    Summary: Overall I would highly recommend iSolved for payroll. I know they offer HR services and 401k services as well.

    Positive: Makes payroll so much easier. Easy to get through the process and submit quickly. Love that they take care of the taxes for us (monthly and quarterly). Less stress on my part. Everyone was great to work with and very helpful. Isolved has made payroll a great experience.

    Negative: It is a little frustrating when I have an additional payroll for end of year and I can't just add the payroll in myself. All of the training courses I've done through the University shows you how to add one in yourself, but I have never had that access even though it says we do. Other than that it's been a great experience.

    Summary: I love the system. I wish I had all day to build out the amazing features such as onboarding slide shows, videos, etc. iSolve is a robust system and if you have the time to create a home for your employees, they can feel comfortable, this is it!

    Positive: We no longer need a 3rd party HR to administer a system. Our payroll and HR representatives are quick to respond and helpful. Employee communication has increased and is more efficient helping turnover.

    Negative: The iSolve benefits department takes about a month to respond to HSA inquiries.
