Summary: Overall it's been super positive. I love using iSolved and really appreciate the robust learning materials provided to us via the University.

Positive: I love iSolved because it is easy to use and easy to teach my clients to use, even if they aren't the most tech-confident people.

Negative: Sometimes making edits on the time cards can be a little finnicky but I can usually find a work-around.

Summary: Overall great system with amazing customization options. Isolved allows you to have a lot of freedom when building your business.

Positive: You can create just about any type of business profile! The system is super detailed and tailored for all businesses.

Negative: The system can be too confusing for users not super tech informed.

Summary: Overall I would highly recommend iSolved for payroll. I know they offer HR services and 401k services as well.

Positive: Makes payroll so much easier. Easy to get through the process and submit quickly. Love that they take care of the taxes for us (monthly and quarterly). Less stress on my part. Everyone was great to work with and very helpful. Isolved has made payroll a great experience.

Negative: It is a little frustrating when I have an additional payroll for end of year and I can't just add the payroll in myself. All of the training courses I've done through the University shows you how to add one in yourself, but I have never had that access even though it says we do. Other than that it's been a great experience.

Summary: Isolved makes payroll processing a smooth process and very easy to use. Customization of the software to meet all your clients needs is totally attainable.

Positive: This product saves me so much time! What use to take the last lady almost all day on Fridays takes me less than an hour on Wednesdays. I LOVE iSOLVED!!!!

Negative: With our last program that we used, I could go in the parameters of the system generated reports & tweak them (add or remove columns) to better suit my needs. Sometimes the system reports give blank columns or more info than I need at that time.

Summary: I genuinely appreciate the program despite its challenges and sincerely hope they enhance its accessibility for all users, including our valued clients. Your attention to this would be greatly beneficial!

Summary: Great system, has some flaws but iSolved is always adding new features and you can request changes be made as well!

Positive: It has so many capabilities that others don't AND they are continually making improvements. Any platform that has been around awhile have already been beat out by them!

Negative: They still have a little ways to go before they have it all but they are working on it

Summary: Our experience with isolved has been largely positive. Once the setup and initial learning curve are behind you, the system becomes a powerful tool for automating processes and reducing manual effort. The support we receive and the system’s continuous evolution have made it a valuable solution for our HR needs. Positive: 1. All-in-One HCM Solution
Payroll, benefits, time tracking, onboarding, talent acquisition, and more all in one place. Great for reducing the need for multiple systems.

2. User-Friendly Interface
The classic view is simple and straightforward for experienced users.
The new Adaptive Employee Experience (AEE) is modern and mobile-friendly for employees.

3. Customization & Automation
Ability to set up automated workflows. Can be customized to match org-specific processes (pay changes, accruals, etc.).

4. Strong Compliance Support
Helps with ACA tracking, COBRA administration, and other compliance reporting. Built-in alerts and date tracking to stay ahead of deadlines.

5. Great Customer Support
Dedicated service reps offer quick, friendly support. Support teams often go beyond just answering questions—they help troubleshoot and problem-solve.

6. The people.
You can find similar features in other software, but you won’t find the same people. The isolved team takes the time to understand your business and supports your goals—whether that’s reducing costs, streamlining processes, or improving the employee experience. They’re more than a vendor—they’re a partner.

Negative: 1. Limited in Certain Views/Features
The AEE version still doesn’t support everything Classic does so Supervisors/managers have to toggle between the two views.

2. System Performance/Glitches
Occasional bugs, such as timecard “save failed” messages or slow load times. New updates sometimes introduce unexpected issues.

Summary: I love the system. I wish I had all day to build out the amazing features such as onboarding slide shows, videos, etc. iSolve is a robust system and if you have the time to create a home for your employees, they can feel comfortable, this is it!

Positive: We no longer need a 3rd party HR to administer a system. Our payroll and HR representatives are quick to respond and helpful. Employee communication has increased and is more efficient helping turnover.

Negative: The iSolve benefits department takes about a month to respond to HSA inquiries.

Summary: I am very satisfied with the platform and current options. It has been very useful in payroll, tax documents, and employee functions. The team likes the APP and says it is easy to use.

Positive: I do like the continued development of the platform. I have appreciated the service when issues arise. We use the payroll and benefits services and both are very effective tools for us.

Negative: The geofence platform has not been very effective for us. In some locations it works wee and others it rarely works.

Summary: While it takes some time to familiarize myself and grow comfortable with using the system, it's obviously a very powerful system.

Positive: isolved provides great service for our clients, and it is an incredibly versatile and robust system that allows us to come up with creative solutions for our clients.

Negative: There's a somewhat steep learning curve, with so many little specific granular aspects.

Summary: It has been great overall. iSolved is versatile and can be customized for a business of any size. It makes managing payroll very simple.

Positive: iSolved makes every aspect of payroll accounting so easy. Once you get familiar with the interface, it is very user-friendly.

Negative: The 'University' (training/learning resource) is a bit challenging. It is hard to find the information I need and I haven't found the courses to be very helpful.

Summary: Overall I do enjoy iSolved and would recommend it to others who may need these services as well.

Positive: Some thing about iSolved that I enjoy is how accessible it is. I love that there is a community where I can connect with other users and also see if others have solutions to problems that I may have.

Negative: There aren't many cons that I can think of when it comes to isolved but one thing that I can think of is, often times when there are tickets put in regarding problems, it isn't answered in a timely manner.

Summary: Great product! Easy to train customers on and also to walk them through. Multiple features and an all around good system.

Positive: Capabilities. Intuitiveness. Constantly adapting to target new changes.

Negative: Customer support responses are slow at times.

Summary: Isolved is an incredibly useful platform that I highly recommend using. The university and peoples community are great features that are easily accessible and offer so much support when needed. I know that if I need help the tools are their to guide me!

Positive: The university and peoples community are extremely helpful tools. I really like that when I have a question I can do the research to figure it out before I bother a team member.

Negative: I wish I could pick my screen colors! Pink is not for everyone, haha. I really have not found anything that I did not like about Isolved.
