Summary: iSolved has saved us so much time and money with its efficiencies, integrations and outstanding customer service! iSolved is easy to use, has great customer service, and offers good training.

Positive: We love everything about iSolved! From their integrations to their topnotch customer service. You will NOT be disappointed!

Negative: I honestly do not have anything negative to say about iSolved. They have a really good product!

Summary: Excellent experience. I love working with iSolved. They are big enough to help you keep your payroll and HR running smoothly and still small enough to give you great customer support!

Positive: The customer support is excellent. You can get an answer quickly when needed. Also, iSolved handles tax data very well. We have not had any issues with our tax filings. And if you receive a notice they research and let you know if it is or is not related to payroll. Then you know how to handle the communications. Now on the phone line they have an option for tax help and they are very good! Thanks for always adding more to help us.

Negative: Currently, iSolved can't process foreign payrolls, but they can help with bringing their data into the HR side. I'm hoping soon we can have the international payrolls as an option.

Summary: iSolved has proven to be an invaluable asset to our organization, offering convenience and efficiency that have greatly contributed to our overall productivity and success. Summary: Overall I am please with isolved. They care about their customers and listen to our input. One thing that I am most excited about is implementing their Share and Perform platform so we can engage more as a company whole.

Positive: I have been using isolved for about 3 years now. isolved is extremely user friendly. The software is constantly being updated to make it easier for those using it, and I appreciate that they care for the companies that are using their software.

Negative: There have been some time with isolved where the response was not as quick as it needed to be with the issue we were facing at the time. Other than that isolved has been great!

Summary: There is so much almost endless amount of things a company can do in iSolved, like i said it is almost overwhelming with the amount of things. But it is very easy to use.

Positive: Using isolved is easy, its not a very hard system to get the hang of. There is a lot to offer and there is so much a company can do.

Negative: I feel like there is so much in isolved it can seem overwhelming.

Summary: Their customer service is top notch, very knowledgeable.

Positive: I absolutely love everything about isolved's Payroll product from its ease of use to its seamless integration.

Negative: I do not have anything negative to say about isolved. They are awesome!

Summary: I have been using isolved for almost two years now. When I first got this position I was completely unfamiliar with the program and a little nervous about learning a whole new system. This system has so many features that make using it easer, like the ability to search for a screen rather than needing to know the path. I was able to pick up the program very quickly and felt at home in it almost immediately.

Positive: The product not only has a lot of features but also a lot of support to back up those features. Many items are available as articles, quick help videos and training classes so no matter what your learning style is you are going to be able to find something to help you understand.

Negative: ESS and AEE coexisting is somewhat of a nuisance. I work mostly with benefits and while open enrollment is available in both life events are not so having to have employees switch between the two can be confusing for clients.

Summary: My overall experience with this product has been no less than fantastic! I can always rely on excellent care from the iSolved support team, at every angle of the company.

Summary: Overall, we love the system. We use it for hiring, onboarding, self-service, quarterly and year-end administration, and HR needs. The price is comparable. There are lots of features you can add in and different price levels.
The billing is easy.

Positive: We have been with isolved for over 6 years. The switch from inhouse to outsourced payroll was easy. The program is great. Lots of customizable features, tons of general reports and easy to create new ones, and great features for my employees.
We love the onboarding and self-service access.

Negative: I wish some features like the I9 had filling functions for the government agency.
Also, I wish proper names and street/city names would self capitalize.

Summary: Overall, I love ISOLVE!! Can't imagine doing my job without isolved. I'm overall happy with my isolved services.

Positive: I love all the products, We use. They make my job easier. Makes things easier for my employees to use.

Negative: I don't like that for support there are so many different people to talk to. Seems like three different contacts for every area. Would love one contact for each department.

Summary: This product saves me so much time and effort! Which in turn saves money. I don't ever have to worry about any taxes being filed properly. They make everything streamlined.

Positive: This product is 1) Easy to use, 2) Affordable, 3) Great Customer Service, 4) Saves time and money! I really like it!

Negative: There are no cons that I can think of at the moment.

Summary: When you can meet all of your business needs in one place, that's a win.
Best feature would be to understand the functionality of the product and intended use. Once accomplished the sky is the limit.

Positive: Very comprehensive and does it all. Hire to retire platform that engages the entire workforce and business partners such as you health broker, your P&C broker, your Financial advisor and cobra management.

Negative: Just like your mobile device, many features that takes some time to get used to.

Additionally, being located in a remote part of Alaska has posed its own set of difficulties. The remote nature of my location has made it challenging to travel or network effectively, limiting the in-person support and collaboration that may be available in more accessible areas. However, these limitations were accommodated easily, and the negative impact has been mitigated by the nature of the product that isolved HCM provides. Despite the challenges, I would still highly recommend this product. The benefits and rewards it offers far outweigh the potential risks, making it a valuable solution for managing HR processes.
