fixed and improved some things. The customer support is subpar. It is rare to ever get ahold of your account manager. The customer service teams around the manager are incompetent. Our garnishments are consistently put into our system wrong. Causing issues with numerous payrolls.

    Summary: isolved as a whole is a very established company and has a lot to offer but with every internet based company there are always things that are updating and that's okay.

    Positive: I like the access to so many features and the capability to build each of our clients in their own unique way that meets their needs as a company.

    Negative: I don't like the MFA. I realize its importance but it has caused me stressful morning just trying to log in. It kicks me out 5 times before I can even clock in.

    Summary: Overall, I think isolved is a good product. It just needs more attention to the testing of new releases.

    Positive: I like the fact that there are so many options for clients to incorporate different aspects of Human Capital Management into their payroll. Clients can use as much or as little for their company's needs.

    Negative: I am not impressed with the way updates/upgrades in isolved are made. There are many issues that could be fixed before they release the updates to the users. More testing needs to be done before releases become live.
    I also think there are pages that could be combined to keep the flow of the process more smooth. It can be complicated to learn the many aspects of setting up and maintaining the different modules.

    Summary: Meh - the interface needs a lot of love and the fact that each of the individual isolved platforms have separate logins and are not integrated (payroll, HCM, People Heroes).

    Positive: The pink color with the new branding is nice and it is slightly more streamlined and modernized which is nice.

    Negative: The UI. The massive updates with NO heads up or "hey we're making changes and things are going to look like THIS from now on".

    Summary: The system is great, the back end (customer service) is the main issue which has turned us away from using them for more services. We recently lowered our services to our basic needs due to reoccurring issues we have had with them.

    Positive: The system/app is overall easy to navigate once you figure it out. Most of the system is self explanatory.

    Negative: Customer service can be a hassle, getting a response or an accurate solution for your problem is sometimes an issue.

    Service/Support Leaves a LOT to be desired.

    Summary: I strongly recommend anyone run far far away from isolved! If it were in my power to change I would.

    Positive: We did have one issue recently that, while it remains unresolved over one week in, isolved actually initiated contact to follow up (a first!). So that is positive.

    Negative: The service is absolutely horrible! It has been consistently terrible for the entire 3 years I've been with the company. Despite reaching out to upper management for help on more than a few occasions, we have seen no drastic improvement. Some issues have been significant, involving employee's pay or state taxes, which are unacceptable. We routinely have to chase down answers or resolutions rather than the support team proactively working to resolve issues, even those that have been directly caused by them.
