Summary: LOVE working with and in iSolved and recommend this to any Service Bureau or Client needing a payroll software that's easy and reliable.

Positive: This system is user friendly for all types of users, Admin, Client, Manager/Supervisor, and Employee. I have had clients onboard with us and never need training because they are able to navigate quickly and the University has been a life saver.

Negative: The only issue I have is the response time when submitting a ticket.

Summary: Isolved is a great payroll software that is super user friendly and easy to understand. They communicate well and fix problems super fast.

Negative: My main concern with Isolved is that they do too many updates.

Summary: We love isolved and would not dream of changing. Our company is hoping to add Live and Learn soon so that our employees are able to easily take training classes.

Positive: isolved is very user friendly! They are constantly working to bring in new features and updates for features that are already in use. We have been able to go completely paperless using isolved. We have cut our payroll processing time in half. HR onboarding is now effortless because of isolved. The cost is less than most other big HR/Payroll companies.

Negative: I really don't have any cons other than they don't process Canadian payrolls.

Summary: I would highly recommend iSolved for any small business looking for dedicated customer service/support!

Positive: A dedicated customer service support representative assists you when processing payroll and other payroll-related tasks.

Negative: There could be more functionality and enhancements to the user interface.

Summary: We have been using iSolved for over 7 years. In that time both the usability, functionality, and accessibility to the system has only gotten better. At least a few times each year we uncover new functions or ways to use the software to satisfy needs we didn't know it had the capacity to meet.

Customer support is great, very responsive, and knowledgable. The only downside we have experienced is that the features in the legacy core HRIS are no longer updated or improved much as iSolved adds other new paid modules to meet some of the basic needs. That said we still are not fully leveraging all the tools that are in the system yet.

I would recommend iSolved to any small to mid-market organizations in the private or public sectors.

Positive: iSolved checks all the boxes for a small organization looking for an affordable an accessible HRIS. The user interface is is easy to understand and work with. Behind the interface is a suite of robust functions that meet most of the needs of organizations looking for a mid-market level of system.

Some of the best functions include the highly customizable payroll processing features, powerful reporting features, and integrated digital personnel file functions.

Negative: iSolved provides a complete set of functions at its basic HRIS legacy level. Unfortunately, many if not all of the newer functions like workplace engagement tools, Learning Management, and workforce scheduling are all paid add-ons. While the basics will be more than enough for most small organizations the real power of the system will cost much more

Summary: Overall I have a very good experience with this community. I will refer more to connect with this amazing platform and learn lots of things.

Positive: It has many pros. With the help of this platform you can connect with individuals and learn new sales techniques and many more.

Negative: I did not find any cons. It is very easy to use and configured.

Summary: Easy to implement clients on to the software and meet the in-depth needs both basic and complicated. This product has improved productivity.

Summary: iSolved has saved us so much time and money with its efficiencies, integrations and outstanding customer service! iSolved is easy to use, has great customer service, and offers good training.

Positive: We love everything about iSolved! From their integrations to their topnotch customer service. You will NOT be disappointed!

Negative: I honestly do not have anything negative to say about iSolved. They have a really good product!

Summary: Excellent experience. I love working with iSolved. They are big enough to help you keep your payroll and HR running smoothly and still small enough to give you great customer support!

Positive: The customer support is excellent. You can get an answer quickly when needed. Also, iSolved handles tax data very well. We have not had any issues with our tax filings. And if you receive a notice they research and let you know if it is or is not related to payroll. Then you know how to handle the communications. Now on the phone line they have an option for tax help and they are very good! Thanks for always adding more to help us.

Negative: Currently, iSolved can't process foreign payrolls, but they can help with bringing their data into the HR side. I'm hoping soon we can have the international payrolls as an option.

Summary: iSolved has proven to be an invaluable asset to our organization, offering convenience and efficiency that have greatly contributed to our overall productivity and success. We look forward to continuing our partnership with iSolved and exploring further opportunities to optimize our workforce management processes.

Summary: Overall I am please with Isolved. They care about their customers and listen to our input. Isloved is a good reason I am now in Human Resources. They have a lot of good information as well as training classes within their university to help their customers grow and flourish in their field.

Positive: I have been using Isolved for about 3 years now. Isolved is extremely user friendly. The software is constantly being updated to make it easier for those using it, and I appreciate that they care for the companies that are using their software. Two pros would definitely have to be Time management and Employee experience. Both have improved greatly using Isloved.

Negative: One con that I would have to say about using Isolved is the response time when it comes to Customer Service. Sometimes I am able to get a quick response and other times it takes awhile for me to get a response which can put a halt in dome of our day to day tasks.

Summary: There is so much almost endless amount of things a company can do in iSolved, like i said it is almost overwhelming with the amount of things. But it is very easy to use.

Positive: Using isolved is easy, its not a very hard system to get the hang of. There is a lot to offer and there is so much a company can do.

Negative: I feel like there is so much in isolved it can seem overwhelming.

Summary: We absolutely love iSolved! They have saved us so much time and money. Their products integrate seamlessly with out HR systems. Their customer service is top notch, very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Positive: I absolutely love everything about isolved's Payroll product from its ease of use to its seamless integration.

Negative: I do not have anything negative to say about isolved. They are awesome!

Summary: I have been using isolved for almost two years now. When I first got this position I was completely unfamiliar with the program and a little nervous about learning a whole new system. This system has so many features that make using it easer, like the ability to search for a screen rather than needing to know the path. I was able to pick up the program very quickly and felt at home in it almost immediately.

Positive: The product not only has a lot of features but also a lot of support to back up those features. Many items are available as articles, quick help videos and training classes so no matter what your learning style is you are going to be able to find something to help you understand.

Negative: ESS and AEE coexisting is somewhat of a nuisance. I work mostly with benefits and while open enrollment is available in both life events are not so having to have employees switch between the two can be confusing for clients.

Summary: My overall experience with this product has been no less than fantastic! I can always rely on excellent care from the iSolved support team, at every angle of the company.
