Summary: I love the system. I wish I had all day to build out the amazing features such as onboarding slide shows, videos, etc. iSolve is a robust system and if you have the time to create a home for your employees, they can feel comfortable, this is it!
Positive: We no longer need a 3rd party HR to administer a system. Our payroll and HR representatives are quick to respond and helpful. Employee communication has increased and is more efficient helping turnover.
Negative: The iSolve benefits department takes about a month to respond to HSA inquiries.

Summary: I am very satisfied with the platform and current options. It has been very useful in payroll, tax documents, and employee functions. The team likes the APP and says it is easy to use.
Positive: I do like the continued development of the platform. I have appreciated the service when issues arise. We use the payroll and benefits services and both are very effective tools for us.
Negative: The geofence platform has not been very effective for us. In some locations it works wee and others it rarely works.

Summary: While it takes some time to familiarize myself and grow comfortable with using the system, it's obviously a very powerful system.
Positive: isolved provides great service for our clients, and it is an incredibly versatile and robust system that allows us to come up with creative solutions for our clients.
Negative: There's a somewhat steep learning curve, with so many little specific granular aspects.

Summary: It has been great overall. iSolved is versatile and can be customized for a business of any size. It makes managing payroll very simple.
Positive: iSolved makes every aspect of payroll accounting so easy. Once you get familiar with the interface, it is very user-friendly.
Negative: The 'University' (training/learning resource) is a bit challenging. It is hard to find the information I need and I haven't found the courses to be very helpful.

Summary: Overall I do enjoy iSolved and would recommend it to others who may need these services as well.
Positive: Some thing about iSolved that I enjoy is how accessible it is. I love that there is a community where I can connect with other users and also see if others have solutions to problems that I may have.
Negative: There aren't many cons that I can think of when it comes to isolved but one thing that I can think of is, often times when there are tickets put in regarding problems, it isn't answered in a timely manner.

Summary: Isolved is an incredibly useful platform that I highly recommend using. The university and peoples community are great features that are easily accessible and offer so much support when needed. I know that if I need help the tools are their to guide me!
Positive: The university and peoples community are extremely helpful tools. I really like that when I have a question I can do the research to figure it out before I bother a team member.
Negative: I wish I could pick my screen colors! Pink is not for everyone, haha. I really have not found anything that I did not like about Isolved.

Summary: LOVE working with and in iSolved and recommend this to any Service Bureau or Client needing a payroll software that's easy and reliable.
Positive: This system is user friendly for all types of users, Admin, Client, Manager/Supervisor, and Employee. I have had clients onboard with us and never need training because they are able to navigate quickly and the University has been a life saver.
Negative: The only issue I have is the response time when submitting a ticket.

Summary: We love isolved and would not dream of changing. Our company is hoping to add Live and Learn soon so that our employees are able to easily take training classes.
Positive: isolved is very user friendly! They are constantly working to bring in new features and updates for features that are already in use. We have been able to go completely paperless using isolved. We have cut our payroll processing time in half. HR onboarding is now effortless because of isolved. The cost is less than most other big HR/Payroll companies.
Negative: I really don't have any cons other than they don't process Canadian payrolls.

Summary: We have been using iSolved for over 7 years. In that time both the usability, functionality, and accessibility to the system has only gotten better. At least a few times each year we uncover new functions or ways to use the software to satisfy needs we didn't know it had the capacity to meet.
Customer support is great, very responsive, and knowledgable. The only downside we have experienced is that the features in the legacy core HRIS are no longer updated or improved much as iSolved adds other new paid modules to meet some of the basic needs. That said we still are not fully leveraging all the tools that are in the system yet.
I would recommend iSolved to any small to mid-market organizations in the private or public sectors.Positive: iSolved checks all the boxes for a small organization looking for an affordable an accessible HRIS. The user interface is is easy to understand and work with. Behind the interface is a suite of robust functions that meet most of the needs of organizations looking for a mid-market level of system.
Some of the best functions include the highly customizable payroll processing features, powerful reporting features, and integrated digital personnel file functions.Negative: iSolved provides a complete set of functions at its basic HRIS legacy level. Unfortunately, many if not all of the newer functions like workplace engagement tools, Learning Management, and workforce scheduling are all paid add-ons. While the basics will be more than enough for most small organizations the real power of the system will cost much more
