Summary: I like this software. It is incredibly easy to use, navigate, set up and manage. They do all the integrations for you and get everything going. I like it a lot.

Positive: Their customer service is absolutely fantastic. It's easy to get help from them, and you can usually get someone on the phone in about a minute or less. They have many great features of their products, and they are constantly pushing to be the best product.

Negative: Honestly the worst part about this is the scalability. while they do have good options for small businesses, the price is very high.

Summary: I’ve been using this for 2 months now and overall I’m happy how simple it is to use with very little confusion. All hourly employees should use Paylocity.

Positive: I love how easy it is to clock in and out and keep track of my hours with the time sheet feature. It also has an app.

Negative: Being able to go back and confirm your hours is kind of confusing at first but other than that no cons.

Summary: Paylocity is an excellent all in one employee portal letting you manage employee payroll, benefits, goals, time and other details all from one place. It even has a great mobile app.

Positive: User friendly interface.

Negative: Needs better documentation & self help.
Some modules cost extra.

Summary: Overall Paylocity is a great and simple app to use (for mobile devices not desktop) as it should be, these types of apps make the interface too crowded and complicated. The simpler it is, the better and I think Paylocity did a good job with their mobile app on achieving that.

Positive: The mobile app is simple and intuitive tool that is very easy to navigate and find exactly what you need. The ability to use thumbprint for identity verification is a big plus as most large company apps are using the same approach.

Negative: The desktop site is not as easy to navigate and can be difficult at times to find exactly what you're looking for. I tend going towards the app more vs desktop unless it has to do with anything benefits page.

Summary: Paylocity team is dedicated and smart. We can check time cards, review schedule changes, approve time off request etc. It can be used on both mobile and desktop. With mobile app we can stay connected anytime anywhere. Best user interface.

Positive: Paylocity helps in engagement benefits payroll human resources workforce management. Provides compliance updates. Easily manage payroll and HR. Navigation is quite simple. Interactive employee engagement. Pricing is pretty well. Allows on-the-go access. User friendly software. Approve and submit expense reports.

Negative: Extremely satisfied and happy with the services. No dislikes till now.

Summary: Could be good for keeping company employee info and demographics, however it is extremely hard to navigate and training was not great. I felt like I learned something new everyday and I used this software for years. There definitely needs to be a change because it was very hard to use.

Positive: Helpful in the sense that a lot of information is right at your fingertips. It is great when managing a large company and their employees demographic and information.

Negative: This software is not user friendly. Reports are extremely difficult to run, people get locked out of their accounts constantly and need administrator help to re-access, and you have to click through so many tabs just to find the simplest information. Also, this software had locks and controls so only certain people could change info. It was very confusing and took up a lot of time when not necessary.
